Large apartment for 5 people, conveniently located for all services and excellent for visiting Porto Venere, the island of Palmaria and the Cinque Terre. Owner very nice and very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay with Armando. This man does everything to make his guests happy. If you have any questions, he will sort it out for you and come back the next day with notes. He may have a parking space available in the center of La Spezia. He thinks along with you, not only in terms of possibilities, but also what the best cheap solution is, hates money grabs. Armando knows well where the seasonal crowds are too great and comes up with fun alternatives. He also provides a list of restaurants and, if necessary, he calls for you.
The house is very well cared for. as well as the garden. The house consists of two floors. Each apartment has one floor at its disposal. We had the bottom floor with a large garden. Garden is well cared for and enough furniture available. The location is on the outskirts of La Spezia, no heavy traffic. Armando lives next door to the apartment, so communication lines are short.
Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gekend bij Armando. Deze man doet alles om zijn gasten het naar de zin te maken. Als je vragen heb dan zoekt hij het voor je uit en komt ie de volgende dag terug met aantekeningen. Hij heeft eventueel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar in de binnenstad van La Spezia. Hij denkt enorm mee niet alleen in mogelijkheden maar ook wat de beste goedkope oplossing is, heeft een hekel aan geldklopperij. Armando weet goed waar de seizoen drukte te groot is en komt met leuke alternatieven. Ook een lijst met restaurants wordt door hem geleverd en desnoods belt hij voor je op.
De woning is zeer goed verzorgd. evenals de tuin. De woning bestaat uit twee verdiepingen. Elk appartement heeft één verdieping tot zijn beschikking. Wij hadden de onderste verdieping met daarbij een grote tuin. Tuin is goed verzorgd en genoeg meubilair beschikbaar. De locatie is aan de rand van La Spezia, geen druk verkeer. Armando woont zelf naast het appartement dus de communicatielijntjes zijn kort.

Armando immediately proved to be very helpful and above all a person with great care. Despite the current contingency of COVID-19, he has found the system to let us visit the main points of interest in the city, giving us many tips on what to do and where to eat. The house in line with what has been described, very large and well maintained, equipped with all comforts. Furthermore, the location is strategic to be able to go and explore the main points of interest such as the Palamaria island, the 5 terre, Portovenere and Lerici as it is very close to the embarkations and the main famous bays. Up to the last moment Armando made himself available for any of our needs. We will definitely return!
Armando si è dimostrato fin da subito molto disponibile e soprattutto una persona con grande cura. Nonostante la contingenza attuale del COVID-19 ha trovato il sistema di farci visitare i principali punti di interesse della città dandoci molti consigli su cosa fare e dove poter mangiare. La casa in linea con quanto descritto, molto ampia e ben tenuta, fornita di tutti i comfort. Inoltre la posizione è strategica per poter andare ad esplorare i principali punti di interesse come l'isola Palamaria, le 5 terre, Portovenere e Lerici in quanto si trova vicinissima agli imbarchi e dalle principali famose baie. Fino all'ultimo momento Armando si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi nostra esigenza. Sicuramente ritorneremo!
Very neat apartment on the 5th floor with elevator. The apartment is located in the city on a main road, but only during the day noticeable. At night, the refuse collection is on the way several times and also the neighboring skyscrapers cause a bit of unrest. Mr. Bonomi is a very nice and helpful landlord, who drove us right after our arrival through the city and has some hot spots and supermarkets (for us very important) has shown. For a short break to visit the area, the apartment is highly recommended. An unbeatable PLUS is the private underground parking a few steps away.
Sehr gepflegte Ferienwohnung im 5.Stock mit Fahrstuhl.Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse,die sich aber nur tagsüber bemerkbar macht.
Nachts ist die Müllabfuhr mehrfach unterwegs und auch die Nachbarhochhäuser sorgen für etwas Unruhe.
Herr Bonomi ist ein äusserst netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der uns nach unserer Ankunft gleich durch die Stadt gefahren hat und einige Hot-Spots sowie Supermärkte( für uns sehr wichtig )gezeigt hat.
Für einen Kurzurlaub um die Gegend zu besichtigen ist die Wohnung absolut empfehlenswert. Ein unschlagbares PLUS ist die private Tiefgarage ein paar Schritte
entfernt.
Housing located in a quiet residential area. Armando speaks French, is good advice. Adapted housing with young children: beds with umbrella + high chair. Ideal base for visiting the 5 lands and other villages in the area. Small flat: mosquitoes!

