Very nice accommodation with everything you need for a stay such as bed linen, towels, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen, nice pool, etc. We didn't miss anything during the 2 week vacation. The landlords are really very nice and attentive. We received a gift from the region as a welcome. There was water and wine in the fridge for us. The landlords also responded quickly to our questions and concerns and helped us. Especially when one of us got burned by a jellyfish. The landlords brought us special ointments and medicines in case of an allergic reaction. Then we asked how we were doing. Really great! Mme Guillemard is also a nice and attentive person. She gave us the key and was there when we left. She also responded promptly and courteously to our concerns.
All in all, we spent a wonderful holiday with 3 families including children. There was something for everyone. The area is very beautiful and you can easily explore the French Riviera by car. The house is in a great location. The beaches can be seen inreach on foot in a few minutes. Grocery store with fresh baguettes and croissants is also within walking distance. Restaurants on the beach are also recommended.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wie z.B. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Strandtücher, voll ausgestattete Küche, schöner Pool usw. Uns hat während den 2 Wochen Urlaub nicht gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Wir haben zu Begrüßung eine Aufmerksamkeit aus der Region bekommen. Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und Wein für uns. Die Vermieter haben auch schnell ausunsere Fragen und Anliegen reagiert und uns geholfen. Insbesondere als einer von uns von einer Qualle verbrannt wurde. Die Vermieter haben uns spezielle Salbe und auch Medikamente im Falle einer allergischen Reaktion vorbeigebracht. Danach auch nachgefragt wie es uns geht. Wirklich toll!
Mme Guillemard ist ebenfalls eine nette und aufmerksame Person. Sie hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und auch bei der Abreise war sie dabei. Auch sie hat ümgehend und zuvorkommend auf unsere Anliegen reagiert.
Insgesamt haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit 3 Familien inkl. Kinder verbracht. Es war für jeden etwas dabei. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann bequem mit dem Auto die französische Riviera erkunden. Das Haus hat such eine super Lage. Die Strände kann man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft mit frischem Baguette und Croissants ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Restaurants am Strand sind auch zu empfehlen.

Very nice apartment extremely clean and well located. The owner really wants you to have a good stay, fruit basket, juice and water on arrival. The only drawback is the swimming pool where deckchairs are prohibited. Sitting on the concrete and without shade, it is difficult to stay there for long. To compensate, there is a very beautiful beach nearby with 2 restaurants/bars/deckchairs (special mention for the Maïva).
Très bel appartement extrêmement propre et bien situé. La propriétaire tient vraiment à ce que vous passiez un bon séjour, corbeille de fruits, jus et eau à l'arrivée. Le seul inconvénient est la piscine où les transats sont interdits. Assis sur le béton et sans ombre, il est difficile d'y rester longtemps. Pour compenser, il y a une très belle plage à proximité avec 2 restaurants/bar/transats (mention spéciale pour le Maïva).
Estate close to the beach, just cross the road through an underpass. The apartment is basically made for a couple because only one bedroom can accommodate a 3rd person on the sofa in the living room, on the other hand, the mezzanine is quite restrictive: no ceiling height, and for children it is a bit dangerous because the stairs are quite steep. Spacious and practical balcony, view of the swimming pool and the sea, calm and pleasant surroundings.
Domaine proche de la plage il suffit de traverser la route par un passage souterrain.
L'appartement est à la base fait pour un couple car une seule chambre, peut recevoir une 3ème personne sur le canapé dans le séjour,
par contre la mezzanine est assez contraignante : pas de hauteur sous plafond, et pour les enfants c'est un peu dangereux car l'escalier et assez raide.
Balcon spacieux et pratique, vue sur la piscine et la mer, cadre calme et agréable.

