Our property is part of the condominium 'Il Faraglione', a residence of 30 apartments a few meters from the coast well integrated into the natural environment.
The apartment, on the ground floor, has two bedrooms, living room with kitchen in the alcove, bathroom, covered veranda of 16 m². and private garden of 150 m². The veranda is equipped and protected from the west side by a large arched window. With the beginning of the summer, the veranda is the real 'heart' of the house; it's a place to have lunch, dinner, read or simply laze.
From the veranda and from the garden you can enjoy a panoramic view of the bay and the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago: from Porto Rafael to the west to the island of Santo Stefano to the east. The main island of La Maddalena is just in front of it, 2 miles away.
The ease of access and proximity to the sea and the small oasis of sand between the rocks, reachable in a few steps, give the holiday that sense of freedom unimaginable for those who, instead, are forced to get to the sea by car.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (plus a baby in the large room if you have an appropriate baby cot).
The parking space is numbered and reserved. The center of Palau is about 700 meters away.
For the respect of those who may suffer from any allergies, we do not accept animals of any kind and/or size within our property.
