Our stay was very pleasant. The owner was very available on the phone. The place is just wow! the studio is functional even for 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and a dog, everyone has found their place. Breathtaking landscape, beaches and hikes.

Very well equipped. Both kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Clean and well furnished. Internal parking. Stunning location, with sea view! Elegant building. Excellent base for trips to the French Riviera ?, from Cannes to Menton. Train and bus nearby Even in winter, places are open near the house. Supermarkets 100 meters away. Recommended. Friendly and helpful owner.

A pleasant apartment with a superb view. Completely satisfactory equipment and a very friendly owner (with whom I have only been in contact by telephone). The small inconvenience is perhaps the road, just above, but negligible for my part. We can swim whenever we feel like it. I would happily return.

Le petit inconvénient, c'est peut-être la route, juste au au dessus, mais négligeable pour ma part. On peut se baigner dés que l'envie nous en prend. J'y retournerais avec plaisir.

The location is ideal: the admittedly small balcony offers a magnificent view of Aiguebelle beach and the Mediterranean. It is a treat in the morning to discover this view. The apartment is functional: the bathroom is quite large, the bedrooms upstairs are spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen and living area is small for 4 but in Le Lavandou the weather is nice so we often go out or sit on the beach. We really liked the freezer. The residence was very quiet with Mimi the guardian at the Top! We had a great time !
L'emplacement est idéal : le balcon certes petit offre une vue magnifique sur la plage d'Aiguebelle et sur la Méditerranée. C'est un régal le matin de découvrir cette vue. L'appartement est fonctionnel : la sdb est assez grande, les chambres à l'étage spacieuses avec de nombreux rangements. L'espace cuisine, salon est petit pour 4 mais au Lavandou il fait beau donc on sort souvent ou on s'installe sur la plage. On a beaucoup apprécié le congélateur. La résidence était très calme avec Mimi la gardienne au Top! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
Very nice apartment extremely clean and well located. The owner really wants you to have a good stay, fruit basket, juice and water on arrival. The only drawback is the swimming pool where deckchairs are prohibited. Sitting on the concrete and without shade, it is difficult to stay there for long. To compensate, there is a very beautiful beach nearby with 2 restaurants/bars/deckchairs (special mention for the Maïva).
Très bel appartement extrêmement propre et bien situé. La propriétaire tient vraiment à ce que vous passiez un bon séjour, corbeille de fruits, jus et eau à l'arrivée. Le seul inconvénient est la piscine où les transats sont interdits. Assis sur le béton et sans ombre, il est difficile d'y rester longtemps. Pour compenser, il y a une très belle plage à proximité avec 2 restaurants/bar/transats (mention spéciale pour le Maïva).
We had an excellent 2-week stay with the family, feet in the water. At the top, everything was great and Mrs. N. listened to us and was very kind. It is true that the air conditioning would have been a plus but with the ceiling fan, it was great with a baby. We look forward to returning next year.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 2 semaines en famille, pieds dans l’eau. Au top, tout était super et Mme N. à notre écoute et très gentille. C’est vrai que la clim aurait été un plus mais avec le ventilateur de plafond, c’était super avec un bébé. Nous sommes impatients de revenir l’an prochain.
Very nice accommodation that combines modern and old. The kitchen equipment is very extensive. There are different seating options and the property is spacious and well fenced. The short walk across the street to the sea is unique. The communication with the landlord was flawless. The only downside is the directly adjacent main road, since the noise level is quite high. On the other side of the house, this is no longer so noisy. We really enjoyed our time and can recommend the villa with a clear conscience.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, die Modern und Alt miteinander vereint. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr umfangreich. Es gibt unterschiedliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und das Grundstück ist weitläufig und gut umzäunt.
Der kurze Fußweg über die Straße zum Meer ist einmalig.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.
Einziger Nachteil ist die direkt angrenzende Hauptstraße, da der Lärmpegel doch recht hoch ist. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist dies nicht mehr so geräuschintensiv.
Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
Perfect holidays by the sea and close to old Nice. On the other hand, but it is a general opinion, the "Azur Bus" are really mini for transport in Eze because they are full of people.

This was our second time in this wonderful house, it's perfect for us. It was very clean when we arrived and the handover with Rebecca is really very nice and uncomplicated. Thank you very much for this great vacation.

Apartment very well located, very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Magnificent view of the sea, 2 steps from the historic center. Only downside: the incessant passage of tourists on foot and vehicles, so noisy.

Super accommodation, very well equipped and ideally located near the old town of Nice. Exceptional view of the Promenade des Anglais. Secure building, nearby tram. Despite very early work in the establishment next door, we spent very good nights thanks to the room located on the courtyard side. Very good communication with the owner. It was perfect. If we come back to Nice, sure we won't look elsewhere. I highly recommend.
Super logement, très bien équipé et idéalement situé près du vieux Nice. Vue exceptionnelle sur la promenade des anglais. Bâtiment sécurisé, tramway à proximité,. Malgré des travaux très matinaux dans l'établissement d'à côté, nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits grâce à la chambre située côté cour. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire. C'était parfait. Si nous revenons à Nice, sûr que nous ne chercherons pas ailleurs. Je recommande vivement.
