The house has everything and is as described in the advertisement. Very neat, spacious, comfortable kitchen, beautiful garden and surroundings, swimming spa, sauna, ping pong, billiards,... The beds sleep very well, sheets and plenty of towels available. Highly recommended!
De woning heeft alles en is zoals beschreven in de advertentie. Zeer netjes, ruim, geriefelijke keuken, mooie tuin en omgeving, zwemspa, sauna, pingpong, biljart,... De bedden slapen zeer goed, lakens en voldoende handdoeken aanwezig. Een echte aanrader!

The house is great, beautiful open space with open kitchen, nice bedrooms, lovely large garden with a lovely swimming pool and sauna, really everything is there to celebrate a nice holiday with 12 people ... The only downside are the many flies, a screen for all windows and doors could improve this. And the info states that the electricity is included, but we were told via a bank statement that we were refunded ? 100.00 less due to the consumption of electricity. And this was from the use of the swimming pool .... to my question whether other tenants might turn off the swimming pool at night, I did not receive an answer. So keep in mind that you have to pay extra, luckily we did not use the sauna otherwise we would have had to pay even more. The first week also no wifi due to a malfunction of the provider and the 2nd week the wifi was not really good either. All in all, we had a very good time.
Het huis is geweldig,mooie open ruimte met open keuken,fijne slaapkamers heerlijke grote tuin met een heerlijk zwembad en sauna,echt alles is aanwezig om met 12 pers een fijne vakantie te vieren...
Enige minpunt zijn de vele vliegen,voor alle ramen en deuren een hor zou dit kunnen verbeteren.
En in de info staat dat de elektra is inbegrepen maar wij kregen via een bankafschrift te te lezen dat we €100.00 minder teruggestort kregen ivm verbruik van elektra.
En dit was van het gebruik van het zwembad....op mijn vraag of andere huurder het zwembad s nachts dan misschien uitzetten kreeg ik geen antwoord.Dus houd er rekening mee dat u extra moet betalen,gelukkig hebben wij geen gebruik gemaakt van de sauna anders hadden we nog meer moeten betalen.
De eerste week ook geen wifi ivm storing van de provider en de 2de week was de wifi ook niet echt goed.
Al met al hebben wij ons heel goed vermaakt.

We have been very warmly received. The owner did a tour with us and explained everything well. The spacious holiday home meets all the criteria for enjoying it with friends and/or family. We enjoyed our stay very much with our children and grandchildren. Fortunately there was no school for our grandchildren on Monday 03 October. In this way, all ten of us were able to enjoy that wonderful weekend to the fullest. We also enjoyed some nice walks and the owner recommended a very good restaurant to us. Reimbursing the deposit was a bit difficult, but was eventually completed correctly. We would like to return, but only if the children and grandchildren can also experience the three nights.
We zijn er heel hartelijk ontvangen. De eigenaar heeft een rondgang met ons gedaan en alles goed uitgelegd. De ruime vakantiewoning voldoet aan alle criteria om er te genieten met vrienden en/of familie. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf samen met onze kinderen en kleinkinderen. Gelukkig was er op maandag 03 oktober geen school voor onze kleinkinderen. Op deze manier hebben we alle tien optimaal kunnen genieten van dat prachtige weekend. We hebben er ook genoten van enkele mooie wandelingen en de eigenaar heeft ons een heel goed restaurant aanbevolen.
Het terugbetalen van de waarborg verliep wat stroef maar werd uiteindelijk correct afgerond.
We zouden er graag terugkeren maar enkel indien de kinderen en kleinkinderen ook de drie overnachtingen kunnen mee beleven.

We rented this very beautiful house on the occasion of our 45 years of marriage with our children and grandchildren. This functional rental where nothing is missing. All the activities offered: swimming pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong, table football, billiards... allowed the whole family (young and old) to have a very pleasant stay. We will return with pleasure.
Nous avons loué cette très belle maison à l'occasion de nos 45 ans de mariage avec nos enfants et petits-enfants .
Cette location fonctionnelle où rien ne manque. L'ensemble des activités proposaient : piscine, jacuzzi,
ping-pong, babyfoot, billard... ont permis à toute la famille ( petits et grands ) de passer un très agréable séjour.

Fantastic location with beautiful views. Modern, spacious house with every comfort. Nice relaxation area upstairs with billiards, table football, bar ? The swimming pool / jacuzzi and sauna were clean and we used them a lot. Recommended!
Tip: putting the fridges in the relaxation room at night is too noisy there (we were also informed)

Everything to your liking! Tip tip okay! Rental was perfectly maintained as well as the garden! The grandchildren could enjoy themselves both on the upper floor and in the garden! Bedrooms in order, very clean bed linen and very interesting were the sinks in each bedroom! We had beautiful weather so really enjoyed the cool house for 3 days! Alles naar wens! Tip tip in orde! Vakantiewoning was perfect onderhouden alsook de tuin! De kleinkinderen konden zich zowel op de bovenverdieping als in de tuin uitleven! Slaapkamers in orde, heel proper bedlinnen en héél interessant waren de wastafels op elke slaapkamer! We hadden prachtig weer dus hebben ter plaatse echt 3 dagen genoten van de toffe woning! We have, together with children and grandchildren, had a very pleasant and pleasant week. The swimming pool was "the place to be" for the grandchildren. The playing area above (billiards and table football) was also used eagerly.

We had a wonderful stay at Rudy's house for a family birthday.
House well maintained, very large to accommodate all guests without walking on it. Everyone had his room with good bedding and a water point.
The jacuzzi was turning even in the middle of winter. We were lucky to enjoy it, the temperatures being mild.
There is something to occupy young and old for the greatest pleasure of all.
We will return to enjoy this haven of peace that's for sure!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison de Rudy pour un anniversaire en famille.
Maison bien entretenue, très grande pour loger tous les convives sans se marcher dessus. Chacun avait sa chambre avec une bonne literie et un point d'eau.
Le jacuzzi tournait même en plein hiver. Nous avons eu de la chance d'en profiter, les températures étant douces.
Il y a de quoi occuper les petits et les grands pour le plus grand plaisir de tous.
Nous reviendrons profiter de ce havre de paix c'est certain!!

Beautiful house with large garden and parking for 2-3 cars, well equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace (firewood included). All very clean, large rooms with comfortable beds (3 of them with washbasin for toilet), games room with billiards and foosball, jacuzzi and sauna.
Possibility of renting bed linen and towels (at a good price).
The owners are very friendly, both by e-mail, by phone or when they receive you at home to show you how everything works.
