Excellent location. Ideally placed to visit all of Guadeloupe. Charming owner and always attentive to our needs. Nice swimming pool essential to relax after a day of sightseeing. Very clean rental. Three magnificent weeks !!!!

We enjoyed spending 3 weeks in this cottage. We received a very warm welcome. The bungalow was fine there would be just a few things to fix. I recommend the cottage "villa bagatelle " very quiet, relaxing and good starting point to visit the island of Guadeloupe. Stéphanie

Le bungalow était bien il y aurait juste quelques petites choses a réparer.

Self-contained cottage in a quiet garden, very well placed (500 m from the beautiful beach of Grande Anse and 5 minutes from Deshaies car) to easily radiate. Well appointed bungalow with ALL that you need for a good stay (good bedding, fridge, air conditioning, utensils, ovens, outdoor / indoor furniture), everything has been planned. The owners are welcoming and discreet. We had a great week and highly recommend this cottage. Florence and Yvan
Gite indépendant au calme dans un jardin, très bien placé (à 500 m de la belle plage de Grande Anse et 5mn voiture de Deshaies) permettant de rayonner facilement. Bungalow bien agencé et comportant TOUT ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour (bonne literie, frigo, clim, ustensiles, fours, mobilier extérieur/intérieur), tout a été prévu.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et discrets. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine et nous recommandons vivement ce gîte. Florence et Yvan

Good stay in this accommodation and friendly welcome Mr. MIATTI and his partner, attentive to the quality of the stay, and open to discussion on all subjects over a good glass. Accommodation is the asking price, some minor details without real consequence (lighting a little harder living room can be) largely offset by the adjoining space and quiet as away from the road. I will not hesitate to return.
Bon séjour dans cet hébergement et accueil respectueux de M. Miatti et de sa compagne, attentifs à la qualité du séjour, et ouverts à la discussion sur tous sujets autour d'un bon verre. L'hébergement est conforme au tarif demandé, quelques menus détails sans réelle conséquence (l'éclairage du salon un peu plus fort peut être) largement compensés par l'espace attenant et la tranquillité car à l'écart de la route. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.
Just returned from our trip we stayed at Laetitia. Everything was perfect, warm hospitality and an exceptional setting. Upon arrival you are immediately at ease and already it feels good. The bungalows are well equipped, clean and bedding is of very good quality. One advantage after spending full days in Guadeloupe.
We recommend this property without hesitation.

Dès notre arrivée on est de suite à l'aise et on s'y sent déjà bien. Les bungalows sont bien équipés, propres et la literie est de très bonne qualité. Un avantage après avoir passé des journées bien remplies en Guadeloupe.

The environment of the villa Hybiscus Sainte-Rose is particularly peaceful and charming. The hospitality of the owners and their kindness is matched the mild tropical climate. Ideally located on the north of Basse-Terre, we enjoyed our stay at the highest point. The price / quality ratio is excellent. Thank you.
L'environnement de la villa Hybiscus à Sainte-Rose est particulièrement paisible et charmant. L'accueil des propriétaires et leur gentillesse n'ont d'égal que la douceur du climat tropical. Idéalement placée sur le nord de Basse-Terre, nous avons apprécié notre séjour au plus haut point. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Merci.
We stayed 9 days at the Villa Bagatelle from December 31 to January 8, 2012. The rental was clean and well maintained. Housing and kitchen equipped with all comforts. The pool is beautiful, nestled in lush greenery. It is very quiet and very nice. The shops are about a 10 minute walk to the beach you have to take the car (Grande Anse beach is only 15 min.) The owners are absolutely lovely people. Everything was really good. We also recommend that you hire your car with Jean-Bernard (ask when booking, not more expensive than elsewhere and the service too!), Which will pick you up at the airport to take you to the villa . Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a quiet holiday, not far from the tourist sites. Wonderful holiday!
Nous avons séjourné 9 jours à la villa Bagatelle du 31 décembre au 8 janvier 2012.
La location était propre et bien entretenue.
Le logement et la cuisine disposent de tout le confort nécessaire.
La piscine est splendide, nichée dans un écrin de verdure.
C'est très calme et vraiment très agréable.
Les commerces sont à environ 10 minutes à pied, pour la plage il faut prendre la voiture (la plage de Grande Anse est à seulement 15 mn).
Les propriétaires sont des gens absolument charmants. Tout était vraiment très bien.
Nous vous recommandons aussi de louer votre voiture auprès de Jean-Bernard (à demander lors de votre réservation, pas plus cher qu'ailleurs et avec le service en plus!), qui viendra vous chercher à l'aéroport pour vous conduire à la villa. A recommander à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances au calme, pas très loin des sites touristiques.
