The location of the villa is excellent, 200 meters from the sea and very close to the market, bar and restaurant. The villa is spacious and comfortable both inside and outside and complete with everything. Riccardo and his family are very welcoming people and available for every need. The beaches nearby are stunning as is the sea! Wonderful holiday in every way! Highly recommended
Ottima la posizione del villino a 200 mt dal mare e vicinissimo al market, bar e ristorante. La villa è spaziosa e comoda sia all’Interno che all’esterno e completa di tutto. Riccardo e la sua famiglia sono persone molto accoglienti e disponibili per ogni necessità.

Beautiful house 5 minutes walk from the sea. Small but with everything you need, found clean and tidy. The outdoor space is also wonderful, in particular the veranda which can be used for lunches and dinners with a sea view. Owners extremely available and very kind! Definitely an apartment to recommend.
Bellissima casa a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, trovata pulita e ordinata. Stupendo anche lo spazio esterno, in particolare la veranda che si può sfruttare per pranzi e cene con vista mare. Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto gentili! Sicuramente un’appartamento da consigliare.
We were met at the airport by Idelma and Adriano who accompanied us to the house despite the late hour. They are exceptional hosts, kind and uncommonly responsive. The house with a terrace and a beautiful garden is very pleasant, 10 minutes walk from a pretty beach. VILLASIMIUS is 15 minutes by car, otherwise the nearest village is Torre di stelle 5 minutes by car with shops, bars and an equipped beach. Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport oar Idelma et Adriano qui nous ont accompagné jusqu'à la maison malgré l'heure tardive. Ce sont des hôtes exceptionnels, gentils et d'une réactivité peu commune. La maison dotée d'une terrasse et d'un beau jardin est très agréable, à 10 minutes à pieds d'une jolie plage. VILLASIMIUS est à 15 minutes en voiture, sinon le village le plus proche est Torre di stelle à 5 minutes en voiture avec commerces, bars et plage aménagée. Nous avons passé une agréable semaine et merci encore à Idelma et Adriano.

The apartment is ideal for a holiday in this part of Sardinia. The bedrooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor terrace with sea view is wonderful. The location is strategic as, by walking along the internal road in a few minutes (therefore without crossing the provincial road), you reach the first of the enchanting beaches of Chia which are all reachable with a beautiful walk. The owner is very kind and the exchange of information is always complete and fast. Highly recommended.

Le camere da letto sono ampie, la cucina è ben dotata e la terrazza esterna con vista mare è meravigliosa.
La posizione è strategica in quanto, percorrendo in pochi minuti a piedi la stradina interna (quindi senza attraversare la provinciale), si giunge alla prima delle incantevoli spiagge di Chia che sono tutte raggiungibili con una bellissima passeggiata.
La proprietaria è molto gentile e i lo scambio di informazioni sempre completo e veloce.

We were pleasantly surprised. Everything super clean. Everything available. Well equipped kitchen. Even soap, dish soap, sponge, cleaning material and more. You were even allowed to use beach chairs, chairs, umbrellas and the like. Nice contact. Good explanation / handover on site. Close to the beach. In a calm neighborhood. Shopping just around the corner Mt everything you need and fresh. Big garden for our kids. Covered space and large table. Mosquito screens were available. We could gladly again.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke Mt allem was man braucht und frisch. Grosser Garten für unsere Kids. Gedeckten Platz und grosser Tisch. Mückengitter waren vorhanden. Wir konnten gern wieder.
This property surpassed our expectations. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. There was constant hot water and a good supply of towels. The garden was well maintained. The owners are very aware of the environment and provided bins for compost and recycling. They greeted us when we arrived, and made sure we knew where the shops and restaurants were. The property is in a quiet, safe area and is a stones throw from the beach. I would certainly recommend this house to my friends. I never booked with MediaHols before but will certainly do so in the future.
The house is located in a strategic area for visiting the southern coast of Sardinia. Idelma and Adriano are wonderful people who with their kindness made us feel at home.The house is clean and has all the comforts to make the holiday perfect , from linen to beach equipment and even coal for the barbeque, nothing was missing.Thank you again we will definitely see you again.
La casa si trova in una zona strategica x visitare la costa del sud della Sardegna .Idelma e Adriano sono delle persone meravigliose che con la loro gentilezza ci hanno fatto sentire in famiglia.La casa è pulita e ha tutti i comfort x rendere la vacanza perfetta ,dalla biancheria all'attrezzatura da spiaggia e perfino il carbone x il barbeque ,non mancava proprio nulla.Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente.

Truly relaxing holiday, the house is very welcoming, comfortable and spacious, the beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot via an easy path, if I really have to find a fault it is that there are no deck chairs or sun loungers on the terrace. The owner very nice and helpful. Thanks for a nice vacation. Ps my dog was super good.
Vacanza veramente rilassante, la casa molto accogliente confortevole e spaziosa, l spiaggia si raggiunge in qualche minuto a piedi attraverso un agevole sentiero, se proprio devo trovare un difetto è che non ci sono sdraio o lettini prendisole sulla terrazza. Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Grazie per la bella vacanza trascorsa. P.s. la mia cagnolina è stata super bene.

