The apartment is very quiet and high above the sea. The view is wonderful!! The photos correspond to the apartment and the surrounding area.
The bathroom is very very small and narrow. The kitchen is also very small, but is well equipped. The negative point is the stove. There are only two hotplates and unfortunately they don't allow for proper cooking.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, und hoch gelegen über dem Meer. Die Aussicht ist dafür Wunderschön!!

Das Badezimmer ist sehr sehr klein und eng.
Die Küche ist auch sehr klein, ist aber gut ausgestattet. Negativpunkt ist der Herd. Es gibt nur zwei Herdplatten und die erlauben leider kein richtiges kochen.

Very nice and super equipped apartment with balcony in 2nd row to the beach. The landlord, Mr. Prigent, welcomed us very friendly with cider and Breton cake and explained the apartment to us with all the technical equipment. The billing of electricity and final cleaning was easy. Overall a great apartment with 2 double rooms for 4 people. We felt very comfortable.
Sehr schöne und super ausgestattete Wohnung mit Balkon in 2. Reihe zum Strand. Der Vermieter, Herr Prigent, hat uns mit Cidre und bretonischem Kuchen sehr freundlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung mit allen technischen Geräten erklärt. Die Abrechnung von Strom und Endreinigung war problemlos. Insgesamt eine tolle Wohnung mit 2 Doppelzimmern für 4 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Excellent welcome from the charming owners. Large apartment facing the sea which would need to be refreshed (paints, paper). A slight inconvenience which in no way spoiled our stay.

Modern apartment, very bright and spacious with a very beautiful terrace for meals with sea view. Quiet residence with private parking, ideal for relaxing and pleasant holidays. The very friendly and welcoming couple of owners are always available and take great care of their tenants. You will not be disappointed and we recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances cet été dans cette location, idéalement située. Location très bien conçue, agencée avec goût et de très grand standing.
Appartement moderne, très lumineux et spacieux avec une très belle terrasse pour les repas avec vue sur mer. Résidence calme avec parking privatif, idéal pour des vacances reposantes et agréables.

Perfect location for two, very quiet. Two other apartments are rented on the same site, but this is not a problem. From the terrace, you can see the English Channel, very nice view. Lots of things to see within a radius of 50 km, the abers, the parish enclosures, the islands... The owners are very nice, very easy to contact.
Location parfaite pour deux, très calme. Deux autres appartements sont loués sur le même site, mais cela ne pose pas de problème.
De la terrasse, on peut voir la Manche, très belle vue.
Enormément de choses à voir dans un rayon de 50 km, les abers, les enclos paroissiaux, les îles...
Les propriétaires sont très gentils, contact très facile.
Pleasant stay in the Pays des Abers and Côte des Légendes. Studio is located on top of a cliff with an impressive view of the coastline, close to the beach. and the hiking trails offer remarkable viewpoints. visits to the chapels and do not hesitate to stop at the Trouzilit manor to taste a succulent crepe as well as the Lizen creperie in Plougerneau.
The point of dispute is the price of 40 ? maintenance and cleaning for MANDATORY cleaning costs. At each departure, it is asked to clean and leave the accommodation clean which was the case for this studio so for me, the price was not justified.
Séjour agréable au Pays des Abers et Côte des légendes. Studio est situé en haut d'une falaise avec une vue impressionnante sur le littoral , proche de la plage.
et les circuits de randonnée offrent des points de vues remarquables. visites des chapelles et ne pas hésiter à s'arrêter au manoir Trouzilit pour déguster une succulente crêpe ainsi que la crêperie le Lizen à Plougerneau.
Le point du litige est le prix de 40 € entretien et nettoyage pour frais de ménage OBLIGATOIRE.
A chaque départ, il est demandé de nettoyer et de laisser le logement propre ce qui a été le cas pour ce studio donc pour moi, le prix n'était pas justifié.
We spent a pleasant holiday in this large house, ideal for a large family, there are many spaces with a large quiet garden and a beautiful view of the bay, close to the sea. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. The only remark I can make would be on the bedding which is not exceptional. But despite this I gladly recommend this rental.
Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette grande demeure, idéale pour une famille nombreuse, il y a beaucoup d'espaces avec un grand jardin au calme et une très belle vue sur la baie, proche de la mer.
Les propriétaires étaient très accueillants et sympathiques.
La seule remarque que je peux faire serait sur la literie qui n'est pas exceptionnelle.
Mais malgré cela je recommande volontiers cette location.

We stayed two weeks in accomodation # 6. The site is isolated but beautiful. Despite a very mild weather, it was necessary to turn on the heating to reduce the humidity of the housing but the smell persisted in the cupboards. The owners are very nice. Small note: some utensils deserve to be renewed.

Malgré un temps très clément, il a été nécessaire d’allumer le chauffage pour réduire l’humidité du logement mais l’odeur persistait dans les placards.
Les propriétaires sont très agréables.
Petite remarque : certains ustensiles mériteraient d'être renouvelés.
The rental was better than consistent, so the apartment is even better in reality than in the photos. Everything in the apartment has been designed and realized by the owners with a lot of care and skills. The residence is very quiet, like Roscoff, small town on a human scale, where the tourist affluence is not too much, even the WE of the feast of the onion.
The welcome is warm and the owners are very available. What more to say if it is a big congratulations to Olivier and Nicole.
La location était mieux que conforme, autrement dit l'appartement est encore mieux en réalité que sur les photos.
Tout dans l'appartement a été conçu et réalisé par les propriétaires avec beaucoup de soins et de compétences.
La résidence est très calme, à l'image de Roscoff, petite ville à taille humaine, où l'affluence touristique ne se fait pas trop sentir, même le WE de la fête de l'oignon.
L'accueil est chaleureux et les propriétaires sont très disponibles.
Que dire de plus si ce n'est un grand Bravo à Olivier et Nicole.
