House located in the hinterland of Liguria at about 120 m above sea level, in a very quiet area close to the seaside resort called S. Benedict of Artallo, Imperia.
Apartment of 60 m2 in a building of novel construction, freshly inaugurated in 2013. It is set on a 6000 m2 winery estate, adorned by fruit trees and vegetable plantations.
The apartment has been built with technology using biomaterials, thus offering low consumption and high performance.
Ideally placed in the calm countryside close to the town of Imperia and the Ligurian Sea (10 minutes), it sleeps a maximum of 6 persons and includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sitting room with kitchen and a terrace with pergola, directly opening onto the vineyard.
Private parking is included. Barbecue with olive wood is at disposition of customers for fantastic grilled meats.

The owners, a biologist (father) and landscape architect (daughter), personally take care of the estate and the land produce, including the famous local wines (Pigato, Vermentino and Rossese), with the possibility of tastings.
Oil for food, produced from the world-famous «taggiasca» olive, is also available for tasting.
