Charming holiday home classified '4 épis', spacious, comfortable, authentic, totally independent, in a former carpet slipper factory, fully renovated in the heart of a quiet environment, with woods, meadows and water meadows, plus wild life refuge.
Take advantage of the enclosed outdoor private space of 3000m2, with two big terraces, deckchairs, barbecue and garden furniture.

Near Marennes, Ile d'Oléron, Rochefort, La Rochelle, Royan.
15 minutes from beaches.
