Very pleasant villa, on the heights in peace. The view is splendid. Access to the beach and shops is quick (5 minutes by car - 15 minutes on foot for the descent). The villa is also well equipped and the ideal layout for 2 families (each with its own bedroom and bathroom space). Mr L, the owner is finally very accessible and facilitating. We will gladly re-rent it for the next vacation!
Villa très agréable, sur les hauteurs au calme. La vue est splendide. L’accès au bord de plage et commerces est rapide (5 minutes en voiture - 15 minutes à pieds pour la descente). La villa est aussi bien équipée et l’agencement idéal pour 2 familles (chacune ayant son espace chambres et salles de bain). Mr L, le propriétaire s’est monté enfin très accessible et facilitant. Nous la relouerons volontiers pour de prochaines vacances !

Very well located rental in a very quiet area, beautiful swimming pool, very pleasant. The strong point, the baker passes every morning for the bread. The weak point, having no air conditioning, it lacks 1 or 2 fans because it was very hot. To advise (very clean rental)

Le point fort, le boulanger passe chaque matin pour le pain.
Le point faible, n'ayant pas d'air conditionné, il manque 1 ou 2 ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud.

Great rental, the owners are lovely and very helpful. The accommodation is very well equipped and great for a family with children (travel cot, high chair, games, dinette, children's plate / glass). We didn't want for anything. The accommodation is also very clean and carefully prepared for our arrival. I recommend without hesitation.
Location super, les propriétaires sont adorables et très serviables. Le logement est très bien équipé et super pour une famille avec enfants (lit parapluie, chaise haute, jeux, dînette, assiette/verre enfant). Nous n'avons manqué de rien. very warm welcome from the owner, he allowed us to put our motorcycle trailer away, advised us on places to visit and they even invited us to their home to have a great afternoon. What better ? We will be back next year.
très bon accueil du propriétaire ,il nous a permis de mettre notre remorque moto à l'abri, nous a conseillé pour les endroits à visiter et ils nous ont même invités chez eux pour passer une excellente après midi. Quoi de mieux ?

Excellent villa!! We had an incredibly good time there. The villa is very comfortable and sparkling clean. It has all the needed amenities. It has a nice swimming pool and a beautiful terrace with an amazing sea view where you can sunbathe, take a cup of coffee, or take your meals. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There are small shops/delis nearby and the beach is walking distance. Thank you, Nathalie and Jean Michel, for your warm welcoming. Hope to stay there again soon! I highly recommend it!!
The apartment was compliant and very pleasant as well as a very nice swimming pool. Very nice owner and very attentive. A small downside is the lack of shuttle to get to the beach. Despite everything, I recommend the rental because the owners are very square and I really appreciated

Very nice location in the Esterel massif: very pleasant house, magnificent garden, superb swimming pool. The beaches of Mandelieu and Théoule are 20 minutes away. Remember to protect yourself from mosquitoes and horseflies. The owners are helpful and kind. To recommend!

We were in this beautiful house last September. The location and the view are incomparable. The pool is really big, so you can really swim. It is completely fenced, which is definitely important for families with small children. The layout of the rooms is also perfect. The kitchen was a bit dated last year, but has been renovated after our vacation. Just like the shower to the master bedroom on the ground floor. But even before that we would have come back anytime, because otherwise it is the ideal house for a group or family of up to 8 people. It is a 10-minute walk to the sea and a few meters up the road to the nature reserve. You can hike as long as you want. Perfect for dog owners too. We have been to Les Issambres several times, but this house was really the most perfect for us. Many thanks also for the nice contact to the landlord. We want to come back in any case and can recommend everything without reservation. See you soon hopefully!
Wir waren letzten September in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Die Lage und der Blick sind unvergleichlich. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, so dass man schon richtig schwimmen kann. Er ist komplett eingezäunt, was für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestimmt wichtig ist.
Die Aufteilung der Räume ist auch perfekt. Die Küche war letztes Jahr etwas veraltet, ist aber nach unserem Urlaub renoviert worden. Ebenso wie die Dusche zum Hauptschlafzimmer im EG. Aber auch vorher war es so, dass wir jederzeit wieder gekommen wären, weil es ansonsten für uns das ideale Haus für eine Gruppe oder Familie bis 8 Personen ist.
Zum Meer sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten und ins Naturschutzgebiet nur eine paar Meter die Straße hoch. Da kann man wandern so lange man will. Perfekt auch für Hundebesitzer.
Wir waren schon mehrmals in Les Issambres, aber dieses Haus war für uns wirklich das perfekteste.
