We had a wonderful time in this apartment in Ospedeletti. The apartment is spacious, sensibly designed, very bright, clean and has everything you need: from gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to iron and patio furniture. The location of the apartment is perfect for activities of all kinds, be it going to the beach, exploring Aquadolce or Nice by car or cycling on the new cycle route - 25 km in one direction via San Remo to San Lorenzo. The apartment is on a very busy and therefore extremely noisy street, but we tolerated the noise with the very beautiful direct panoramic view of the sea. The terrace of the apartment was our living room and dining room: it is large, has a sitting area and a dining area. You can enjoy the coffee or the meal with the wide, glittering view of the blue. The landlady and her mom are great, very reliable and very nice. All arrangements went very quickly and easily, such as late arrival or departure. We got several good tips about the area from the landlady, including information about a small family-run restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, where we thenHave often fetched food and enjoyed many original Ligurian meals on the beautiful terrace. Last but not least: you can park your car very easily on the street near the apartment, we were always able to find a good parking space. And we were allowed to use a small lockable room in the building for our e-bikes. Conclusion: highly recommended, we will be back ...
In dieser Wohnung in Ospedeletti haben wir eine wunderschöne Zeit gehabt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sinnvoll geschnitten, sehr hell, sauber und hat alles was man braucht: von Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine über Bügeleisen bis Terrassenmöbel. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt für Unternehmungen aller Art, sei es zum Strand gehen, mit dem Auto Aquadolce oder Nizza erkunden oder auf der neuen Fahrradstrecke Fahrrad fahren - 25 km in einer Richtung über San Remo bis San Lorenzo. Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen und somit extrem lauten Straße, aber bei dem sehr schönem direkten Panoramablick aufs Meer haben wir den Lärm geduldet. Die Terrasse der Wohnung war unseres Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer: sie ist groß, hat eine Sitzecke und eine Essecke. Man genießt den Kaffee oder das Essen mit dem weiten glitzerndem Blick ins Blaue. Die Vermieterin und ihre Mama sind top, sehr zuverlässig und sehr nett. Alle Absprachen liefen sehr schnell und unkompliziert, wie z.B. eine späte Anreise oder Abreise. Von der Vermieterin haben wir mehrere gute Tipps über die Gegend bekommen, u.a. die Info über ein kleines familiengeführtes Restaurant Trattoria da Claudio, wo wir dann öfters Essen geholt haben und viele original ligurisch gekochte Mahlzeiten auf der schönen Terrasse genossen haben. Zu guter Letzt: Auto kann man sehr gut in der Nähe von der Wohnung auf der Strasse parken, wir konnten immer einen guten Parkplatz finden. Und für unsere E-Bikes haben wir einen kleinen verschließbaren Raum im Gebäude nutzen dürfen. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder...
Perfect two pas accommodation yes from the splendid and clean sea of Ospedaletti. Mrs. Maria Pia was very kind and generous with useful advice. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay, a large terrace perfect for lunches and dinners, dishwasher and washing machine. The only problem is the noise from the very busy road but the windows are excellent and if you want you can close everything, air conditioning and go. Really highly recommended and I really hope to return.
Sistemazione perfetta a due pas
si dal mare splendido e pulito di Ospedaletti. La signora Maria Pia è stata gentilissima e prodiga di consigli utili. La casa ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno rilassante, un terrazzo ampio ottimo per pranzi e cene, lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Unici problema è il rumore della strada veramente molto trafficata ma gli infissi sono ottimi e volendo si chiude tutto, aria condizionata e via. Consigliatissima davvero e spero proprio di ritornare.

As soon as we finished our stay, we were very satisfied with the location of the accommodation, which conformed to the announcement. Very well kept and clean apartment, super-equipped, with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The owner Mrs. Maria Pia was courteous and always available. We recommend it to those who want to spend a pleasant stay having the impression of being at home.

We had a great week in this small town with our two children. We were very well received by Maria the owner and the mama. A welcome like the Italians know how to do it. Apartment was very clean, a bottle of good wine was offered as a pledge. The magnificent sea view. The most in the apartment is air conditioning especially when it is very hot. Maria is listening and very good advice, her kindness is precious. The cycle bike path is 50m away and is just fabulous. We were able to store our bikes in the family garage. It's very nice. The disadvantage of beaches on the coast is that they are almost all private but the hinterland is beautiful.
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette petite ville avec nos deux enfants. Nous avons été super bien accueillis par Maria la propriétaire et la mama. Un accueil comme les italiens savent le faire. Appartement était très propre, une bouteille de bon vin nous était offerte en gage de bienvenue. La vue sur la mer magnifique. Le plus dans l'appartement c'est la climatisation surtout quand il fait très chaud. Maria est à l'écoute et de très bon conseil, sa gentillesse est précieuse. La piste cyclable de vélo est à 50 m bord de mer et est juste fabuleuse. Nous avons pu stocker nos vélos dans le garage de la famille. C'est très gentil.
L'inconvénient des plages sur la côte, c'est qu'elles sont pratiquement toutes privées mais l'arrière pays est magnifique.
A nice holiday, even if short. The apartment very clean and comfortable; comfortable beds, beautiful view. You arrive at the sea in a few minutes, and fortunately there are many free beaches. It was very hot but thanks to the air conditioning it was a little mitigated.

Beautiful panorama from the balcony. Good position compared to services. Deep sea near the shore that children do not particularly like. Peaceful and relaxing country. Friendly and helpful landlady. Sore notes: to throw the waste you have to walk a little way and the mattresses are a bit 'uncomfortable.

Padrona di casa gentile e disponibile. Note dolenti: per gettare i rifiuti bisogna fare un po di strada a piedi e i materassi sono un po' scomodi.

L'anno scorso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e quindi siamo tornati anche quest'anno per una breve vacanza la prima settimana di settembre.
L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato, la vista dal terrazzo è sempre incantevole.

It's a very nice apartment, better than the photos, it's large and bright. You can eat on the terrace in front of a stunning sea view. It is equipped with every comfort (air conditioner, television, washing machine ...), the mattresses are good and there is the lift. The owner is very friendly, helpful and in front of our inquiries has always been quick and exhaustive in answering. I would highly recommend it I hope to go back
E' un appartamento molto bello, migliore delle foto, è largo e luminoso. Si può mangiare sul terrazzo di fronte ad una splendida veduta sul mare. E' dotato di ogni comfort (condizionatore, televisione, lavatrice...), i materassi sono buoni e c'è l'ascensore.
La proprietaria è molto gentile, disponibile e di fronte alle nostre richieste è sempre stata veloce ed esaustiva nel rispondere.

My husband and I stayed in the apartment the last week of August and we loved it. The apartment is bright, clean and well equipped. Wonderful sea view from the terrace and comfortable within walking distance from the beach. Very friendly and kind owner.

Consigliatissimo, sia dalla zona giorno che dal terrazzino si può cenare con una splendida vista mare.
La proprietaria è gentilissima e si è preoccupata sia prima che dopo la partenza che tutto fosse andato per il meglio. Se capitate in zona tenetelo davvero in considerazione.
