Studio very well located. Close to shops and all activities, as it is easy to get around by the station's shuttles. A very pleasant and functional studio, clean for a week of 4? quiet residence. I highly recommend for a stay in Vars. The view from the balcony overlooks the peaks which provides a change of scenery from our daily lives?

Un studio très agréable et fonctionnel, propre pour une semaine à 4… résidence calme.
Je recommande vivement pour passer un séjour à Vars. La vue du balcon donne sur les sommets qui dépayse notre quotidien…

We had an excellent week, the apartment ideally located for skiing, Esf and shops. The station is very pleasant and lively. The apartment is as advertised, a table large enough to accommodate 9 people at the table, which is not always the case. And finally, we had very good discussions with the owners, friendly, accommodating and ready to help us
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, l'appartement idéalement situé pour le ski , l'Esf et les commerces. La station est très agréable et animée. L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce, une table suffisamment grande pour accueillir 9 personnes à table, fe qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Et enfin, nous avons eu de très bons échanges avec les propriétaires, sympathiques , arrangeants et prêts à nous rendre service
Very nice apartment, pleasant to live in and very well equipped. Spacious and bright, very well located in the resort. Perfect. The owner and the apartment manager are responsive, friendly and available. Two small useful remarks (for which Mr. D. cannot do much, I would like to point out): -It is not possible to park near the residence (it is however allowed to unload and reload near the entrance if you organize yourself well, but you must then park quite far away). -the collective water system in the residence forces you to shower early in the afternoon otherwise you will no longer have hot water.... The same goes for the heating, which seems to be turned off at certain times. We adapted to these two situations without any problem and had a very good stay. You can go there with confidence.
Très bel appartement, agréable à vivre et très bien équipé. Spacieux et lumineux, très bien placé dans la station. Parfait. Le propriétaire ainsi que la gérante de l'appartement sont réactifs, aimables et disponibles.
Deux petites remarques utiles (pour lesquelles Mr. D. ne peut pas faire grand chose, je tiens à le préciser) :
-Il n'est pas possible de se garer près de la résidence (il est cependant autorisé de décharger et recharger près de l'entrée en s'organisant bien, mais il faut ensuite aller se garer assez loin).
-le système collectif pour l'eau dans la résidence contraint à se doucher tôt dans l'après-midi sous peine de ne plus avoir d'eau chaude.... Idem pour le chauffage, qui semble être arrêté à certaines heures.
Nous nous sommes adaptés sans problème à ces deux situations et avons passé un très bon séjour. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.
Very quiet cottage with the possibility of resting outside (terrace and deckchairs). Full equipment. Very friendly owners and good advice on the Queyras. Ideal pied-à-terre for those who like to hike in this magnificent region. The traders are also very friendly. We had a very pleasant stay.

