Near the Blue Flag beach and 4 sails Legambiente (250 meters), a few km from Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and the Nature Park of Maremma, surrounded by a huge and cool coastal pine forest.
Completely renovated in 2012 and air conditioned, in town center, a short walk from the shops, comfortable two-room apartment sleeps 4, 1st floor of a modern building of 3 floors, rent as a holiday home with excellent quality / price ratio.
Carefully furnished and well equipped, consists of large bedroom (with space for a third bed), living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with each tool. It has air conditioning, washing machine, large fridge with freezer, microwave, flat screen LED TV, bathroom with shower, large balcony with table and chairs, autoclave.
No pets or smoking in the apartment.
