Spacious and comfortable house, 300m from the Vauban city and shops and restaurants. A garden terrace where children can play in complete safety and owners who take great care of their guests. Very pleasant stay. I recommend without reservation.

Since our last visit in 2021, this house is still as pleasant and that is why we returned. The proximity to the old town is very pleasant because there are many good regional restaurants. The house is always very well equipped and corresponds, both in quantity of dishes and beds, to one or two families. Unlike some rentals which limit plates and glasses to the number of beds, here everything is in duplicate or triplicate. The bedding is well maintained and very comfortable. For skiing, the station is high enough to have good snow and the lifts are very fast. We will come back to this house without hesitation... Thank you to the owner for her availability, because she answered our questions very quickly.
Depuis notre dernière visite en 2021, cette maison est toujours aussi agréable et c'est pour cette raison que nous y sommes retournés.
La proximité de la vielle ville est très agréable car il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants régionaux.
La maison est toujours très bien équipée et correspond, aussi bien en quantité de vaisselle que de lit, à une ou deux familles. Contrairement à certaines locations qui limitent les assiettes et les verres au nombre de lit, ici tout est en double ou triple exemplaires.
La literie est bien entretenue est très confortable.
Pour le ski , la station est assez haute pour avoir de la bonne neige et les remontées sont très rapides.
Nous reviendrons dans cette maison sans hésiter...

Excellent holiday home 1 minute walk from the beautiful old town of Briançon. We have been renting it for 3 years and have never had any problems. Ms. Floriane is always helpful and very kind.

Very nice accommodation, spacious and very well arranged. The ground floor is ideal for storing skis, shoes, clothes etc... All rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of kitchen utensils, we don't miss anything! The owner is very friendly. Do not hesitate to rent from this owner.

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the house, 8 minutes from the slopes and 200 meters from the historic center of Briançon. Many supermarkets are 3 minutes away by car. We were 6, two adults and 4 children. There is a very large kitchen, and a large dining room. A very large living room with a huge comfortable sofa and a very useful round table to play with the children. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is comfortable. Facing south, the house is very bright and has an unobstructed view of the mountains in the distance. The ski area is very large and allows fun for both experienced and beginners. In addition to the ESF there is the ESI International Ski School which has smaller groups. We will return to this spacious and very well located house which changes from the small apartments.
Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l'emplacement de la maison, à 8 mn des pistes et à 200 mètres du centre historique de Briançon.
Les nombreuses grandes surfaces sont à 3 minutes en voiture.
Nous étions 6, deux adultes et 4 enfants. Il y a une très grande cuisine, et une grande salle à manger.
Un très grand salon avec un immense canapé confortable et une table ronde très utile pour jouer avec les enfants.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est confortable.
Exposé plein Sud la maison est très lumineuse et a une vue dégagée sur les montagnes au loin.
Le domaine skiable est très grand et permet de s'amuser aussi bien pour les confirmés que pour les débutants.
En plus de L'ESF il y a l'Ecole de ski internationale ESI qui a des groupes moins nombreux.
Nous reviendrons dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien située qui change des appartements de petites tailles.
My friends and I have rented this house, and I must say that our being in 11 the space was not lacking at all and we found it very neat, clean and equipped with everything! There Mrs. Floriane was very kind and welcoming! I highly recommend this house!

Good surprise on arrival as the photos did not suggest so much comfort! Good location, nice view. The terrace is spacious, well exposed and very well equipped. The interior is coquettish: living room, kitchen with 2 gas plates well stocked, cellar with gas cooler, 2 nice rooms with a bed 140 and a 90 each, 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower. Solar lighting is very efficient and there is even an adaptation to recharge the laptops or plug an electrical appliance. The surroundings are great for nature lovers: walks galore for all levels, beautiful forest near the chalet. The village is quiet, the few inhabitants are discreet and very welcoming. As for the owners, they are very friendly, have a sense of service and are beautiful people.

Bon emplacement, belle vue. La terrasse est spacieuse, bien exposée et très bien équipée.
L'intérieur est coquet : salon, cuisine avec plaque 2 gaz bien achalandée , cave avec glacière à gaz, 2 coquettes chambres avec un lit 140 et un 90 chacune, 1 salle d'eau avec WC, lavabo et douche.
L'éclairage au solaire est très efficace et il y a même une adaptation pour recharger les portables ou brancher un appareil électrique.
Les alentours sont supers pour les amoureux de la nature : balades à gogo pour tous les niveaux, belle forêt à proximité du chalet.
Le village est calme, les quelques habitants sont discrets et très accueillants.
Quant aux propriétaires, ils sont très sympathiques, ont le sens du service et sont de belles personnes.

Chalet on a sunny slope (sunny from morning until 19h in August). A beautiful terraced landscape, not vis-à-vis with the other cottages. A place of tranquility to relax in nature. Very little traffic. The owners of the cottage (and those surrounding chalets) are welcoming and friendly. The cottage is well designed and well equipped, nothing is missing. For lovers of decompression without TV or PC ... (Battery power, but more than adequate for light - even for the avid reader that I am the night). For those addicted to the Internet, it perfectly captures with a smartphone and you can recharge your phone easily.
Flat on accessibility, 5.3 km trail to get to the chalet (very stoned-path stones and ruts, requires either a 4x4 or a sedan with high position, you go up first gently, either 30min power 5km)

Chalet d'alpage sur un versant bien exposé (ensoleillé du matin jusque 19h en août).
Un paysage magnifique en terrasse, pas de vis-à-vis avec les autres gîtes.
Un lieu de tranquillité pour se ressourcer en pleine nature. Très peu de passage.
Les propriétaires du chalet (et ceux des chalets environnants) sont accueillants et sympathiques.
Le gîte est bien conçu et bien équipé, rien ne manque.
Pour les amoureux de la décompression sans télévision ni PC... (électricité sur batterie, mais largement suffisant pour de la lumière - même pour la grande lectrice que je suis le soir).
Pour les accros à Internet, on capte parfaitement avec un smartphone et on peut recharger son téléphone facilement.
Bémol sur l'accessibilité, 5,3km de sentier pour arriver au chalet (sentier très défoncé -cailloux et ornières-, nécessite soit un 4X4 soit une berline avec position haute, on monte en 1ère en douceur, soit 30min pou 5km)

The owners had made a fire in the house, we toured the owner, they explained to me the different operating (water heater, 12 volt socket, electricity). It is a place to advise all lovers of nature.

A spacious chalet where everyone can rest peacefully. Sheltered from all noise. The car is parked the entire time thanks to free parking provided by the owner. Everything is done on foot to reach the slopes 5 minutes away, do your shopping or take a walk. Mrs. A. is incredibly kind and always reachable. We have adored.

La voiture est garée pendant tout le temps grâce à des parkings gratuits mis à disposition par le propriétaire.
Tout se fait à pieds pour rejoindre les pistes à 5mn, faire ses courses ou se promener.
