The apartment is located on the 9th floor of a quiet building 300 meters from the sea. Given the height it has a great view of the sea and, personally, I think it is better than what is described on the website. The furniture is all new and the hosts are kind and helpful. In addition to showing us what to see and where to go, Mrs. Elisa also went out of her way to find a doctor for my daughter when she was not well. The only negative thing, unfortunately, was having to go home: unfortunately we could not remedy that.
L'appartamento si trova al 9°piano di un condominio silenzioso a 300 metri dal mare. Data l'altezza ha un vista stupenda sul mare e, personalmente, credo che sia meglio di quanto descritto sul sito. I mobili sono tutti nuovi e i padroni di casa gentili e disponibili.
La signora Elisa oltre ad indicarci cosa vedere e dove andare si è pure prodigata a cercare un medico per mia figlia nel momento in cui non è stata bene.
L'unica cosa negativa, purtroppo, è stata quella di dover tornare a casa: a quello purtroppo non abbiamo potuto porre rimedio.
The Sig. Fabio was very helpful to us and invited us to contact them in case we had some problems. The house is in a good location, close to the sea and to the station, it is clean, well furnished and equipped with everything necessary for a peaceful holiday flounder.

The truth we were very well on this floor, is very nice and well equipped, is 3 blocks from the beach and has all the amenities nearby. The owner is very polite and available, to present the occasion would return without hesitation.
La verdad estuvimos muy bien en este piso, es muy bonito y bien equipado, esta a 3 calles de la playa y tiene todos los servicios cerca. El propietario es muy educado y disponible, de presentarse la ocasión volveríamos sin dudarlo.
The apartment is clean and well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom there were two towels, close to the sea and to the various supermarkets and even in the center of Follonica, me and my boyfriend had a great time .. . definitely be back next year;)
L'appartamento si presenta bene pulito e accessoriato di tutto il necessario in cucina e anche nel bagno erano disponibili due asciugamani, vicino sia al mare che ai vari supermercati e anche al centro di Follonica, io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo... sicuramente ritorneremo il prossimo anno ;)

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di vacanza davvero rilassante grazie anche all' appartamento confortevole e dotato di ogni comodità utile alle nostre esigenze. proprietari disponibili e gentili. forse l'unica pecca è il parcheggio dell'auto in quanto la zona dell'appartamento è tutta a pagamento,ma si risparmia con il posto auto riservato a pagamento reso diponibile dai proprietari in un parcheggio privato a un isolato più lontano. inoltre la rete internet wifi ha un segnale debole. ma tutto questo non ha intaccato alla buona riuscita della nostra vacanza.

All positive very nice house and impeccable cleanliness ... the wonderful cool place in the middle of the hill but also a 10-minute drive from the beach. Signora Isolina and her very kind daughter welcomed and pampered us throughout the holiday. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment in a tranquil setting with a beautiful view. The owner is very welcoming, discreet but ready to intervene for any need. Beautiful green space with Jacuzzi and sunbeds, to spend a few hours relaxing. It's definitely a place to come back to!
Appartamento molto confortevole in contesto tranquillo e con bellissima vista. La proprietaria è molto accogliente, discreta ma pronta ad intervenire per qualunque necessità. Bellissimo lo spazio verde con vasca idromassaggio e lettini, per trascorrere qualche ora in relax.
E' sicuramente un posto in cui tornare!
