The apartment is exactly as described in the announcement. It is spacious, bright, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need for vacation. We stayed there for a week and immensely enjoyed it. It is located in the center of town and close to all the amenities and beaches by foot. All the necessary appliances, water, gas, electricity, plus free internet are at your disposal. Ample parking nearby. A separate thanks to the owner and manager of the apartment, Antonio. He is very welcoming, accommodating, professional, and attentive to any request you have. Upon arrival he helped us with our luggage, gave us recommendations and directions to beautiful beaches and fantastic excursions, was available at any moment of the day and answered and accommodated us in any possible way. Thank you, Antonio, for such an enjoyable stay in beautiful Sardinia! I highly recommend this property to all vacation seekers.

Le frigidaire et le congélateur sont un peu petits pour 9 personnes… La situation est idéale et la terrasse très agréable… Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location et la propriétaire était à notre écoute pour toutes questions.
We spent almost two weeks in a two-room apartment that corresponded to the description in the advert, and was also clean and welcoming; the location was excellent, you could easily reach the center of Budoni and the beautiful beaches of the surrounding areas. The tranquility of the residence is to be appreciated, surrounded by greenery which was looked after directly by the owners Luisa and Angelo. We thank you very much because you have always been available and attentive, not only with us but with all your guests, we can see that you do it with passion! Abbiamo trascorso quasi due settimane in un bilocale che corrispondeva alla descrizione dell'annuncio, era inoltre pulito ed accogliente; la posizione era ottima, si raggiungeva facilmente il centro di Budoni e le bellissime spiagge delle zone limitrofe. Da apprezzare la tranquillità del residence, circondato dal verde che era curato direttamente dai proprietari Luisa ed Angelo. Vi ringraziamo di cuore perché siete stati sempre disponibili ed attenti, non solo con noi ma con tutti i vostri ospiti, si vede che lo fate con passione! Ovviamente non possiamo dimenticare nei ringraziamenti la dolcissima cagnolina Luce, che ci teneva compagnia e si faceva sempre coccolare da nostra figlia 😊

The house is nice, equipped with the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay with the whole family... It is located in a well-kept and quiet residence, with large green spaces and a large private car park. The location is excellent because it is just a stone's throw from the center and very close to services. The stay was above our expectations, thanks also to the kindness and courtesy of Mr. Andrea, always very helpful with us!
La casa è carina, dotata dei comfort necessari per passare un piacevole soggiorno con tutta la famiglia... Si trova all'interno di un residence ben curato e tranquillo, con ampi spazi verdi e con un grande parcheggio riservato. Ottima la posizione perchè è proprio a due passi dal centro e vicinissima ai servizi.
Il soggiorno è stato al di sopra delle nostre aspettative, grazie anche alla gentilezza e cortesia del Sig. Andrea, sempre molto disponibile con noi!
We spent 15 days in this splendid villa, equipped with every comfort, very close to the centre, a short distance from the beach, very close to shops and supermarkets but in a very quiet position. It is the 2nd year that we stay there and we have always found ourselves very well. Thanks to Andrea, always available for anything.
Abbiamo passato 15 giorni in questa splendida villetta, dotata di ogni comfort, vicinissima al centro, a poca distanza dalla spiaggia, vicinissima a negozi e supermercati ma in una posizione molto tranquilla.
È il 2° anno che ci soggiorniamo e ci siamo sempre trovati molto bene.

The house is near the third beach. The kitchen is very equipped with a new dishwasher and a large fridge. In the upper bedrooms, air conditioning and large wardrobes. The living room is comfortable and spacious. The upper bathroom needs a makeover. The owner is a very helpful and kind person. I recommend it.
La casa è vicino alla terza spiaggia. La cucina molto accessoriata con lavastoviglie nuova e un frigo capiente. Nelle camere superiori aria condizionata e armadi capienti. Il salotto bello comodo e spazioso.
Il bagno superiore avrebbe bisogno una ristrutturazione.
Il proprietario una persona molto disponibile a modo e gentile.

