It was a beautiful holiday. The house is clean and fine, matches description. A good patio. The beach is very close. Hosts are very friendly.
We were 2 family - 8 people, house is ideal for our company.
We, three adults from New Zealand, stayed here for 9 nights October 2018. We had a fabulousl stay in this very modern apartment and Viviana and her son were very easy to communicate with. This is my second time staying with Viviana and we returned again to Viviana because she is such a wonderful person. The apartment was suitable for our needs with plenty of room. A kettle would be nice and maybe another pot but other than that, everything was fine. Location and transport is excellent. We had no problems navigating to Termini and to the Vatican and back. The market place is close by and is excellent for buying meat and veges and the little supermarket store was so close. Catching the Hop on Hop off bus was close too, 10 mins walking distance. There are also some great restaurants close by.

Beautiful place in the perfect location. Amazing and accommodating hosts, we could not have asked for a better place and location to stay. Perfect driving distance to really neat neighboring towns including Matera, Alberbello, Cisternino. Very close to beach and great restaurants. If you are visiting Puglia, you will not regret staying here! The hosts are so nice and suggest great places to visit. Highly recommended!
Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
Very nice apartment! Spacious and lovely decorated rooms. Very friendly owner. Two steps to Guidalocca beach. Sea view. 10 minutes drive to Castellamare harbor and to Zingaro natural park. Ideal for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children.

The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.

Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.
Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
A Beautiful home with an incredible view, within walking distance of the Rio nell'Alba town's main square. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and well equipped - all the necessities of home have been thought of.
Very quiet and relaxing with great walking trails nearby, as well as a decent bakery and little shops in town. The owners were superb and their rustic artistic touches made this place truly special.
A great opportunity to experience the real isola d'Elba.
The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.
We spent very good time in your flat
It is very good position for family with kids, good size of the apartment ,we likes option with garage and washing machine, ok- furnishers cloud be better but it not too bad, only one thing is missing- wi-fi!
I know its old building but today it big things because we need the information’s about tourist information and also because jobs ,today you must be available for your jobs even when you on vacations. Everything else is very good

We stayed a week in this house, very kind and helpful owners, the house is practically new, very quiet location and still close to Rio Marina, I definitely recommend it for those who want to experience a relaxing holiday.

Very nice small apartment located in a quiet area a few steps from the center and two you pass by a good supermarket..... Nothing was missing... shame about the unfortunately rainy weather. The owner Mr. Stefano and the mother Mrs. Ersilia, two truly kind and helpful people.... We spent 3 days of carefreeness and relaxation.... Thank you very much.....we will definitely recommend it

This year, a bit by chance, my friends and I came across Mrs. Cristina's apartment... a stone's throw from the town center and basic services such as tobacconists and supermarkets and places where you can have breakfast or an aperitif rather than trying delicious desserts! It was important for us to have two reserved parking spaces available also because the bus stop just outside the house takes you to the ski lifts in just a few minutes!! The apartment is warm and welcoming with its typical mountain colors and then the gem... a spectacular view!!! Once again, many thanks to Mrs. Cristina for her courtesy and helpfulness that are truly difficult to encounter! See you soon San Vigilio...see you soon Mrs Cristina!
Quest'anno un po' per caso, con i miei amici ci siamo imbattuti nell'appartamento della Signora Cristina... a due passi dal centro del paese e dai servizi di prima necessità come tabacchi e supermercato e locali dove fare colazione o aperitivo piuttosto che provare dolci buonissimi!
Per noi è stato importante avere a disposizione due posti auto riservati anche perché sotto casa la fermata dell'autobus ti accompagna in pochi minuti agli impianti di risalita!! L'appartamento è caldo e accogliente con i suoi colori tipici della montagna e poi la chicca... una vista spettacolare!!!

Lovely, modern apartment in a quiet area within walking distance to the Pine ice rink and speed skating oval. Warm welcoming hosts who were attentive to needs and helpful with any questions. I would definitely stay here again.
Large apartment with two bedrooms.. beautiful house with sea view, Mr. MATTEO was very kind, precise and timely in communication. Nothing was missing in the house, excellent experience. I highly recommend this accommodation which also has a balcony.
