We have a wonderful vacation at Jean Louis Kolb with our three children. spent. The stylish little house offers everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa, a large modern bathroom and two bedrooms. The cozy seating lounge and the large dining table on the terrace invite you to linger. The large property is beautifully overgrown, also with old olive trees and therefore offers sunny areas but also shady places to relax. We were also very happy that animals stopped by from time to time: a dog, three chickens, a rooster, a turtle and three sheep fenced in. Our kids loved it. The large pool is available for private use. You can sit in front of the small pool house and enjoy a cool drink. In the pool house there is also a small bathroom and outside a summer kitchen with fridge. Unfortunately the water in the pool was a bit green. Due to the lack of water in the region, it could not be refilled. However, Jean Luis always tried very hard to maintain the pool and constantly test the water quality, so that we still swim every daycould. Jean Luis and his wife are very discreet and at the same time extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted with beautiful flowers and a bottle of wine. Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub bei Jean Louis Kolb mit unseren drei Kinder. verbracht. Das stilvolle kleine Haus bietet alles was man braucht: eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Sofa, ein großes modernes Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer.
Die gemütliche Sitzlounge und der große Esstisch auf der Terrasse laden zum verweilen ein. Das große Grundstück ist schön bewachsen, auch mit alten Olivenbäumen und bietet daher sonnige Bereiche aber auch schattige Plätze zum entspannen. Wir haben uns auch sehr darüber gefreut, dass immer mal wieder Tiere bei uns vorbei geschaut haben: ein Hund, drei Hühner, ein Hahn, eine Schildkröte und eingezäunt drei Schafe. Unsere Kinder waren davon begeistert.
Der große Pool steht zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung. Man kann herrlich vor dem kleinen Poolhaus sitzen und ein kühles Getränk genießen. Im Poolhaus gibt es auch ein kleines Bad und außen eine Sommerküche mit Kühlschrank.
Leider war das Wasser im Pool etwas grün. Aufgrund des Wassermangels in der Region durfte er nicht neu befüllt werden. Jean Luis war aber immer sehr bemüht, den Pool zu pflegen und die Wasserqualität stetig zu testen, so dass wir trotzdem jeden Tag schwimmen konnten.
Jean Luis und seine Frau sind sehr diskret und gleichzeitig äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Zur Begrüßung bekamen wir schöne Blumen und eine Flasche Wein.
Die Region bietet viele Ausflugsziele und wunderschöne Natur.
Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!

Great accommodation, very friendly owners and care. The accommodation is very well equipped and clean. Large, beautiful pool, good location with access to the A8, direction Cannes or Frejus. We have already inquired for next year! Perfect for small children with no stairs in the house and a separate pool on the large property.
Tolle Unterkunft, sehr freundliche Besitzer und Betreuung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet und sauber. Großer, schöner Pool, gute Lage mit Anschluss an die A8, Richtung Cannes oder Frejus. Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr angefragt! Perfekt für kleine Kinder ohne Treppen im Haus und separatem Pool auf dem großen Grundstück.
We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who are welcoming, attentive and very discreet. The house, located at the foot of Fayence, is by the roadside and easy to access, with shops nearby (bakery on foot, supermarket by car). Once in the garden, which overlooks nature, the place is rather quiet despite the road and the nearby airfield. The house is well equipped, air conditioned and clean, the pool is great, and the green garden is nice.
Nous avons eu plaisir à rencontrer les propriétaires qui sont accueillants, pleins de petites attentions et très discrets. La maison, située au pied de Fayence, est en bord de route et facile d'accès, avec des commerces à proximité (boulangerie à pieds, supermarché en voiture). Une fois dans le jardin, qui donne sur la nature, le lieu est plutôt calme malgré la route et l'aérodrome à proximité. La maison est correctement équipée, climatisée et propre, la piscine est super, et le jardin de verdure est agréable.
We would like to thank the landlord family (2 very nice older gentlemen) for the reception and the briefing in the living rooms. The house and the grounds are great and the view of the bay of St. Raphael / Frejus from the terrace is great.

We had a very pleasant week in this house, quiet, near Fayence. Good home owners who remained very discreet during the week but available and good advice if needed. The house was very clean on our arrival as well as the pool reserved for tenants. The kitchen is well equipped too. We advise this rental to future guests.

Bon accueil des propriétaires qui sont restés très discrets pendant la semaine mais disponibles et bon conseil si besoin. La maison était très propre à notre arrivée ainsi que la piscine réservée aux locataires. La cuisine est bien équipée également. Nous conseillons cette locations aux futurs vacanciers.
The house is very comfortable with air conditioning and fully equipped kitchen. Located on the spacious enclosed grounds of the owner, it still provides sufficient privacy. De woning is zeer comfortabel met airconditioning en volledig ingerichte keuken. Gelegen op het ruime afgesloten terrein van de eigenaar biedt het toch voldoende privacy. In de tuin staat een ruim zwembad en diverse zitjes tot je beschikking. Kortom een rustig en comfortabel huis om je vakantie door te brengen.

Very quiet place at that time, very well equipped house, air conditioning very helpful, perfect pool. Only downside: the mosquitoes, but if you want a pool ... it was so accommodated.

We had two very nice weeks. The house was clean when we arrived. The swimming pool is great. There are plenty of things to do around!! The only downside is the highway which you can hear quite a bit in the evening. Otherwise I recommend the house!!

We had a wonderful week. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and the swimming pool is a real plus with its outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The reception is perfect, we received the necessary information and were welcomed for the transfer of the keys at the agreed time. Thank you again, we will be back!

Ideal villa for 6 people. We were 2 cups with 4 children (5 to 9 years old) and we were able to sleep the 4 in the same room. The view is magnificent and the situation very relaxing. The salt pool is very nice with enough sunbeds for everyone. Hubert is very available despite the distance. We also recommend this place for its proximity (25min by car) to Fréjus and its beaches without the constraints.
Villa idéale pour 6 personnes. Nous étions 2 coupes avec 4 enfants (5 à 9 ans) et nous avons pu faire coucher les 4 dans la même chambre.
La vue est magnifique et la situation très reposante. La piscine salée est très belle avec suffisamment de transats pour tous.
Hubert est très disponible malgré la distance.