On ne pouvait pas rêver mieux comme endroit! Accueil sympathique et Giovanna toujours aux petits soins si besoin! Pieds dans l’eau, jolie plage, appartement grand et très propre, petit resto de plage délicieux. Vraiment un endroit où il fait bon être ;)) On y reviendra ;))))
The house turned out to be above our expectations. Practice both in furnishing and in the arrangement of the various areas. The outdoor area is equipped with a comfortable shower in the garden to cool off and clean off the sand when returning from the beach which is just a 3-minute walk away. The shower in the external service bathroom is also ideal because it avoids bringing sand into the house and is very practical. The garden is well-kept and the side patio, always ventilated even on the hottest days, is nice to live in for outdoor lunches and dinners. The house is equipped with every utensil or tool that could be used. Sheets and towels of impeccable cleanliness available in large quantities in the closets of the house. Riccardo then proved to be a discreet host but prompt in answering questions or requests. The foresight of letting us find water and coffee upon our arrival was also appreciated. As well as cleaning products, chairs and umbrella for the sea etc etc ... Excellent wifi connection which also allowed us to work in smart working. Supermarket next door, stocked even if not exactly cheap. After 3 weeks therefelt like home! Super recommended if you are looking for accommodation in this area. Thanks.
La casa si è rilevata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Pratica sia nell'arredamento che nella disposizione delle varie zone. Lo spazio esterno è fornito di una comoda doccia in giardino per rinfrescarsi e pulirsi dalla sabbia al rientro dalla spiaggia che si trova a soli 3 minuti a piedi. La doccia nel bagno di servizio esterno poi è ideale perché evita di portare sabbia all'interno della casa è davvero molto pratica. Il giardino è curato e il patio laterale, sempre ventilato anche nelle giornate più calde, bello da vivere per pranzi e cene all'aperto. La casa é fornita di ogni utensileria o attrezzo che possa servire. Lenzuola e asciugamani di una pulizia impeccabile a disposizione in gran quantità negli armadi della casa.
Riccardo poi si è dimostrato padrone di casa discreto ma sollecito nel rispondere a quesiti o richieste. Anche l'accortezza di averci fatto trovare acqua e caffè al nostro arrivo è stata apprezzata. Nonche prodotti per la pulizia, seggiole e ombrellone per il mare etc etc...
Ottima la connessione wifi che ci ha permesso anche di lavorare in smart working.
Supermarket di fianco, fornito anche se non proprio economico.
Dopo 3 settimane ci sentivamo come a casa! Super consigliata se cercate una sistemazione in questa zona. Grazie.
It is a "candy box " right in the center of Costa Rei close to the sea and all services. We had a great time the house was perfect and cared for in every detail and the owner Loretta very kind and very helpful followed us for the trip on the day of arrival and waited with the fridge full of fresh drinks for us and for our children. We found an even more beautiful environment than expected with everything that was described in the ad, indeed more; the air conditioner and the barbecue were brand new, all really perfect, we will definitely be back !!!
E' una "bomboniera" proprio al centro di Costa Rei vicina al mare e a tutti i servizi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo la casa era perfetta e curata in ogni dettaglio e la proprietaria Loretta gentilissima e molto disponibile ci ha seguiti per il viaggio il giorno di arrivo e aspettati con il frigo pieno di bevande fresche per noi e per i nostri figli. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente ancor più bello delle aspettative con tutto ciò che era descritto nell'annuncio, anzi di più; il condizionatore e il barbecue erano nuovissimi, tutto davvero perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
I stayed in Solanas with Mr. Salvatore for a week in June. I highly recommend this apartment for its proximity to the very beautiful beach (distance 250m), the possibility of having a garden, the cleanliness and courtesy of the owners. Perfect for a family of 4, we especially appreciated the attention to those little things, essential for those who travel by plane like us and cannot carry excessive luggage such as having scented sheets and towels (both for bath and sea), containers of plastic, ice packs for thermal bags, umbrella, bouncers, a bicycle and everything you need. Solanas has a minimarket, a butcher, a couple of pizzerias (also take-away) and several bars. If you want to do the shopping a bit bigger, you have to go to Villasimius (15 minutes). All the most beautiful beaches are located between 10-30 minutes by car. The closest cove is Saruxi (10min). In Villasimius, you can find several beaches including Punta Molentis (the most beautiful of all!) And Porto Giunco. Less than half an hour by car, passing through the interior, we arrive at Costa Rei: we visited the Scoglio di Peppino (very beautiful!). I recommendalso to take a ride with the boat (Fioredimaggio) to spend a day different from the others (on the boat I ate very well). I thank the owners again for their courtesy. Hi Salvatore.
Ho soggiornato a Solanas dal signor Salvatore una settimana a giugno. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per la vicinanza con la spiaggia molto bella (distanza 250m), la possibilità di disporre di un giardino, la pulizia e la cortesia dei proprietari.
Perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone, abbiamo gradito soprattutto l’attenzione per quelle piccole cose, fondamentali per chi viaggia in aereo come noi e non può portare bagagli eccessivi come avere lenzuola e asciugamani profumati (sia da bagno che da mare), contenitori di plastica, ghiacci per borse termiche, ombrellone, sdraiette, una bicicletta e tutto l’occorrente necessario.
Solanas ha un minimarket, la macelleria, un paio di pizzerie (anche asporto) e diversi bar. Se si vuole fare la spesa un po' più grande, bisogna andare a Villasimius (15 minuti).
Tutte le spiagge più belle si trovano tra i 10-30 minuti di auto. La caletta più vicina è Saruxi (10min). A Villasimius, potete trovare diverse spiagge tra cui Punta Molentis (la più bella in assoluto!) e Porto Giunco. A meno di mezz’ora di auto, passando per l’interno, si arriva Costa Rei: noi abbiamo visitato lo Scoglio di Peppino (molto bello!).
Vi consiglio anche di fare un giro con il barcone (Fioredimaggio) per passare una giornata diversa dalle altre (sulla barca ho mangiato benissimo).
