Very pleasant and understanding owner! The accommodation was perfect, there were 5 of us and the accommodation was big enough for everyone! Our furry 4-legged friends were delighted to enjoy the garden and the sun. Very clean and pleasant surroundings/neighborhood, just like the sea and the surrounding towns

Es waren super Familienferien!!!Wunderbar netter Empfang es hat alles reibungslos geklappt..Wir waren mehr als begeistert!!Wir werden wiederkommen..der Strand ist auch wunderschön,und am abend ist es sehr ruhig.Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht,supermercados sind auch in der nähe,am abend kann man auch noch sehr gut essen gehen...Danke für die wundervollen Ferien!!!
Very good rental as described with a magnificent view, we had a very good vacation, everything nearby, the beach is magnificent. Very good contact with the owner. The person who makes the arrival and departure unpleasant is just a small detail.

I appreciated the kindness of the owners who are very attentive. The swimming pool is quite ideal for the family. The well-equipped house. We had an excellent 15-day stay.

Very pretty house, very pleasant, one downside however on everything electrical and water: On the terrace side, the post lights do not come on, the lighting under the pergola is only half lit, the electrical outlet must not have any connection with the earth because we take the juice (electrification). On the pontoon side there is no water pressure at all the taps which is a shame for the moored boat. On the interior side of the house, the air conditioning in the rooms does not work correctly in 2 rooms.

Côté terrasse les lumières potelet ne s’allument pas, l’éclairage sous la pergola ne se fait qu’à moitié, la prise électrique ne doit pas avoir de relation avec la terre car on prend le jus (électrisation).
Côté ponton il n’y a pas de pression d’eau à tous les robinets ce qui est dommage pour le bateau amarré.
Côté intérieur maison, les climatisations des chambres ne fonctionnent pas correctement sur 2 chambres .
Apartment very well located, close to the beach and shops. The air conditioning is a big strong point, the 2 terraces are appreciable, one to spread the towels and the other for the meals: it might just be missing blinds on the terrace / veranda because when the sun beats down...... ....It's very hot!! I recommend.

La climatisation est un gros point fort, les 2 terrasses sont appréciables, une pour étendre les serviettes et l'autre pour les repas: il manquerait peut être juste des stores sur la terrasse / véranda car quand le soleil tape..........il fait très chaud!! For 4 years we rent and come back with great pleasure every year. The accommodation is comfortable and very well located with in addition the place to park which is more than appreciable. We have all the desired comfort. As for Dora, always there, she is very kind.
Depuis 4 ans nous louons et revenons avec grand plaisir chaque année. Le logement est confortable et très bien situé avec en plus la place pour se garer ce qui est plus qu appréciable. Nous avons tout le confort souhaité. Quant à Dora toujours là est d'une grande gentillesse.
The house is large, well air-conditioned, equipped. The pool is nice and well maintained. The sea and the beach are 15 minutes walk from the rental. The owner is very welcoming and very friendly, available and responsive. We are ready to come back next year.
La maison est grande, bien climatisée, équipée.
La piscine est agréable et bien entretenue.
La mer et la plage se trouvent à 15mn de marche de la location.
Le propriétaire est très accueillant et très sympathique, disponible et réactif. On est prêt à revenir l'année prochaine.
The house is even more beautiful on the inside than we thought from the photos on the website. The garden, the pool and the roof are fantastic! Good location near the center of Empuriabrava and also very close to the beach. The only downside is that parking the car at the house is difficult, through a narrow alley you reach the sliding gate. Highly recommended!
De woning is van binnen nog mooier dan ons uit de foto's op de website leek. De tuin, het zwembad en de overkapping zijn fantastisch! Goede locatie nabijhet centrum van Empuriabrava en ook heel dicht bij het strand. Het enige minpuntje is dat het parkeren van de auto bij de woning lastig is, middels een smal steegje kom je bij het schuifhek. Echte aanrader!

If I have to make remarks it is to prevent because we organize ourselves differently when we know it but it is not negative: - it should just be specified that the bedroom is not closed because it is a studio with 2 double beds, - that there is no car access at the bottom of the building to load the car, therefore reducing the number of bags and pooling, - no wifi and very little 4G it allows you to disconnect on vacation... - no predefined parking space but I found a space more or less next to it every day.

Si je dois faire des remarques c'est pour prévenir car on s'organise différemment quand on le sait mais ce n'est pas négatif :
- il faudrait juste préciser que la chambre n’est pas fermée car c'est un studio avec 2 couchages double,
- qu’ il n y a pas d'accès voiture en bas de l immeuble pour charger la voiture donc diminuer le nombre de sacs et mutualiser,
- pas de wifi et très peu de 4G ça permet de déconnecter en vacances...
- pas de place de parking prédéfinie mais j ai trouvé une place plus ou moins à côté tous les jours.

The apartment is located in a very quiet area of Empuriabrava with a beautiful terrace overlooking the canal and very close access to the beach. Unlike the city center located approximately 2 km away, parking spaces are plentiful and free. There are several entertaining activities in the surroundings such as mini golf, tennis center, karting, a one-hour trip on the canal by renting a license-free boat where you can see magnificent villas and houses. Finally, the rental price is more than correct for a very functional and pleasant apartment.
L'appartement est situé dans un quartier très calme d'Empuriabrava avec une belle terrasse donnant sur le canal et un accès très proche de la plage. Contrairement au centre ville situé approximativement à 2 kms, les places de stationnement sont nombreuses et gratuites. Il y a plusieurs activités divertissantes aux alentours comme le mini golf, le tennis center, le karting, la ballade d'une heure sur le canal en louant un bateau sans permis où on voit de magnifiques villas et maisons. Enfin, le prix de la location est plus que correct pour un appartement très fonctionnel et agréable.