We were greeted very friendly upon arrival by the landlady (if French wasn't enough, conversation in English was no problem), who greeted us with a great fruit basket (even with pineapple) and various fruit juices as a welcome gift. Everything about the apartment was explained to us in detail and our questions were answered in a friendly manner. The apartment is in a really great location close to the beach (a few minutes walk to a really nice sandy beach; in some guidebooks we can confirm that it's one of the nicest in the area) with a nice sea view from the balcony. It was a bit "annoying" to fill out the inventory list, in which everything that was provided in the apartment should be recorded down to the individual small spoon. The apartment is well equipped, nothing was missing in the kitchen and everything was very clean (the landlady attaches great importance to this). The bedrooms and bathroom are a bit cramped, but that's no surprise once you've read the apartment description and noted the size of the apartment (we found it worth the small size for the 2 bedrooms). positive is to be emphasizedthe separate toilet. You have to pay extra for towels and bed linen (this can also be found in the description), the price of 100 EUR (2 weeks for 4 people; no change during this time) we found a bit expensive (but taking it from home was not an option). The WLAN had some connection problems in the afternoon/evening, which is probably due to the "peak usage" in the entire holiday apartment complex at these times. Despite one or the other restriction, we enjoyed the holiday very much, not least the great location contributed to this and overall we felt very comfortable in the apartment and can therefore recommend it to others. Dear Mrs. N., thank you again for your warmth and hospitality.
Wir wurden bei Ankunft sehr freundlich von der Vermieterin empfangen (wenn das Französisch mal nicht gereicht hat war Unterhaltung auf Englisch kein Problem), die uns mit einem tollen Obstkorb (sogar mit Ananas) und verschiedenen Fruchtsäften als Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt hat. Uns wurde alles die Wohnung betreffende ausführlich erklärt und unsere Fragen freundlich beantwortet. Die Wohnung hat eine wirklich tolle Lage in Strandnähe (wenige Gehminuten bis zu einem wirklich schönen Sandstrand; in einigen Reiseführern als einer der schönsten in der Umgebung ausgewiesen, können wir bestätigen) mit schönem Meerblick vom Balkon aus. Etwas "nervig" war das Ausfüllen der Bestandsliste, in der bis zum einzelnen kleinen Löffel alles erfasst werden sollte, was in der Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt und alles sehr sauber (die Vermieterin legt darauf sehr viel Wert). Die Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sind etwas beengt, aber keine Überraschung, wenn man die Wohnungsbeschreibung gelesen und die Wohnungsgröße registriert hat (uns war es aber die Enge wert, dafür zwei Schlafzimmer zu haben). Positiv hervorzuheben ist das separate WC. Für Handtücher und Bettwäsche muss man extra zahlen (auch das ist der Beschreibung zu entnehmen), den Preis von 100 EUR (2 Wochen für 4 Personen; kein Wechsel in dieser Zeit) fanden wir etwas teuer (aber Mitnehmen von zuhause war keine Alternative). Das WLAN hatte am Nachmittag/Abend einige Verbindungsprobleme, was wohl auf die "Nutzungsspitzen" in der gesamten Ferienwohnungsanlage zu diesen Zeiten zurück zu führen ist. Trotz der ein oder anderen Einschränkung haben wir den Urlaub aber sehr genossen, nicht zuletzt die tolle Lage hat dazu beigetragen und wir haben uns in Summe in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese daher durchaus weiter empfehlen. Good contact with the landlord and his communication was clear and response time fast. The apartment was very nicely located in the complex. A lovely swimming pool was nearby. No stairs because you reach the front door via a walkway, near the reception and entrance of the complex. The decor of the apartment was good and modern. The price ratio was good. The reception by the caretaker was also perfectly arranged both on arrival and departure. As the apartment is stated in the ad is actually true. Shops nearby and lovely beaches.

Het appartement lag zeer mooi gelegen in het complex. Een heerlijk zwembad was vlakbij.
Geen trappenlopen want je komt via een loopbrug bij de voordeur, vlakbij de receptie en ingang van het complex.
De inrichting van het appartement was goed en modern. De prijsverhouding was goed.
De opvang door de huismeester was ook perfect geregeld zowel bij aankomst als vertrek.
Zoals het appartement in de advertentie staat vermeld is ook daadwerkelijk waar.
Winkels in de buurt en heerlijke strandjes.

Apartment as advertised, very well located in the residence. The fact that it is through makes it possible to create a beneficial air current in the event of strong heat. Very complete household appliances. Decent bedroom bedding. Terrace with sea view to accommodate 6 guests, small electric plancha included. Contacts with the owner were very cordial and uncommon. He worried about whether the stay was going well. We will be back, that's for sure.
Appartement conforme à l'annonce, très bien situé dans la résidence. Le fait qu'il soit traversant permet de créer un courant d'air bénéfique en cas de forte chaleur. Equipement électroménager très complet. Literie de la chambre correcte. Terrasse avec vue sur la mer permettant d'accueillir 6 convives, petite plancha électrique incluse. Les contacts avec le propriétaire étaient très cordiaux et, peu courant. Il s'est inquiété de savoir si le séjour se passait bien. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain.

We spent two really nice weeks in Marie's house. The heated pool and the view are amazing. We especially liked the upper floor. The apartment on the lower floor is a bit darker than the upper floor, but this is certainly an advantage in summer, as it is always a bit cooler here than upstairs. Otherwise, there are also air conditioners upstairs that we didn't need for cooling in April. Communication with Marie and Claire, who look after the house on site, was always nice and courteous. We would have liked to come back in the fall, but unfortunately the house is already occupied. Maybe in summer!
Wir haben im Haus von Marie zwei wirklich schöne Wochen verbracht. Der beheizte Pool und die Aussicht sind fantastisch. Besonders das obere Stockwerk hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung in der unteren Etage ist etwas dunkler als die obere, was aber sicherlich ein Vorteil im Sommer ist, da es hier immer etwas kühler ist als oben. Ansonsten gibt es oben aber auch Klimageräte, die wir im April noch nicht zum Kühlen benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Marie und Claire, die das Haus vor Ort betreut, war immer nett und zuvorkommend. Wir wären gerne direkt auch im Herbst wiedergekommen, aber leider ist das Haus schon belegt. Vielleicht im Sommer!
