Plevenon-cap frehel, a splendid peninsula bordered by fine sandy beaches, coves and rugged coastlines, is situated in the middle of the bays of St Brieuc and St Malo.
St Malo and St Brieuc are 35 kms away, Dinan is 30 kms away.
The entirely new property is located on the first floor of the house in a large park of 6000 m2, planted with trees and flowers.
Facing south, spacious, with a surface area of 71m2, it is made up of a large living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a large shower room, a toilet and a laundry room.
A private terrace with garden furniture for sunbathing is at the foot of the property and guests have access to the large garden in complete tranquillity.
