The complex, Jeanquet, with its 5 cottages and beautiful swimming pool is very well maintained and in a quiet place. A jewel ! We spent 14 days at Le Pigeonnier and enjoyed the atmosphere and the unique view. The furnishing of the apartment is tastefully decorated. The owners, Olivier and Marie-Claude Bonvalot, welcomed us very warmly and were courteous. Villereal nearby (easily accessible by bike) is an impressive bastide with lots of life. We will return !

Nous avons passé 14 jours au Pigeonnier et avons beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance et la vue unique. L'ameublement de l'appartement est décoré avec goût. Les propriétaires, Olivier et Marie-Claude Bonvalot, nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement et ont été courtois.
Villeréal à proximité immédiate (facilement accessible à vélo) est une bastide impressionnante avec beaucoup de vie. Nous reviendrons !

Beautiful sheepfold in an exceptional environment. Even if the weather was not good, we were delighted with our stay !! One regret, it was too short! The hosts are very available and accommodating! We promised to come back !!

We had a wonderful time at Marie & Olivier's wonderful Gite.
The position of the Gite is stunning. It could not be better positioned.. The views (you can see for miles) are second to none. The sunsets are breathtaking. The stars at night also awe inspiring.
We were 2 families with 4 children (all 5 years old and under). The pool is AMAZING and kept clean throughout the week by Olivier and his team. The pool is also securely fenced off so the children are safe. There is a sandpit - swings etc for the children too. Figs grow everywhere...it's heaven.
We had a fabulous time - the Gite has everything we needed (we didn't even switch on the TV). The hot water never ran out...the kitchen well equipped. It's rustic as we expected - but in a charming way and everything worked perfectly;
Its the ideal place to relax - enjoy the pool - see the local area. We will be back - it's a great family holiday.

The place is very quiet and very relaxing and the owners are lovely. The pool is very large and the setting is beautiful. All the lodgings are well maintained and the owners put several things at their disposal (sheets, towels, tea towels, washing machine, ironing board, cleaning products ...) that make a plus.

We rented the cottage "le pigeonnier " in August 2017 ... it is a wonderful place with a splendid view from the terrace of which one never tires .............. . We loved: the picturesque setting, the quiet, the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside, the pool The region is rich in discoveries and tourist visits: bastides, castles, typical markets, festivals, and then and then ......... the gastronomy of Périgord; Not to mention the extreme friendliness of the owners. An address to recommend without hesitation!
