The rooms are very spacious and the house corresponds well to the description.
We had a wonderful weekend in this house.
The person who takes care of the rental on site was very friendly and present to answer our questions.

The house is very well equipped and you can take full advantage of the garden to relax, have lunch or (and) dinner when the weather is nice, which was our case.
From the village of Keroret, several hiking trails allow you to discover the surrounding countryside and an interesting rural heritage (chapels, wash houses, fountains) and of course dolmens, alignments of menhirs and cromlech which in some way mark out all these paths.
I highly recommend this rental.
Claude was perfect for stewardship, friendly and available.
The only downside, the kitchen was not clean (crockery, dishes and utensils poorly washed - strong smell of fish in the fridge - freezer not cleaned)
But that won't stop us from coming back if the opportunity presents itself!!
We were wonderfully welcomed by Michel who gave us lots of information about the house and the activities around. He was very vigilant that everything went well. The welcome on site was also perfect.
The house is very spacious, there is all the necessary comfort, many bedrooms and bathrooms.
The kitchen is very complete and the large garden is very pleasant.
We were also able to enjoy the beach, Erdeven is ideally located geographically. And the local shops are at the top.
We had a great weekend, I recommend without hesitation.
The landlord has always been approachable and very helpful.

Everything is done to have a good time and Michel is a lovely host, very attentive and the organization is very fluid. It's a real pleasure to talk to him. We did not have the chance to meet each other but it was Claude who welcomed us and he was very attentive and attentive throughout our stay.

And then the owner to send us before our departure: a listing of the activities that we could do in the surroundings (everyone could find their way around), as well as a detailed and commented approach of the shops (and others) essential to our stay, finally a very precise sheet of the operation of all useful appliances (kitchen, heating, etc.).
I must also mention the precious presence of Claude "man of confidence " of the owner who welcomed us to introduce us to the house and put himself at our disposal at our request.
Thank you for this excellent stay (despite a rather capricious weather) we will come back, the whole family wishes it.

The kitchen is well equipped and bright, open to the spacious dining room, which, along with the living room, has allowed our children and grandchildren to meet around the fire thanks to 2 beautiful fireplaces.
Spacious rooms on the ground floor and on the two floors with functional and brand new bathrooms have allowed us to live these days peacefully.
The park of the nearby castle allowed beautiful walks as well as the very close ocean.
Without being in our usual family cocoon, we felt a little at home because this beautiful house is authentic, comfortable and sober.
The house is large, very well equipped, very quiet, and the welcome from both the owners and the person responsible for giving us the keys, was very pleasant.
We had a great holiday, and will keep this address in mind, for us or friends.
Everything was there to make us very beautiful family memories.

In a radius of 10 km there is a lot to experience.

The location in Erdeven also good base for trips to different beaches, Carnac, Auray, Vannes, Quiberon.
The setting is superb and rest assured thanks to the calm of nature. The comfort of home is more than satisfactory and the warm and elegant decor. The owners had made new development: staircase, changes in living and working with a reading corner and a big TV for possible rainy days (which never arrive !!). Do not hesitate to go. You'll also welcomed.
We had a great weekend in this beautiful mansion. The owner is very attentive. We were 8 adults and 4 children, each has found its space.
The garden is beautiful and as the weather was nice appointments, we had lunch in the shade under a tree as shown in the photo.