Very functional apartment that has a real soul, it feels like home. Mr Bonomi is not an owner like the others, he is warm and close to people. He did everything for the success of our stay, he drove us with his vehicle to make a great tour of the city during which he gave us tips, tricks and good addresses (where to enjoy a good ice cream, events or La Spezia celebrations ...) We spent 2 weeks in this apartment and there is no shortage of things to visit in this region: the Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Pisa, Lucca and a little further Florence. Personally, we have a small crush for the arrival by boat on the Cinque Terre, a bit expensive but it is really worth it !!! This is an address that we recommend without hesitation.

Mr Bonomi n'est pas un propriétaire comme les autres, il est chaleureux et proche des gens .
Il a mis tout en œuvre pour la réussite de notre séjour, il nous a conduit avec son véhicule pour faire un grand tour de la ville pendant lequel il nous a donné des conseils, astuces et bonnes adresses ( où déguster une bonne glace, évènements ou fêtes de La Spezia...)
Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cet appartement et il ne manque pas de chose à visiter dans cette région : les Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Pise, Lucca et un peu plus loin Florence..
Personnellement, nous avons un petit coup de cœur pour l'arrivée en bateau sur les Cinque Terre, un peu cher mais ça en vaut vraiment la peine !!!

We enjoyed the apartment above La Spezia for two weeks! The apartment is very tastefully and lovingly furnished and technically very well equipped. The associated garden is characterized by a shady orange / lemon hermaphrodite tree. It was always nice to have breakfast or dinner there. The location outside the bustling town of La Spezia is ideal for relaxing after a day out on the beach or in the evening. Mr. B., the landlord, is a very friendly and very helpful La Spezianer. A city tour with him gave us valuable tips for designing our time in and around La Spezia. For questions he was - or his father - anytime approachable. We have often rented a variety of apartments, but such a courtesy on the part of the landlord, we have experienced nowhere. We can recommend the apartment in the beautiful Liguria without reservation and will definitely spend another holiday there. Family G. and UH from Dusseldorf
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung oberhalb von La Spezia für zwei Wochen genossen! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet und technisch sehr gut ausgestattet. Der dazugehörende Garten ist geprägt von einem schattenspendenden Orangen-/ Zitronen-Zwitterbaum. Es war immer sehr schön, dort zu frühstücken oder abendzuessen. Die Lage außerhalb der quirligen Stadt La Spezia ist ideal, um nach einem Ausflug oder Strandtag abends entspannende Ruhe zu finden. Herr B., der Vermieter, ist ein sehr freundlicher und sehr hilfsbereiter La Spezianer. Eine Stadtrundfahrt mit ihm gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die Gestaltung unserer Zeit in und um La Spezia. Für Fragen war er - oder auch sein Vater - jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben schon oft die unterschiedlichsten Ferienwohnungen angemietet, aber so eine Zuvorkommenheit seitens des Vermieters haben wir noch nirgendwo erlebt. Wir können die Wohnung im schönen Ligurien uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden dort bestimmt noch einen weiteren Urlaub verbringen. Familie G. und U. H. aus Düsseldorf
The apartment was very nice and corresponded to the pictures in the portal. We felt very comfortable. There was nothing missing. The landlord was very accommodating. The surroundings corresponded to our ideas. We have done many trips. This will not be the last time that we book this apartment for the holidays ... :-)

