We, three adults from New Zealand, stayed here for 9 nights October 2018. We had a fabulousl stay in this very modern apartment and Viviana and her son were very easy to communicate with. This is my second time staying with Viviana and we returned again to Viviana because she is such a wonderful person. The apartment was suitable for our needs with plenty of room. A kettle would be nice and maybe another pot but other than that, everything was fine. Location and transport is excellent. We had no problems navigating to Termini and to the Vatican and back. The market place is close by and is excellent for buying meat and veges and the little supermarket store was so close. Catching the Hop on Hop off bus was close too, 10 mins walking distance. There are also some great restaurants close by.

Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.
I recommend everyone to stay in this wonderful cottage both for the beauty and for the impeccable cleanliness above expectations, the view from the terrace in words cannot be described, if you want to disconnect from the city it is the ideal place, in 10 minutes you are in the center of Gaeta or Sperlonga and very close to the most beautiful beaches. We felt at home thanks to Paola and Salvatore always available and kind, for us it was just difficult to leave this little corner of paradise .. which we hope to see again soon!
Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo meraviglioso cottage sia per la bellezza che per la pulizia impeccabile sopra le aspettative, la vista dalla terrazza a parole non si può descrivere, se si desidera staccare la spina dalla città é il luogo ideale, in 10 minuti sei al centro di Gaeta o Sperlonga e vicinissimo alle spiagge più belle. Ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie a Paola e Salvatore sempre disponibili e gentili, per noi è stato solo difficile lasciarlo questo piccolo angolo di paradiso..che speriamo di rivedere al più presto!
We spent a nice time. holiday, the owners are very caring and gave us great suggestions regarding the beach and various services on site. The accommodation is functional and equipped with everything you need even in its small size, we felt at ease. The terrace is lovely. Kira and Ulysses are adorable and peaceful. Highly recommended.

Owners very kind, welcoming, very helpful, they made us feel as if we were in our home. Well equipped terrace with a breathtaking and super enchanting panorama. Fantastic cottage, well built, well equipped, with all the comforts up to expectations.

We made our holiday in August in Sabaudia in this villa apartment hosted by Massimo. Apartment very nice clean functional and above all a beautiful garden. Maximum person very kind and helpful. We had a great time !!! We were three with a little girl! The garden was perfect and everything else!

Quiet, clean and comfortable place, very private apartment. To go to the beach it takes about 10 minutes to walk and about 20 minutes to return (since it is in a slight uphill).
Posto silenzioso pulito e confortevole, appartamento molto riservato. Per andare in spiaggia ci vogliono circa 10 minuti a piedi e circa 20 minuti per il ritorno (poiché e in leggera salita).
An unexpectedly positive week, the location of the house with double views, the mountains on one side and the sea on the other, the proximity to the center of Sperlonga just 5 minutes walk, but out of the chaos of the city center especially at the weekend, Reach the sea a 10/15 minute walk that in some cases may seem like a lot but they have helped maintain the physical shape, which is very important parking in Sperlonga is really crucial. The house is clean and furnished with everything.
Una settimana inaspettatamente positiva, la posizione della casa con doppia veduta, sui monti da una parte e sul mare dall'altra, la vicinanza dal centro di Sperlonga a soli 5 minuti a piedi, ma fuori dal caos del centro città soprattutto nel weekend, per raggiungere il mare una camminata di 10/15 minuti che in alcuni casi possono sembrare molti ma che hanno favorito a mantenere in forma il fisico, cosa importantissima il parcheggio che a Sperlonga è veramente fondamentale. La casa pulitissima e fornita di ogni cosa.
House full of brand new household appliances, functional kitchen, beautiful garden, not even a speck of dust, hospitality "Tuscan ". Definitely out of hand, which ensures an enviable tranquility. consigliatissima structure.
Casa nuovissima completa di elettrodomestici, cucina funzionale, giardino bellissimo, neanche un granello di polvere, ospitalità "alla toscana". All'interno di un residence e non lontano dal mare, il che garantisce una tranquillità invidiabile. Struttura consigliatissima.

Housing simple but adequate furniture to spend peaceful nights. very calm residence located away from the center but very close by metro or bus (the 118 will take you to the Coliseum in less than 10 min). Very nice restaurant nearby, a market and a supermarket. In short everything you need to troubleshoot for a short stay. We had a very pleasant stay. Viviana and Paolo thank you.
Logement au mobilier simple mais suffisant pour y passer des nuits paisibles. Résidence très calme située à l'écart du centre mais très proche de part les métros ou le bus (le 118 vous amène au Colisée en moins de 10 min) . Restaurant très sympa à proximité, un marché et un supermarché. Bref tout ce qu'il faut pour dépanner pour un court séjour. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Studio calme et très bien situé. Ce studio assez spacieux situé en entresol est idéal pour une étape touristique ayant pour but de visiter de nombreux site. The metro San Giovanni est à un quart d'heure à pieds (useless attendre of the bus 360) et depuis le métro vous pouvez vous rendre sur rapidement les principaux sites touristiques. A magasin se trouve juste à côté, ce qui permet de faire des courses sans aucun soucis. La cuisine et la salle de bain pourraient être améliorées (fixation du four, joint plaque de cuisson, mobilier cuisine, douche étroite et bac de remplissage WC) tout ceci corn will sont que des détails au regard de l'excellente qualité du reste (proximité du métro, calme, proximité des commerces).

Positives: apartments and quiet area, very close to shops, close enough to the centers of tourist interest in the city. Suitably well connected by bus 268 to the city center, the nearest metro station is about 1km away. Negatives: quite dark apartment (basement) very basic kitchen equipment.
Points positifs: appartement et quartier calme, commerces très proches, assez proche des centres d’intérêts touristique de la ville.
Convenablement bien desservi par le bus 268 pour le centre-ville, la plus proche station de métro est à peu près à 1km à pied.
Points négatifs: appartement assez sombre (sous-sol) équipement cuisine très primaire.
