We stayed for 10 days in July, we had a great time very nice and comfortable house, well equipped and clean a stone's throw from the sea. House surrounded by a beautiful garden with swimming pool make this property truly unique, our children had a great time. The owners live upstairs very discreet and reserved people, but very kind and available to satisfy every request. I recommend itoooooooooooo ......... THANKS PAOLO
Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni a luglio , ci siamo trovati benissimo casa molto bella e comoda, ben attrezzata e pulita a due passi dal mare. Casa circondata da un bellissimo giardino con piscina rendono questa struttura veramente unica, i nostri figli si sono divertiti tantissimo. I proprietari abitano al piano superiore persone molto discrete e riservate, ma gentilissime e disponibili a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La consigliooooooooooooo.........

We stayed here for a week. Perfect home for families with children. perfect outdoor spaces to spend evenings in true relaxation. Area a little isolated but from where you can reach wonderful beaches in a few minutes. When you do not want to go out a beautiful and served beach.
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una settimana. Casa perfetta per famiglie con bambini. spazi esterni perfetti per passare serate in vero relax. Zona un po' isolata ma da dove raggiungere in pochi minuti spiagge meravigliose. Quando non si ha voglia di uscire a due passi una spiaggia bellissima e servita.
The house is very nice and comfortable, fans and air conditioning are very useful in very hot periods. Very close to the beach which is very beautiful, large and not very popular for those who want tranquility '. The house is in an area not far from shops and villages and is convenient to reach major urban centers such as Syracuse, Noto, Avola, Modica, Marzamemi, etc, etc that we highly recommend to visit. The holiday was very pleasant thanks to the presence of the owners who are very helpful and friendly.
La casa è molto bella e comoda, ventilatori e aria condizionata sono molto utili nei periodi molto caldi.
Vicinissima alla spiaggia che è molto bella, grande e poco frequentata per chi volesse la tranquillità'.
La casa è in una zona non distante da negozi e paesi ed e' comoda per raggiungere i maggiori centri urbani quali Siracusa, Noto, Avola, Modica, Marzamemi, etc, etc che consigliamo vivamente di visitare.
La vacanza e stata molto piacevole grazie anche alla presenza dei proprietari che sono molto disponibili e simpatici.
I thank the owners for the willingness and kindness shown, everything was as described but also more. Fabulous salt-water pool, facing the beach. The area is not too beaten, not served or cured, but the home and garden are exceptional. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, covered parking, living room with kitchen, dining table for outdoor. At five minutes you are at Marzamemi, two for Portopalo. Ideal for a full immersion vacation with sun and sea. Towels and everything you need is also available. Do not forget that the house is divided into two ground floor apartments, comfortable, rented, and two above the owners, so you will almost always be at home and without too much noise. To think that for a week we were practically alone and with the exclusive use of the pool
Ringrazio i proprietari per la disponibilità e la gentilezza dimostrata, tutto era come da descrizione ma anche di più. Piscina a soluzione salina favolosa, di fronte alla spiaggia.
La zona non è troppo battuta, nemmeno servita o curata, ma l'abitazione e il giardino sono eccezionali.
Due camere, due bagni, posti auto coperti, salone con cucina, tavolo per pranzare all'aperto.
A cinque minuti comunque siete a Marzamemi, due invece per Portopalo.
Ideale per una vacanza full immersion con sole e mare.
Disponibili anche asciugamani e tutto l'occorrente.
Da non dimenticare poi che la casa è suddivisa in due appartamenti al piano terra, comodissimi, affittati, e due sopra dei proprietari, quindi sarete quasi sempre come a casa vostra e senza troppo chiasso.
Pensare che per una settimana siamo stati praticamente soli e con uso esclusivo della piscina
I found the villa on the internet and I was immediately impressed by the value for money and for the nice contact person. The villa is clean, large, air conditioned and fully equipped, from cutlery to the iron. The whole area is clean and well maintained and most importantly, everything works :-) TOP really recommendable!
Ho trovato la villa su Internet e sono stato immediatamente colpito dal rapporto qualità-prezzo e per la bella persona di contatto.
La villa è pulita, grande, con aria condizionata e completamente attrezzata, dalle posate al ferro da stiro.
L'intera area è pulita e ben tenuta e, soprattutto, tutto funziona :-)

Très bon accueil. Les propriétaires étaient très serviables et disponibles. La maison est bien avec agencée a coin a coin nuit et jour. Et une climatisation indispensable. A jardin magnifique et très bien entretenu également une piscine très propre.

The house is neat, clean and equipped with the amenities described. A small note about the free Wi Fi which had an insufficient signal for the connection.

Delightful house, quiet and in total privacy, surrounded by greenery with a very large outdoor area, the veranda is very functional and welcoming. The master bedroom is very spacious, the other a little smaller but comfortable. We had a wonderful time a wonderful holiday to remember.
Casa deliziosa, silenziosa e in totale privacy, immersa nel verde con uno spazio esterno molto grande, la verranda molto funzionale ed accogliente.
La camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa l'altra un pò più piccola ma confortevole.

I spent a wonderful vacation in this chalet in August. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The chalet is also more beautiful than it is seen in the picture, it is located in a calm and quiet area but close to the sea and Marzamemi. If I were to return to Sicily, I would definitely stay at this chalet ... really a great vacation.
Ho passato una splendida vacanza in questa villetta ad agosto. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La villetta è anche più bella di come la si vede in foto, si trova in una zona calma e tranquilla ma vicino al mare e a Marzamemi.
Se dovessi ritornare in quella zona della Sicilia sceglierei sicuramente di alloggiare in questa villetta... davvero una bellissima vacanza.
We were very comfortable in this house spartan but nothing is missing, there are even bicycles for short trips. The owner is a kind person and helpful.
Siamo stati molto bene in questa casa spartana ma a cui non manca nulla, ci sono persino le biciclette per i piccoli spostamenti.
Il proprietario è una persona gentile e disponibile.
