I enjoyed the dishwasher and underground parking that is secure as well as the entrance to the residence.

Approximately the first shops (bakery and supermarket) 15 minutes.
Practice also the presence of a washing machine for a stay of one week.
Finally, the owner is friendly and quickly establishes a relationship of trust.
