Hello, the apartment was well located in GRAU du ROI, very quiet, the sun was present throughout the week, the vacation was perfect, I would definitely come back.

Apartment very well placed and very functional. The owner is very friendly thank you for the little attentions ?. I recommend this apartment +++ we hope to be able to return next year. Everything was perfect just a small flat a small electric oven in addition to the microwave and the hob would be really the best. The air conditioning is really a plus for this apartment and despite the fact that we are in the pedestrian street we do not hear any noise thanks to the double glazing. Only positive can't wait to come back.

Je recommande cet appartement +++ nous espérons pouvoir y retourner l'année prochaine. Tout était parfait juste un petit bémol un petit four électrique en plus du micro onde et de la plaque de cuisson serait vraiment le top.
La climatisation est vraiment un plus pour cet appartement et malgré le fait qu'on soit dans la rue piétonne nous n'entendons pas de bruit grâce au double vitrage.
Que du positif hâte de revenir.

The apartment is beautifully located and its equipment is very complete, corresponding to the description. Comfortable apartment, ideally located, facing the sea, a large sandy beach and a few minutes walk from the city center. We made our trips either on foot or by bike (lots of bike paths). The owner is very available and very kind (telephone contact). I recommend this rental and keep the contact details for another stay.
Appart' tout confort, idéalement situé, en face de la mer, d'une grande plage de sable fin et à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. Nous avons fait nos déplacements soit à pied ou à vélo (beaucoup de pistes cyclables). Le propriétaire est très disponible et très gentil (contact téléphonique). Je recommande cette location et garde les coordonnées pour un autre séjour.
Very well equipped accommodation and the proximity to shops and entertainment is a real plus, which allows a stay with your feet in the water and without the need for a vehicle.

It's been 2 times that we rent this apartment with always so much satisfaction! It is well laid out, functional and very well placed at the entrance to the port. The owners are very nice. We will return!

We had a pleasant stay. The apartment is very well equipped. Ideal for family holidays (5 people, but the apartment is really planned for 6). Well appointed apartment. The owners are very nice. Very close to the beach on foot and also the Seaquarium! ??

Superb rental with a location very well located on the port and close to the beach. Air-conditioned apartment, double-glazed window, balcony overlooking the port and the sea + very practical small terrace for drying clothes, among other things. There is also a patio for parking bicycles. The PLUS is a parking space!!! it's very very practical especially at Grau du Roi in the middle of summer! We were 4 + 1 child of 3 years old so the owner provided us with a travel cot and a high chair. The owner is really available, very helpful and courteous. I thank him very much. I highly recommend it !
Superbe location avec un emplacement très bien situé sur le port et proche de la plage. Appartement climatisé, fenêtre double vitrage, balcon donnant sur le port et la mer + petite terrasse très pratique pour faire sécher le linge entre autres. Il y a aussi un patio pour stationner les vélos. Le PLUS, c'est une place de parking !!! c'est très très pratique surtout au Grau du roi en plein été ! Nous étions 4 + 1 enfant de 3 ans donc le propriétaire nous a mis à disposition un lit parapluie et une chaise haute.
Le propriétaire est vraiment disponible, très serviable et courtois. Je le remercie beaucoup.