Accommodation ideally located (snow front, heart of the resort), bright, clean, well-equipped kitchen, nice balcony, obvious added value of the ski locker (ski-in ski-out) Excellent communication with the owners (clear, responsive)
Logement idéalement situé (front de neige, cœur de la station), lumineux, propre, cuisine bien équipée, chouette balcon, plus-value évidente du casier à skis (départ skis aux pieds)
Communication nickel avec les propriétaires (clairs, réactifs)
We had a pleasant stay in this rental. Everything has been refurbished, it's very pleasant to be in this level of finish (USB sockets everywhere, LED strips, very warm atmosphere).
Three remarks / Areas for improvement (therefore the first, big black spot):
1- Housing temperature: constantly between 24.5 and 25 degrees. We were seven. It is a heating via a heated floor, impossible to adjust. We live in Ile-de-France with 19/20 degrees all year round. Needless to say that at 24/25 degrees in the house, we all slept badly and were much too hot, to sweat every night! Our friends have confirmed this discomfort, we are all of the same opinion. It will absolutely be necessary to lower the temperature of the floor because it is difficult to live with. The only solution we have found: open the window but it was -5 degrees outside so many fell ill because of the temperature difference of 30 degrees between outside and the interior (from -5 to +25 inside...). We've been going skiing everywhere for more than 20 years, never have we been so hot without being able to adjust thetemperature !
This point is prohibitive for daily comfort and we will not take over this rental for this major reason, unfortunately...!
2- INTERNET: it is not a standard internet BOX, type ORANGE, SFR or FREE, but a HUYAWEI brand 4G router. Needless to say that the network is capricious in the mountains compared to fiber optics. We had several 4G network cuts during the stay, which is painful. All other rentals are normally equipped with internet boxes and not 4G boxes.
3- CLEANING: regarding cleaning, there is nothing to wring out the mop, what a shame to have to do it by hand in 2023 when plenty of systems exist and cost very little!
Otherwise, everything else is flawless.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location. Tout a été refait à neuf, c'est très agréable d'être dans ce niveau de finition (des prises USB partout, des bandeaux LED, ambiance très chaleureuse).
Trois remarques / Axes d'amélioration (donc le premier, gros point noir) :
1- Temperature du logement : constamment entre 24,5 et 25 degrés. Nous étions sept. Il s'agit d'un chauffage via un plancher chauffant, impossible à régler. Nous vivons en Ile-de-France avec 19/20 degrés toute l'année. Inutile de vous dire qu'à 24/25 degrés dans l'habitation, nous avons tous mal dormi et eu beaucoup beaucoup trop chaud, à en transpirer toutes les nuits ! Nos amis ont confirmé cet inconfort, nous sommes tous du même avis. Il faudra absolument baisser la température du plancher car cela est difficilement vivable.. Seule solution que nous avons trouvé : ouvrir la fenêtre mais il faisait -5 degrés dehors donc plusieurs sont tombés malades à cause de l'écart de temperature de 30 degrés entre dehors et l'intérieur (de -5 à +25 dedans...). Cela fait plus de 20 ans que nous allons au ski partout, jamais nous n'avons eu aussi chaud sans pouvoir régler la température !
Ce point est rédhibitoire pour le confort au quotidien et nous ne reprendrons pas cette location pour cette raison majeure, malheureusement...!
2- INTERNET : il ne s'agit pas d'une BOX internet standard, type ORANGE, SFR ou FREE, mais d'un routeur 4G de marque HUYAWEI. Inutile de vous dire que le réseau est capricieux en montagne versus la fibre optique. Nous avons eu plusieurs coupures de réseau 4G durant le séjour, ce qui est pénible. Toutes les autres locations sont normalement dotés de box internet et non de box 4G..
3- MENAGE : concernant le ménage, il n'y a pas de quoi essorer la serpillière, quel dommage de devoir le faire à la main en 2023 alors que plein de systèmes existent et coûtent très peu cher !
Sinon, tout le reste est impeccable.

We had already rented this apartment last year at the same time. We had the same satisfactions: quiet residence, clean apartment which includes everything necessary, recovery and return of the keys without problem. Close to the centre, ski-in ski-out, beautiful view of the slopes, beautiful southern exposure. If we return to Risoul it will certainly be in this accommodation!
Nous avions déjà loué cet appartement l'an dernier à la même période. Nous avons eu les mêmes satisfactions: résidence calme, appartement propre qui comprend tout le nécessaire, récupération et restitution des clefs sans problème. A proximité du centre, ski au pied, belle vue sur les pistes, belle exposition sud. Si nous retournons à Risoul ce sera certainement dans ce logement!

Ideally located. Near the slopes. Ideal for 3 people. Very well equipped. The owner was there to give us the keys. She also gave us many directions before the rental for transportation and on-site amenities. I recommend this studio.

Pleasant rental in a typical Queyras residence. Very good location for all types of activities. Spacious and well organized living spaces. Plenty of storage and practical equipment for arranging ski and hiking equipment.

Chez Joëlle, c'est un petit cocon très chaleureux, qui est à peine à 10 mins à pied du centre d'Abriès.
