The photos correspond to the apartment and the surrounding area.
The bathroom is very very small and narrow.
The kitchen is also very small, but is well equipped. The negative point is the stove. There are only two hotplates and unfortunately they don't allow for proper cooking.

From the terrace, you can see the English Channel, very nice view.
Lots of things to see within a radius of 50 km, the abers, the parish enclosures, the islands...
The owners are very nice, very easy to contact.

and the hiking trails offer remarkable viewpoints. visits to the chapels and do not hesitate to stop at the Trouzilit manor to taste a succulent crepe as well as the Lizen creperie in Plougerneau.
The point of dispute is the price of 40 ? maintenance and cleaning for MANDATORY cleaning costs.
At each departure, it is asked to clean and leave the accommodation clean which was the case for this studio so for me, the price was not justified.

Regarding cleaning, we have chosen not to include it in the weekly rate so as not to penalize stays longer than a week: whatever the duration, final cleaning is counted at 40 euros instead of being included in the base rate. In addition, even if the covid is less virulent, we carry out a reinforced cleaning between each tenant.
Concernant le ménage, nous avons choisi de ne pas l'intégrer dans le tarif hebdomadaire de façon à ne pas pénaliser les séjours supérieurs à la semaine : quelque soit la durée, le ménage final est compté à 40 euros au lieu d'être intégré dans le tarif de base. De plus, même si le covid est moins virulent, nous procédons à un nettoyage renforcé entre chaque locataire.

Despite a very mild weather, it was necessary to turn on the heating to reduce the humidity of the housing but the smell persisted in the cupboards.
The owners are very nice.
Small note: some utensils deserve to be renewed.
