Very nice small apartment located in a quiet area a few steps from the center and two you pass by a good supermarket..... Nothing was missing... shame about the unfortunately rainy weather. The owner Mr. Stefano and the mother Mrs. Ersilia, two truly kind and helpful people.... We spent 3 days of carefreeness and relaxation.... Thank you very much.....we will definitely recommend it

We stayed in this wonderful house from October 1st to October 15th, 2022! The expectations were exceeded, the house is lovingly and equipped with everything and very clean. Christiano and his wife are very, very nice and helpful. Christiano came by several times a week to take care of the pool and to ask if everything was ok. The view from the balcony is a dream, I would book the house again at any time!

Die Erwartungen wurden noch übertroffen, das Haus ist liebevoll und mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Christiano und seine Frau sind sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Christiano kam mehrfach die Woche vorbei um sich um den Pool zu kümmern und zu fragen ob alles OK ist. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist ein Traum, ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen!
Comfortable apartment with two bedrooms, annex with bedroom and bathroom and possibility of a sofa bed in the living room. Functional kitchen and internal garden with a beautiful olive tree where you can have lunch on the large table or have an aperitif. Although the furniture is essential, there is everything you need. The area is quiet and peaceful at night. In 10 minutes on foot you arrive on the Viareggio promenade. For parking, in the first weekend of September, we had no problems placing two cars in the vicinity of the house. We stayed at 7 for two nights. Satisfied, recommended up to 8 people.
Appartamento comodo con due camere, dependance con camera e bagno e possibilità di divano-letto in salotto. Cucina funzionale e giardino interno con un bell’ulivo dove pranzare sull’ampio tavolo o prendere un aperitivo.
Seppur l’arredamento sia essenziale c’è tutto il necessario.
La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa di notte.
In 10 minuti a piedi si arriva sulla passeggiata di Viareggio.
Per il parcheggio, nel primo fine settimana di settembre, non abbiamo avuto problemi a sistemare due auto nelle vicinanze della casa. Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 per due notti.
Soddisfatta, consigliata fino a 8 persone.
The house was clean when we arrived, and the owner is very reactive (with the help of his mother) in case of question or problem. The bedding is good, and the bedrooms are spacious. The table football is cool. Concerning the kitchen, there is no dishwasher, and the cooker is quite old (one of the cooker plate was not working and the oven blows the fuse when you turn it off...), but this is very easy and cheap to order pizza :-). Viarreggio is a good place to visit Toscana and to enjoy the see. We had great holidays !
Love Viareggio and Versilia. The property is great! Prior to our arrival the host provided us with lots of useful information which helped us in organizing our stay in Viareggio. The check-in was smooth and we felt very welcome. The house is well sized with lots of space and fully equipped, 5 stars out of 5 on cleanliness. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backgarden. The neighborhood is quiet,road with no traffic so total silence. the location is excellent, only 10 minutes walk to the seafront, 3 minutes the to supermarket. We had a great time. highly recommended.
The apartment was comfortable and clean, all very satisfying for a big family. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The apartment was situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to the supermarket, the park and the beach. The owner is reliable and always helpful when needed, we were given extra tips about programs and restaurants and extra help. We spent our vacation at the best place that I could have imagined. I recommend this apartment for families.

A corner of peace and serenity ..... A small apartment but with all the comforts with an outdoor garden where you can relax in the midst of the scent of flowers. In an excellent position given the proximity to the supermarket pizzerias bar and not far from the sea. The owners are kind and helpful people. Too bad for one thing ..... Our stay only lasted a week but we will definitely be back.
Un angolo di pace e serenità..... Un appartamento piccolo ma con tutti i confort con un giardino esterno dove rilassarsi in mezzo al profumo dei fiori. In un'ottima posizione visto la vicinanza al supermercato pizzerie bar e a non molto distante dal mare. I proprietari sono delle persone gentili e disponibili. Peccato solo per una cosa..... Il nostro soggiorno è durato solo una settimana ma ci torneremo sicuramente.
We stayed at Mr. Christian towards the end of August for a week. Expectations were more than exceeded, in fact it turned out to be much more than a simple holiday home: the garden (with swimming pool), the interior space, the quiet location, the cleanliness and attention to detail pleasantly surprised us. Even the location, on the first hills near Camaiore, make it both quiet because it is surrounded by olive trees, and convenient for reaching the nearby beaches. Even Mr. Cristiano has always been courteous and available to our eventual requests, that is ... PROMOTED WITH FULL VOTES !!!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso la struttura del sig. Cristiano verso fine agosto per una settimana. Le aspettative sono state più che superate, infatti si è rivelata molto più che una semplice casa vacanze: il giardino (con piscina), lo spazio interno, la posizione tranquilla, la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli ci hanno piacevolmente sorpreso. Anche la posizione, sulle prime colline nei pressi di Camaiore la rendono sia tranquilla perché immersa negli ulivi, sia comoda per raggiungere le spiagge delle vicinanze. Anche Sig. Cristiano è sempre stato cortese e disponibile a nostre eventuali richieste, che dire... PROMOSSA A PIENI VOTI!!!
It is the second year that we choose Cristiano's house to spend the family holidays with children. The house is beautiful and cared for down to the smallest detail. On the lower floor there is also a tavern that opens directly onto the pool, also suitable for children, very convenient for relaxing while the children bathe or for an aperitif by the pool.
È il secondo anno che scegliamo la casa di Cristiano per trascorrere le vacanze in famiglia con bambini. La casa è bellissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Al piano inferiore è presente anche una taverna che da direttamente sulla piscina, adatta anche ai più piccoli, molto comoda per rilassarsi mentre i bambini fanno il bagno o per un aperitivo a bordo piscina.
The house is just gorgeous! It surpassed the pictures! All in all perfect! So clean, lovingly furnished and decorated. The bedrooms are a dream, very good beds, everything is of a very high quality! And Cristiano is very helpful and always available. A perfect vacation! Great terrace for taking meals, everything you need, really thought of everything! We'll definitely be back!

So sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Schlafzimmer sind ein Traum, sehr gute Betten, alles qualitativ sehr hochwertig! Und Cristiano ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.
Ein perfekter Urlaub! Tolle Terrasse zum Einnehmen der Mahlzeiten, alles vorhanden, was man braucht , wirklich an alles gedacht! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!

Clean house, everything as described by the owner. In the house you can find in addition to the description CDs to listen to music. The owner very kind and available for any request. The road to get there is a bit narrow and you have to go slowly, we are motorcyclists and it was possible to arrive with some small difficulties.

La strada per arrivare è un pò stretta e bisogna andare piano, noi siamo motociclisti e si arrivava con qualche piccola difficoltà.
The house is one of the nicest vacation homes we've ever had. It is really equipped with everything you could possibly need, the decor is very loving, everything is very clean and well thought out. The open fireplace brought us wonderfully through the first rainy days. The house is beautifully located in the mountains of olive groves (Almost) secluded location, but you can still quickly reach the sea or go hiking in the higher mountains. We spent our holiday there with two children, but the house is so big that you can easily go on holiday as a large family or group without getting on your nerves

Das Haus ist eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je hatten.
Es ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet was man auch nur brauchen könnte, die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll,alles ist sehr sauber und durchdacht.Der offene Kamin hat uns wunderbar über die ersten verregneten Tage gebracht.Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen von Olivenhainen umgeben in (Fast) Alleinlage,man ist aber trotzdem schnell am Meer oder zum wandern in den höheren Bergen.
Wir haben den Urlaub dort mit zwei Kindern verbracht, das Haus ist allerdings so groß, dass man problemlos als große Familie oder Gruppe dort Urlaub machen kann,ohne sich auf die Nerven zu gehen
Der Vermieter Cristiano ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit-Danke dass wir unseren Urlaub in diesen seltsamen Zeiten in deinem Haus verbringen durften

The bed, the sofa and the deck chairs were very comfortable. they were beautiful and furnished with everything you need. All functional and beautiful. The veranda was very comfortable and it was a dream. The swimming pool was beautifully beautiful as the whole villa. The beautiful lawn and very spacious and well maintained by Cristiano who has always helpful and kind. The shops and the supermarket were very close and well supplied. I can't wait to go back:) "

La piscina era magnificamente stupenda come tutta la villa. Il prato stupendo e molto spazioso e ben tenuto da Cristiano che è sempre stato molto disponibile e gentile. I negozi e il supermercato erano molto vicini e ben forniti. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci :)"

The beds were very good and the bathrooms are very nice u. practical and very clean. We would rent again at any time and we can definitely recommend it. thanks
Wir waren berimbaus zufrieden mit dem Haus von Cristiano. Es ist sehr liebevoll und gepflegt eingerichtet. Wir konnten tolle Tage hier verbringen. C. Kümmerte sich auch sehr um das Objekt. Die Betten waren sehr gut und auch die Bäder sind sehr nett u. praktisch und sehr sauber. Wir würden jederzeit wieder mieten und wir können es definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Excellent welcome from the owner's son who gave us all the information and welcomed us with cold drinks in the fridge and fruit. This apartment is very well furnished and super well equipped. The proximity of the supermarket facilitates the purchase of prepared meals. The center of Marina di Massa is near so much that the rental provides two very practical bicycles. These same bikes put the communal beach to 10 minutes, I do not recommend the public beach next to the Pontile but another much nicer a little further. Great also the totally shaded carport, the air conditioning of the apartment, which is great for a couple, max for 3 people. I will recommend this rental to my loved ones. Note that the five lands are not far with the opportunity to take boat ride at the end of the avenue.
Excellent accueil de la part du fils de la propriétaire qui nous a donné tous les renseignements souhaités et qui nous a accueilli avec des boissons fraîches dans le frigo ainsi que des fruits. Cet appartement est très bien aménagé et super bien équipé. La proximité du supermarché facilite l’achat de plats préparés. Le centre de Marina di Massa est proche d’autant plus que la location prévoit deux bicyclettes très pratiques. Ces mêmes bicyclettes mettent la plage communale à 10 minutes, je ne vous conseille pas la plage publique à côté du Pontile mais une autre bien plus sympa un peu plus loin. Super aussi l’abri totalement ombragé pour la voiture, la climatisation de l’appartement, qui est très bien pour un couple, maxi pour 3 personnes. Je recommanderai cette location à mes proches. A noter que les cinq terres ne sont pas loin avec la possibilité de prendre bateau promenade au bout de l’avenue.