Auch die Umgebung entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht. Das wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein, dass wir diese Ferienwohnung für den Urlaub buchen... :-)
Kindness, availability and helpfulness, here are some words to define Mr B., the owner. His warm welcome was inviting us to visit La Spezia for over an hour in his car. The housing is in the image of its owner, flawless! We could appreciate the view of the Gulf but also the comfort of the place. The good advice of Armando allowed us to plan the best our stay thanks to his good command of the French language. We highly recommend this rental and will not hesitate to advise our family, friends and colleagues. Go there ... eyes closed!
Gentillesse, disponibilité et serviabilité, voici quelques mots pour définir Monsieur B., le propriétaire. Son accueil a été des plus chaleureux en nous invitant à visiter La Spezia pendant plus d'une heure dans son véhicule. Le logement est à l'image de son propriétaire, irréprochable! Nous avons pu apprécier la vue sur le golfe mais aussi le confort des lieux. Les bons conseils d'Armando nous ont permis de planifier au mieux notre séjour grâce à sa bonne maîtrise de la langue française. Nous recommandons très vivement cette location et n'hésiterons pas à la conseiller à notre famille, amis et collègues. Allez y ... les yeux fermés !!
The facilities at property were excellent. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy by boat, train or car. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.
We had a great time in a beautiful area. The apartment is very well appointed and decorated with great taste. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace, quiet with beautiful views of the gulf of poets. The location is ideal to discover both the Cinque Terre National Park, Florence and Pisa. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of accommodation that Mr B. offers. An apartment of 85 m2, spacious, bright, fully equipped, in a very quiet residence. The beds are made upon arrival; the linen (bath towels, towels, tea towels ...) is provided. This apartment is ideally placed to do everything on foot; close to the historic center of La Spezia (about 15 min walk); close to the port (about 20 min walk) to take the boat to Cinque Terre and Portovenere; close to the railway station (30 min walk, or with bus N ° 5 which is 20 meters from the residence) to make the trip to Pisa, or the Cinque Terre; and finally close (15 min walk) to a large shopping center where you can find many restaurants and shops ....... In addition, it has a parking space, in a garage in the basement secure; very appreciable and rare in La Spezia. What to say about the owner! He is not a renter like the others; we had the right to a warm welcome. He is of rare kindness. In love with his region, he has only one desire: to share the charms of his city and its surroundings.Anxious that we spend an excellent stay, on our arrival, he made us discover the city by car; give us advice and answer all our questions; and this in excellent French. In short, we had a great stay, and we highly recommend this rental hoping to return one day! A big THANK YOU to Mr B.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’hébergement que Mr B. propose.
Un appartement de 85 m2, spacieux, lumineux, tout équipé, dans une résidence très calme. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée; le linge de maison (Draps de bain, serviettes, torchons…) est fourni.
Cet appartement est idéalement bien placé pour tout faire à pied; proche du centre-ville historique de la Spezia (environ 15 min à pied); proche du port (environ 20 min à pied) pour prendre le bateau vers les Cinque Terre et Portovenere; proche de la gare ferroviaire (30 min à pied, ou alors avec le bus N° 5 qui se prend à 20 mètres de la résidence) pour faire le trajet vers Pise, ou les Cinque Terre ; et enfin proche (15 min à pied) d’un grand centre commercial où l’on peut trouver de nombreux restaurants et boutiques…….
De plus, il possède une place de parking, dans un garage en sous-sol sécurisé; très appréciable et rare à La Spezia.
Que dire du propriétaire! Ce n’est pas un loueur comme les autres; nous avons eu le droit à un accueil chaleureux. Il est d’une gentillesse rare. Amoureux de sa région, il n’a qu’une envie : nous faire partager les charmes de sa ville et des environs. Soucieux que l’on passe un excellent séjour, à notre arrivée, il nous a fait découvrir la ville en voiture ; nous a donner des conseils et a répondu à toutes nos questions ; et ce dans un excellent français.
Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, et nous recommandons vivement cette location en espérant y retourner un jour !
