Ottima soluzione abitativa, molto apprezzata per l'adattabilità in sicurezza per la ns bimba di due anni visto la presenza di cancelletti, ottima la cortesia e la presenza dei vicini compreso i proprietari gestori, non meno importante e la vicinanza al mare ovvero devi solo attraversare la strada ed eccoti sulla spiaggia libera servita da docce e molto pulita oltre oserei dire una acqua di mare pulita degna di considerazione come in Costa Azzurra buona la vicinanza con i servizi commerciali e la tranquillità percepita in generale Sicuramente è stata un bel soggiorno da ripetere nei prossimi anni
I recommend this location to everyone. We were in late July, I was my partner and my 1 year old daughter. I was looking for a place to stay in peace but at the same time facing the sea and the promenade, the Casette al mare did the job for us. Cute little houses with veranda, family atmosphere. They welcomed us very well and the girl Lorenza already made us find the baby food seat with various inflatables, the paddling pool and various games for our little girl. The parking is reserved in the courtyard and the car is not useful at all because it was all there The sea across the street, the family-run bar with great sandwiches and a few evenings music, the various restaurants along the promenade, a really nice playground for children We spent 630 euros for the week in this cottage, but I have to say that there was everything from the kitchenette to a sofa bed and a bedroom with a bathroom. A parasol is also provided and outside is a veranda with table and chairs For those seeking tranquility and the convenience of having everything at hand is perfect

Cercavo un posto dove alloggiare in tranquillità ma allo stesso tempo fronte mare e alla passeggiata, le Casette al mare hanno fatto al caso nostro.
Casette carinissime con veranda, ambiente familiare.
Ci hanno accolto benissimo e la ragazza Lorenza ci ha fatto già trovare il seggiolino per la pappa con vari gonfiabili, la piscinetta e vari giochi per la nostra bambina.
Il parcheggio è riservato dentro al cortile e la macchina non ci è servita quasi affatto perché era tutto li
Il mare attraversando la strada,il bar sempre a conduzione familiare con ottimi panini e qualche sera musica, i vari ristoranti lungo la passeggiata, parco giochi davvero carino per bambini
Abbiamo speso 630 euro per la settimana in questa casetta, ma devo dire che c’era proprio tutto dal cucinino ad un divano letto e una camera da letto con bagno.
In dotazione anche L ombrellone e al di fuori una veranda con tavolo e sedie
Per chi cerca tranquillità e la comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano è perfetto

The studio is small, but comfortable and well equipped. Me, my husband and my daughter spent a pleasant stay. The location is very close to the sandy beach and to the typical restaurants and we also happened to attend the event "Vintage Sails " characterized by the presence of many historic boats. Interesting!
Il monolocale è piccolo, ma confortevole e ben attrezzato.
Io, mio marito e la mia bambina abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione è vicinissima alla spiaggia di sabbia ed ai ristoranti tipici e ci è capitato anche di assistere alla manifestazione "Vele d'epoca" caratterizzata dalla presenza di moltissime barche storiche. Interessante!

Small but useful apartment for beach holidays, 50 steps from the first beach. Very nice place. The staff very kind. Really well located. To redo . Ideal for a family of 3, including children.

Wonderful place to rest. Beautiful house very well equipped: 2 spacious bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, swimming pool, jacuzzi, beautiful sea view ... A very friendly owner and full of attention to us. We had a nice holiday.

House located on the heights of SAN REMO with beautiful views of the sea, the city, ports .. 360 ° ... 2 beautiful rooms ... kitchen ben equipped on balcony ... nice terrace ... jacuzzi and outdoor pool. The owner is an exceptionally good woman, listening to you. We were happy to meet her. As she mentions on the site .... it is better to love dogs.

La propriétaire est un femme exceptionnellement avenante ,à votre écoute .Nous avons été heureux de la rencontrer. Comme elle le mentionne sur le site....il vaut mieux aimer les chiens.
Good morning we stayed from 26/08/17 to 02/09/17 and we enjoyed it very well. Looking at the previous negative reviews I was a little worried, but I can confirm the opposite. Comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities, and although the TV was not the latest generation (as many would want), it worked, but we focused on the holiday not sure on TV. As for the pool, clean and pretty surroundings around Prato. Owners available and very friendly. Although it was the first year in San Bartolomeo we found everything very good and there are many services. I would recommend the accommodation and the place.
Buongiorno abbiamo soggiornato dal 26/08/17 al 02/09/17 e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Guardando le recensioni precedenti negative ero un po' preoccupata, invece posso confermare tutto il contrario.
Appartamento confortevole, con tutti i servizi necessari, e anche se la TV non era di ultima generazione (come molti vorrebbero), funzionava, ma noi ci siamo concentrati sulla vacanza non di sicuro sulla TV.
Per quanto riguarda la piscina, pulita e Prato attorno molto curato.
Proprietari disponibili e molto cordiali.
Nonostante fosse il primo anno a San Bartolomeo ci siamo trovati tutto molto bene e di servizi ce ne sono molti.
Consiglio l'alloggio e il posto.
