Hyeres, its tourist potential appeal of its varied natural landscapes and enhancement of its heritage are assets that make this town a place to stay throughout the year.

In this medieval city you will discover a remarkable architecture and it is good to taste the sweetness of the sun, have a stroll in the coolness of the narrow streets of the city or in the shade of palm trees. You will enjoy the many crafts shops, markets, stalls, fish or flower sellers, all in a protected environment.

Hyeres, with its lake and its unique climate conditions is a nice place for water activity. In addition to these natural assets are further infrastructures which allow you to practice sports and cultural stay for the whole family.


Between sand and greenery and flowers, Les Salins. This area is witness to ancient times and has kept its authenticity. In the surroundings, it has all the amenities of a city. (Airport, train station, shops, hospitals,... ..)

This area was once saltmarsh hence its name. In the eighteenth century admiral decided to develop a small harbor, small military port which also carries to this day the name "Port Pothuau". Currently, many traditional fishing boats have replaced military vessels.
