After an excellent welcome, we spent a week in the heart of Dinard, and the exceptional location of the accommodation allows you to do everything on foot. The firmest mattress is that of the convertible sofa, of excellent quality.
Après un excellent accueil, nous avons passé une semaine au cœur de Dinard, et l'emplacement exceptionnel du logement permet de tout faire à pied. Le matelas le plus ferme est celui du canapé convertible, d'excellente qualité.

Perfect rental for a small family, the large beach is 50 meters away and the "pedestrian" streets very close to the rental. No parking space, but in Saint Cast, parking lots are free and there are plenty of them.
Location parfaite pour une petite famille, la grande plage est à 50 mètres et les rues "piétonnes" très près de la location.
Pas de place parking, mais sur Saint Cast, les parkings sont gratuits et sont très nombreux.
2nd year that we rent this apartment and we are still delighted. The owners are always so welcoming and make sure that we are well settled. This year, improvements have been made such as changing windows, new furniture and the provision of bed linen and towels, which greatly facilitates the stay. The location of the apartment is ideal close to the market and a few minutes walk from the beaches. I highly recommend renting this apartment for its comfort, its location, but above all for the human qualities of its owners. See you next year.
2ème année que nous louons cet appartement et nous sommes toujours aussi ravies . Les propriétaires sont toujours aussi accueillants et font en sorte que nous soyons bien installés. Cette année des améliorations ont été apportées comme le changement des fenêtres, du nouveau mobilier et la mise à disposition du linge de lit et de toilettes ce qui facilite grandement le séjour. L'emplacement de l'appartement est idéal à deux pas du marché et à quelques minutes à pied des plages. Je recommande vivement la location de cet appartement pour son confort, son emplacement, mais surtout pour les qualités humaines de ses propriétaires. À l'année prochaine.
A perfect, modern and pleasant accommodation. And the sea nearby.... Welcoming and friendly owners. Finally, the small town of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, where calm and cleanliness are at the rendezvous, deserves more than one visit. The catering offers great dishes and the sense of hospitality is there. The traders are smiling. Walks can offer beautiful views. Vacationers can only be delighted.

Les commerçants ont le sourire. Les ballades peuvent offrir de beaux points de vue. Les vacanciers ne peuvent qu'être ravis.

A warm welcome from the owner with a bottle of cider and Breton biscuits, a pleasant, quiet and very well-equipped house, a small garden furnished with deckchairs, garden furniture and a BBQ. Ideally located near Saint Malo, Cancale and Rotheneuf. Very pleasant stay, I recommend.

Very functional and pleasant house. The veranda is a plus especially with the capricious weather! Well-suited house for family vacations. Close to the beaches and the GR 34, the nearby bay of Saint-Malo. Very good stay and warm welcome.

Mr. Le M. is a very welcoming host and attentive to the requests of his tenants. A place with a magnificent garden and a large wooded plot. The cottage is well equipped. I recommend !

Spacious, quiet and comfortable accommodation located in a very pleasant park, in the heart of the village, close to the shops. The beaches are close as well as the GR34. In addition, the welcome is very warm. All the conditions are met for a good holiday.

Very warm welcome. The owners were very kind to us. The house is very well maintained and ideally placed to visit St Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Dol de Bretagne, Combourg.

I had warned that we had a dog but the owner didn't say he had one. Upon arriving our dog started barking and his dog came and jumped on the car barking and scratched the car.
For the next new tenants, it would be good if he attached his dog as he did when leaving the gîte. And then he unties it.
He told me that I looked upset but there is reason. He told me that I didn't like his dog and that he was fine with ours. That wasn't the problem. He even gave me the choice to leave right away.
So when we left, we drove the car to the porch area that the owner's dog was not going. and when we arrived the same.
Otherwise, nothing to say about the accommodation.
I don't think we can enjoy the park even without a dog (I was unbalanced when the dog took my leg, he did the same to my friend) .. Upstairs lives the owner. We hear walking and barking his dog at night We were not introduced to the washing machine or the dryer and table tennis table, barbecue.
It was a shame this entry, the exit waspassed better. I collected myself and tried to be smiling with him. There is more serious.?. Him, the owner is not unpleasant however.

J'avais prévenu qu'on avait un chien mais le propriétaire n'a pas dit qu'il en avait un. En arrivant, notre chien s'est mis à aboyer et son chien est venu sauter sur la voiture en aboyant et a rayé la voiture.
Pour les prochains nouveaux locataires, il serait bien qu'il attache son chien comme il a fait au moment de quitter le gîte. Et après, il le détache.
Il m'a dit que j'avais l'air d'être contrarié mais il y a de quoi. Il m'a dit que je n'aimais pas son chien et qu'il acceptait bien le nôtre. Ce n'était pas le problème. Il m'a même laissé le choix de repartir tout de suite.
Du coup quand, on partait, on avançait la voiture jusqu'au porche zone que le chien du proprio n'allait pas. et quand on arrivait pareil.
Sinon, rien à dire sur le logement.
Je ne pense pas qu'on puisse profiter même sans chien du parc (je fus déséquilibré quand le chien m'a pris la jambe, il a en fait autant à mon ami) .. A l'étage vit le proprio. On entend marcher et aboyer son chien la nuit
On ne nous a pas présenté le lave-linge ni le sèche-linge et table de ping-pong, barbecue.
C'était dommage cette entrée, la sortie s'est mieux passée. Je me suis reprise et essayée d'être souriante avec lui. Y a plus grave.😥. Lui, le proprio n'est pas désagréable pourtant.
