Two-family semi-detached house on the ground floor located in Gallipoli, Baia Verde, about 150 meters from the sea with its beautiful stretches of sand. The house, very comfortable, consists of a living room with kitchenette and TV, corridor of the sleeping area, a bedroom with two single beds, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, in addition all rooms have independent air conditioning. From the double bedroom there is access to a rear terrace, independent and well shaded where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, also has a washing machine and a laundry.
From the living room and from the second bedroom there is access to the front terrace where you can park your car.

Animals are not allowed.
