Beautiful quiet apartment on the 2nd floor
The apartment is located on the second floor of a small residence very close to the Empuria tourist centre. This has the advantage of quiet evenings without the annoyance of bar noise.
The apartment's large terrace allows you to eat comfortably and to sunbathe.

Empuria is a very large marina with beautiful villas and all amenities (bar, restaurant, dancing, karting, parachute jumping, sea trips, etc.). To go to the beaches or coves, you can either go by bike (2 on site), or by bus or car, on foot (30 min) with a pleasant and off-road trip.

The rental includes all amenities (satellite TV, wifi, washing machine) and access to the swimming pool located 100 m from the apartment and which is very large with a Zen area and a paddling pool. It is supervised by lifeguards. By the pool there is also a bar and restaurant as well as games for children (table tennis, billiards, a tennis court and a basketball court).
Supermarkets are within walking distance without any problem.
