Very nice small apartment located in a quiet area a few steps from the center and two you pass by a good supermarket..... Nothing was missing... shame about the unfortunately rainy weather. The owner Mr. Stefano and the mother Mrs. Ersilia, two truly kind and helpful people.... We spent 3 days of carefreeness and relaxation.... Thank you very much.....we will definitely recommend it

Very well equipped and refreshing rental in the heart of a small village. Geographically well located for tourist visits, seaside access and ballads. The neighborhood and the inhabitants of this village were welcoming and pleasant.

We stayed, my wife and I, for a week, and we had a great time greeted with kindness by the owner's son. The apartment corresponds to all the descriptions of the ad, in a quiet and peaceful area, clean and tastefully furnished, a more than positive experience

A corner of peace and serenity ..... A small apartment but with all the comforts with an outdoor garden where you can relax in the midst of the scent of flowers. In an excellent position given the proximity to the supermarket pizzerias bar and not far from the sea. The owners are kind and helpful people. Too bad for one thing ..... Our stay only lasted a week but we will definitely be back.
Un angolo di pace e serenità..... Un appartamento piccolo ma con tutti i confort con un giardino esterno dove rilassarsi in mezzo al profumo dei fiori. In un'ottima posizione visto la vicinanza al supermercato pizzerie bar e a non molto distante dal mare. I proprietari sono delle persone gentili e disponibili. Peccato solo per una cosa..... Il nostro soggiorno è durato solo una settimana ma ci torneremo sicuramente.
The apartment met our expectations and lacked nothing. Also note the convenience of the nearby supermarket and a couple of bicycles available. The owners were very kind and available for our every request. It is definitely an apartment to recommend

Excellent welcome from the owner's son who gave us all the information and welcomed us with cold drinks in the fridge and fruit. This apartment is very well furnished and super well equipped. The proximity of the supermarket facilitates the purchase of prepared meals. The center of Marina di Massa is near so much that the rental provides two very practical bicycles. These same bikes put the communal beach to 10 minutes, I do not recommend the public beach next to the Pontile but another much nicer a little further. Great also the totally shaded carport, the air conditioning of the apartment, which is great for a couple, max for 3 people. I will recommend this rental to my loved ones. Note that the five lands are not far with the opportunity to take boat ride at the end of the avenue.
Excellent accueil de la part du fils de la propriétaire qui nous a donné tous les renseignements souhaités et qui nous a accueilli avec des boissons fraîches dans le frigo ainsi que des fruits. Cet appartement est très bien aménagé et super bien équipé. La proximité du supermarché facilite l’achat de plats préparés. Le centre de Marina di Massa est proche d’autant plus que la location prévoit deux bicyclettes très pratiques. Ces mêmes bicyclettes mettent la plage communale à 10 minutes, je ne vous conseille pas la plage publique à côté du Pontile mais une autre bien plus sympa un peu plus loin. Super aussi l’abri totalement ombragé pour la voiture, la climatisation de l’appartement, qui est très bien pour un couple, maxi pour 3 personnes. Je recommanderai cette location à mes proches. A noter que les cinq terres ne sont pas loin avec la possibilité de prendre bateau promenade au bout de l’avenue.

We were wonderfully welcomed by Maria. The apartment fits the description of the ad, a small but comfortable. There has been made available to the carport and bicycles for the entire family (including locks). Marina di Massa is a small quiet village, friendly and ideal for spending with family holidays by the sea.
Siamo stati meravigliosamente accolti dalla signora Maria. L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione dell'annuncio, piccolo ma confortevole. Ci è stato messo a disposizione il posto auto coperto e le biciclette per l'intera famiglia (lucchetti compresi). Marina di Massa è una piccola tranquilla borgata, simpatica ed ideale per passare con la famiglia le vacanze al mare.
The apartment is nice and furnished with style. Mrs. Maria, the owner, is very kind and helpful. In the house it lacks nothing and every appliance is fully functional. I could not enjoy the patio, the garden and the barbecue because the season did not allow it, but I hope to return in the summer in order to fully enjoy all inclusive comfort.
L'appartamento è grazioso e arredato con stile. La Signora Maria, proprietaria, è molto gentile e disponibile. In casa non manca nulla ed ogni elettrodomestico è perfettamente funzionante. Non ho potuto godere del patio, del giardino e del barbecue perché la stagione non lo permetteva, ma confido di tornare in estate al fine di godere a pieno di ogni comfort compreso.
The house of Mr. Gianluca proved well above our expectations. Well equipped and clean, very comfortable for a family of five as ours. The location is logistically favorable being very close to the beaches and the city center. Mr. Gianluca was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Absolutely recommended.
La casa del Signor Gianluca si è dimostrata ben al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Ben attrezzata e pulita, molto confortevole per una famiglia di cinque persone come la nostra.
La posizione è logisticamente favorevole essendo molto vicina alle spiagge e al centro città.
Il signor Gianluca è stato molto disponibile e attento alle nostre necessità.
Assolutamente consigliata.
Mr. Canigiani is a very serious person and extremely hospitable. It has provided a house with every comfort and with furniture, appliances and any equipment absolutely brand new. The cleaning of the villa on arrival was impeccable, so that looked like it had never been inhabited before (actually the previous guests had left only a few hours). Convenient location, the garden, the sun exposure, the shower in the garden, on arrival from the beach, was sensational. I hope to return to Marina di Massa and surely, it will be available in the same house. For the beach, excellent Baths Italy, managed by Massimo fantastic, excellent chef, as well as a person of great kindness and humanity.
Il Signor Canigiani è una persona serissima ed estremamente ospitale. Ci ha messo a disposizione un villino con ogni comfort e con arredamento, elettrodomestici e ogni dotazione assolutamente nuovissimi. La pulizia del villino al nostro arrivo era impeccabile, tanto che sembrava non fosse mai stato abitato prima (in realtà i precedenti ospiti erano partiti solo da qualche ora). Comodissima la posizione, il giardino esterno, l'esposizione al sole, la doccia in giardino che, all'arrivo dalla spiaggia, era sensazionale. Spero proprio di poter tornare a Marina di Massa e sicuramente, se sarà disponibile, nella stessa casa. Per la spiaggia, ottimi i Bagni Italia, gestiti dal fantastico Massimo, bravissimo chef, oltre che persona di grande cordialità ed umanità.
The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The house was very well kept and clean. Only the WiFi was not there. The house is not recommended for families with small children as it is very noisy.

The house is large we were 4 adults and two small children and it was good. It should be just a little bit settled in some of its parts like maybe replace the tub with the shower and unify the whole making parquet floor. So small improvements but basically it is a home where you are comfortable. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had a few hiccups and she promptly called someone to fix things even though it was Sunday.
La casa è grande eravamo 4 adulti e due bimbi piccoli e si stava bene. Andrebbe solo un pò sistemata in alcune sue parti come magari sostituire la vasca con la doccia e unificare il pavimento facendolo tutto parquet. Insomma piccole migliorie ma in fondo è una casa in cui si sta bene. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente e lei ha prontamente chiamato qualcuno per sistemare le cose anche se era domenica.
