The house is 30 meters from Palmasera seafront and in summer it is in a restricted traffic zone, giving you the opportunity to enjoy long walks along the beach.

Suitable for families due to its proximity to the beach, the public park "La Favorita", Cala Gonone and the Aquarium on the marina with comfortable motorboats to easily reach all corners of this coast: Cala Luna, Biriola, Mariolu Sisine Cala, Cala Goloritzè, coves with golden sand and clear water.
