St Malo and St Brieuc are 35 kms away, Dinan the medieval town is 30 kms away.
The property, part of a house, is entirely new; it is situated in a large park of 6000m², planted with trees and flowers. Facing due south, entirely on one level, it consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room.
