The villa is situated in a fantastic place, it is ideal for those who love peace and tranquility. The view is beautiful and offers beautiful sunsets. We are a family of 4 people consisting of two children and two adults and we stayed for a week.
The villa inside is well organized and is very comfortable and functional. It offers a beautiful professional kitchen with even a wood-burning oven, a comfortable Jacuzzi, a sauna and even a small gym beyond the well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms. The garden is very large and well cared for and offers a pool corner is a well organized barbecue corner. A small, well-stocked shopping center is a 10-minute drive from the house. The owners Luca and Giorgia are two helpful and friendly people who are very attentive to our needs.
We really enjoyed it, I highly recommend it to groups of friends and families.

This year, for a number of reasons, I have chosen a kind of holiday of this kind, remaining totally and completely happy.
Luca and his wife give you the opportunity to enjoy a holiday in total relaxation and independence in a place where peace and tranquility reign unconditionally.
The villa is beautiful, well cared for, finely furnished and equipped with all comforts (gym, sauna, jacuzzi room, professional firewood oven etc etc).
The villa from the top of the hills overlooks the wonderful and gigantic garden where you can relax in the beautiful and secluded pool area or where to cook wonderful barbecues in the BBQ area, all said in total independence surrounded by a tall hedge. WHAT DO YOU WANT MORE ????
To compliment all the sympathy and willingness of Luca, Serio and Honest entrepreneur. ABSOLUTELY IMPERABLE !!!!!

Very friendly welcome on site by Luca, the owner.
Is reached in 10 minutes from the historic center of San Marino and at ½h San Leo.
To visit the other attractions of the region (Urbino, Frasassi, Cesenatico, Fano, etc.), you should always travel the winding road that leads to the coast (count ½ hour ride).
Do not, however, the coast a tour goal because it is impossible to access the beaches, all private, an aberration ...
Several restaurants serving simple but tasty regional cuisine with excellent value for money (+/- ? 16 Pp), are nearby (10-30 min) of the house; eg Due Archi to Fiorentino (very good pizzas and tagliata).
Only the lack of air conditioning (except in one of the 4 bedrooms), occasional nocturnal barking dogs neighbor(yet located a good distance), and the significant presence of horseflies around the pool, we have somewhat annoyed.
Overall rating: 4/5; "highly recommendable "; very good price / quality ratio !!!
We had a wonderful time and even above our expectations.
The owners are lovely and very welcoming.
The villa is beautiful and superbly equipped.
The linen is changed automatically every week (sheets, towels ...)
The setting and the view outside is exceptional (especially as an aperitif at the pool!)
The pool is essential because it is very hot, even music and fridge are provided by the pool.

Lovely place to relax from everyday stress. San Marino and Riccione easily accessible. The house is wonderful and equipped with all comforts. The advertisement omits the wood stove in the kitchen where you can cook excellent pizzas and a large outdoor fenced and lighted where you can leave your dogs. very friendly and helpful they made us feel at home. In short a vacation to suggest and to be repeated next year.
Très bel endroit pour se détendre du quotidien stress. San Marino et Riccione facilement accessible. The east magnifique maison et équipé de tout le confort. L'annonce omet the poêle à bois dans la cuisine où vous pouvez quocere excellentes pizzas et un grand et extérieure clôturéeéclairée pourrez où vous laisser vos chiens. Giorgia et Luc, les propriétaires, et très sympathique serviable, ils nous ont fait à la maison hear. En bref, a voyage à conseiller repeter et à l'année prochaine
