Very nice property in a small, very quiet village near Erdeven. The typical house offers beautiful volumes. We were 4 couples accompanied by 7 children aged 18 to 15 months. The description of the rental corresponds perfectly to the service offered. And then the owner to send us before our departure: a listing of the activities that we could do in the surroundings (everyone could find their way around), as well as a detailed and commented approach of the shops (and others) essential to our stay, finally a very precise sheet of the operation of all useful appliances (kitchen, heating, etc.). I must also mention the precious presence of Claude "man of confidence " of the owner who welcomed us to introduce us to the house and put himself at our disposal at our request. Thank you for this excellent stay (despite a rather capricious weather) we will come back, the whole family wishes it.
Très belle propriété dans un petit village très calme à Proximité d'Erdeven. La maison typique offre de beaux volumes. Nous étions 4 couples accompagnés de 7 enfants âgés de 18 ans à 15 mois. Le descriptif de la location correspond parfaitement à la prestation proposée.
Et puis le propriétaire nous à envoyer avant notre départ : un listing des activités que nous pouvions réaliser dans les environs (chacun pouvait s'y retrouver), ainsi qu'une approche détaillée et commentée des commerces (et autres) indispensables à notre séjour, enfin une fiche très précise du fonctionnement de tous les appareils utiles (cuisine, chauffage...).
Je dois mentionner également la présence précieuse de Claude "homme de confiance" du propriétaire qui nous a accueilli pour nous présenter la maison et se mettre à notre disposition à notre demande.
Merci pour cet excellent séjour (malgré une météo plutôt capricieuse) nous reviendrons, toute la famille le souhaite.

Very good stay, we are very happy, young and old with our stay and with very favorable weather.

Nous avons apprécié l'authenticité des lieux et l'accueil et la disponibilité de Claude qui s'occupe de l'entretien des lieux. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire qui nous a fourni une documentation précieuse de la maison, mais aussi des commerces et des lieux à visiter.

For 4 days, we enjoyed this beautiful house, with a warm, family atmosphere, adorned with beautiful paintings in a very quiet hamlet. The kitchen is well equipped and bright, open to the spacious dining room, which, along with the living room, has allowed our children and grandchildren to meet around the fire thanks to 2 beautiful fireplaces. Spacious rooms on the ground floor and on the two floors with functional and brand new bathrooms have allowed us to live these days peacefully. The park of the nearby castle allowed beautiful walks as well as the very close ocean. Without being in our usual family cocoon, we felt a little at home because this beautiful house is authentic, comfortable and sober.
Durant 4 jours, nous avons apprécié cette belle maison, à l'ambiance chaleureuse, familiale, ornée de beaux tableaux dans un hameau très calme.
La cuisine est bien équipée et lumineuse, ouverte sur la salle à manger spacieuse, qui, avec le salon ont permis à nos enfants et petits-enfants de se retrouver autour du feu grâce à 2 belles cheminées.
Des chambres spacieuses au rez de chaussée et aux deux étages avec des salles de bain fonctionnelles et toutes neuves nous ont permis de vivre ces journées paisiblement.
Le parc du château proche a permis de belles promenades ainsi que l'océan très proche.
Sans être dans notre cocon familial habituel, nous nous sommes sentis un peu chez nous car cette belle maison est authentique, confortable et sobre.

Large house in the countryside and near beaches and shops. We were a group of 12 with adults and teens and we did not see the time passing between the volleyball games in the huge garden, the meals in the big dining room, the tours and the sea (spot of surf nearby). House very warm and very well equipped where everyone can easily find his place.

We had very nice Christmas parties in this warm and comfortable house. The large living room delighted young and old, some around the fireplace, others around a game table and all close to the kitchen, very spacious, an eye on the stove! Everything was there to make us very beautiful family memories.
Nous avons passé de très belles fêtes de noël dans cette chaleureuse et confortable maison. La grande pièce de vie a ravi les jeunes et les moins jeunes, les uns autour de la cheminée, les autres autour d'une table de jeu et tous à proximité de la cuisine, très spacieuse, un œil sur les fourneaux!
Tout y était pour nous faire de très beaux souvenirs de famille.

Nice spacious house with large garden. Quiet area. In the house all comfort is provided. The ground floor and first floor deserve a makeover. All bathrooms have already been renovated and adapted to current standards. The top floor has been completely renovated. The kitchen offers every comfort. In a radius of 10 km there is a lot to experience. So you can stay with a large family.
Leuke ruime woning met grote tuin. Rustig gelegen. In de woning is alle comfort voorzien. Het gelijkvloers en de eerste verdieping verdienen wel een opknapbeurt. Alle badkamers zijn reeds gerenoveerd en aangepast aan huidige normen. De bovenste verdieping is volledig gerenoveerd.
De keuken biedt alle comfort.
In een straal van 10 km is erheel wat te beleven.
Je kan er dus met een grote familie gezellig vertoeven.

Very pleasant framework and all accessible to less than 5 minutes (ocean, trade, ....) We keep this rental, one desire on the day of departure: to return ... Very nice property, ideal for 12 people. 2 fireplaces made our happiness. The living rooms are very spacious, ideal for our family and children found fun playing upstairs. The area is beautiful and despite the weather we have enjoyed. The house is very well equipped, except the covers that we would have loved more numerous. A very good memory. To renew!

For the second year, we returned to Erdeven in this beautiful vacation and have already booked for next year! The setting is superb and rest assured thanks to the calm of nature. The comfort of home is more than satisfactory and the warm and elegant decor. The owners had made new development: staircase, changes in living and working with a reading corner and a big TV for possible rainy days (which never arrive !!). Do not hesitate to go. You'll also welcomed.
Pour la deuxième année, nous sommes retournées à Erdeven dans cette magnifique location et avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain !
Le cadre est superbe et le repos assuré grâce au calme de la nature. Le confort de la maison est plus que satisfaisant et la décoration chaleureuse et raffinée. Les propriétaires avaient effectué de nouveaux aménagements: bel escalier, modification du séjour avec un coin lecture et travail et un grand téléviseur pour les éventuels jours de pluie(qui n'arrivent jamais!!). N'hésitez surtout pas à y aller. Vous serez par ailleurs bien accueillis.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful mansion. The owner is very attentive. We were 8 adults and 4 children, each has found its space. The garden is beautiful and as the weather was nice appointments, we had lunch in the shade under a tree as shown in the photo. Very good place. Recommended.

Nous avons passé un excellent week end dans cette belle demeure de caractère. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute. Nous étions 8 adultes et 4 enfants, chacun a trouvé son espace.
Le jardin est magnifique et comme le beau temps était au rendez- vous, nous déjeunions à l'ombre sous un arbre comme le montre la photo.
