Stay November / December 2015 Apartment very clean, very nice, quiet in a beautiful house with all comforts. Beautiful sea and nature for the rather large terrace to take his meals. It is very close to all amenities (4 minute walk to get to the church of St. Anne, town center and a few minutes to the large and beautiful beach). Owners very welcoming, super friendly, discreet but always benevolent. We highly recommend this rental, you will not be disappointed. We carefully keep this address.

Appartement très propre, très agréable, au calme dans une belle maison avec tout le confort nécessaire. Belle vue mer et nature depuis la terrasse assez grande pour y prendre ses repas. Il est très proche de toutes les commodités (4 minutes à pied pour se rendre à l'église de Sainte Anne, centre du bourg et quelques minutes de plus pour la grande et magnifique plage).
Propriétaires très accueillants, ultra sympathiques, discrets mais toujours bienveillants.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Some problems aircon but which are arranged, we were well received, housing conforms to the announcement, beautiful view from the balcony, I will recommend the address.

We spent two weeks in early May in this property and keep a pleasant memory. The house is very well located in a quiet area of ??St. Anne and enough in the hills to be naturally "broken ". We could take all our meals on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view of the sea and birds! We also enjoyed the net in the room, which has allowed us to sleep open window to enjoy the relative cool of the night (I reassure fans of the AC, there was a too). In terms of proximity, we liked being able to walk to the beach of Pointe Marin (Club Med) or in the town. As for the famous Salines beach is only minutes away by car. Finally, we would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. BOISSARD for their hospitality, kindness and enjoyed the discussions with them. Micheline and Patrick
Nous avons passé 2 semaines début mai dans cette location et en gardons un agréable souvenir.
La maison est très bien située, dans un quartier calme de Sainte Anne et suffisamment dans les hauteurs pour être naturellement "ventilée". Nous pouvions prendre tous nos repas sur le balcon, profitant ainsi de la belle vue sur la mer et des petits oiseaux !
Nous avons aussi apprécié la moustiquaire dans la chambre, ce qui nous a permis de dormir fenêtre ouverte pour profiter de la relative fraîcheur de la nuit (je rassure les inconditionnels de la clim, il y en avait une aussi).
Pour ce qui est de la proximité, on a aimé pouvoir aller à pied à la plage de la Pointe Marin (club Med) ou dans le bourg. Quant à la fameuse plage des Salines elle n'est qu'à quelques minutes en voiture.
Enfin, nous tenons aussi à remercier M. et Mme BOISSARD pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et avons beaucoup apprécié les discussions avec eux.

We stayed with our two children in April 2014 in this apartment, very well maintained in a quiet residential area, close to beautiful beach in Sainte Anne. Superb views over the Caribbean Sea and the mountains of Martinique. Very friendly and welcoming owners. Opportunity to go to the center of Sainte Anne walk and the beach. We highly recommend this accommodation.
Nous avons séjourné avec nos deux enfants, en avril 2014, dans cet appartement, très bien entretenu dans un secteur d'habitation calme, situé à proximité de magnifique plage à Sainte Anne. Vue superbe sur la mer des Caraïbes et les montagnes de la Martinique. Propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. Possibilité d'aller au centre de Sainte Anne à pied ainsi qu'à la plage. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce logement.
Home always charming Mr. and Mrs. Boissard, rental perfectly located and consistent, and hummingbirds and birds every morning at 7:30 am who accompanied us at breakfast always charming and scenic ... A counselor at St Anne to 18h, the Ti'punch (at Neisson, 2 otherwise 2 ? 50 ?) with shrimp or cod fritters small bar at Monique and Salines beach outside the always wonderful school holidays, 10 minutes by car rental ... I hope very soon and thank you to our hosts for their hospitality, kindness and explanations!
Accueil toujours aussi charmant de Mr et Mme Boissard, location parfaitement située et conforme, et les colibris et les oiseaux tous les matins à 7h30 qui nous accompagnaient au petit déjeuner toujours aussi charmants et dépaysants... A conseiller à St Anne à 18h, le Ti'punch (au Neisson, 2€50 sinon 2€) avec les accras crevettes ou morue au petit bar chez Monique, et la plage des Salines en dehors des vacances scolaires toujours aussi merveilleuse, à 10 minutes en voiture de la location... A très bientôt j'espère et encore merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil, explications et gentillesse !
We had a pleasant stay at Sainte Anne in this well equipped and well located apartment in the village. Quiet. Beautiful sea views from the terrace. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the owners who are very friendly, with a visit to the apartment very clean. Good value for money. If I return to Martinique I think I relourais gladly at Mr. and Mrs. Boissard. I recommend this property.

We were made very welcome by the owner, who is available and discreet. The apartment is clean, functional and offers a beautiful view from the terrace where we enjoyed our meals. Down the road we arrived at the heart of Saint-Anne, who has the charm of a village and is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Martinique. Days and evenings are lively, with its market, restaurants, bars, dance places. I relouerais with pleasure this apartment.

En bas de la rue nous arrivions au coeur de Saint-Anne, qui a le charme d'un village et est entourée des plus belles plages de la Martinique. Les journées et soirées y sont animés, avec son marché, ses restaurants, bars, endroits dansants.