I was in this house with another family of our friends from 16 to 30 July. We were 4 and they were 5. The house is large and spacious and gave each family privacy. Well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), comfortable veranda for eating, large rooms (I would only change the mattresses). We had 2 bathrooms (therefore 1 per family), but with 5 kids at home.... the third outdoor shower was very useful! Thanks to the table football, the kids had a lot of fun and for those who love to read .... there is plenty of choice! From the terrace on the first floor in the morning you can see a splendid sunrise. We only turned on the air conditioning / fan at night. The owner was really courteous and always available and I apologize again for the inconvenience I had with the garden umbrella. The location is convenient to get to the beach (which is really beautiful). It takes a little longer to get to the center, but you can easily get there on foot. Anyway, nearby there is a deli/bakery, a pastry shop/bar and some restaurants. In the area there are beautiful beaches that can be reached by car in a few minutes and for those who lovewalking / running you can also walk to the splendid Cala Moresca. In Golfo Aranci we also rented a dinghy to visit nearby Tavolara (wow!!) It was a fantastic vacation and I recommend this location!!
Sono stata in questa casa con un'altra famiglia di ns amici dal 16 al 30 Luglio. Noi eravamo in 4 e loro in 5.
La casa è grande e spaziosa e ha dato ad ogni famiglia la giusta privacy.
Cucina ben attrezzata (con lavastoviglie!), veranda comoda per mangiare, camere ampie (cambierei solo i materassi).
Avevamo 2 bagni (quindi 1 per famiglia), ma con 5 ragazzi per casa.... la terza doccia esterna è stata utilissima!
Grazie al bigliardino i ragazzi si sono divertiti tantissimo e per chi ama leggere.... c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta!
Dal terrazzo al primo piano la mattina si vede una splendida alba.
L'aria condizionata/ventilatore li abbiamo accesi solo la notte.
Il proprietario è stato davvero cortese e sempre disponibile e chiedo ancora scusa per l'inconveniente avuto con l'ombrellone del giardino.
La posizione è comoda per arrivare alla spiaggia (che è davvero bella) . Per il centro ci vuole un po' di più, ma si può arrivare tranquillamente con una passeggiata a piedi. Cmq vicino c'è una gastronomia/panetteria, una pasticceria/bar e dei ristoranti.
In zona ci sono spiagge bellissime raggiungibili con la macchina in pochi minuti e per chi ama camminare/correre si può arrivare anche a piedi alla splendida Cala Moresca. A Golfo Aranci abbiamo affittato anche un gommone per visitare la vicina Tavolara (wow!!)
E' stata una vacanza fantastica e consiglio questa location!!

Well-kept and comfortable garden both for the covered parking space and for access to the beach. The owner Daria and the sweet Mr. Vittoria are very kind. What can I say ... Posto splendido per chi cerca relax e serenità ,vista panoramica meravigliosa. L'appartamento piccolo,ma pulito e confortevole. Giardino curatissimo e comodo sia per il posto auto coperto che per l'accesso in spiaggia. La proprietaria Daria e la dolcissima Sig. Vittoria sono gentilissime. Che dire... Ci Torneremo con molto piacere.
I stayed with my family in this apartment in Luddui' the last 2 weeks of July. We chose the apartment with the balcony on the street level. The view of Budoni and the sea is beautiful. The apartment is comfortable and has a double bed and 2 single beds (for those with small children there is also an additional cot). There is enough for the stay of 4 people (washing machine, hairdryer, iron, cutlery, coffee maker, etc. There is a medium-sized frying pan and steel pots). There is reserved parking space. The beaches of Budoni or Ottiolu can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Supermarkets are 5 minutes from the house (MD and Eurospin for example). There is no air conditioning, but there are 2 fans with floor brackets useful for the hottest days (in reality they are only needed on days with heat peaks on some days). Martino is a very helpful person and explained everything to us as soon as we arrived (right from the first contacts via the website and by telephone, as well as on site). Thanks again to Martino for welcoming us and we hope to see you again next year.Thank you!
Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo appartamento a Luddui' le ultime 2 settimane di Luglio. Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento con il balcone sito al livello della strada. La veduta su Budoni e sul mare è bellissima.
L'appartamento è confortevole e dispone di un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti singoli (per chi ha bambini piccoli c'è anche lettino aggiuntivo). C'è quanto basta per il soggiorno di 4 persone (lavatrice, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, posate , caffettiera etc.. C'è una padella di medie dimensioni e delle pentole di acciaio).
C'è posto auto riservato.
Le spiagge di Budoni o di Ottiolu sono raggiungibili in macchina in pochissimi minuti. I supermercati sono a 5 minuti da casa (MD ed Eurospin ad esempio).
Non c'è aria condizionata, ma ci sono 2 ventilatori con staffa da pavimento utili per le giornate più calde (in realtà son serviti solo nei giorni con picchi di caldo avuti in alcuni giorni).
Martino è una persona molto disponibile e ci ha spiegato tutto bene appena arrivati (sin dai primi contatti tramite sito e per telefono, oltre che in loco).
Ringrazio ancora Martino per averci accolti e speriamo di poterci rivedere il prossimo anno. grazie!
We had a great time, the apartment complies with the description of the ad. Fully air-conditioned, with washing machine and dishwasher. The location of the apartment close to the center, it is very close to the sea (wonderful), with a minimarket, parapharmacy, bakery and greengrocer just outside the house. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l’appartamento è conforme alla descrizione dell’annuncio.
Interamente climatizzato, con lavatrice e lavastoviglie.
La posizione dell’appartamento vicina al centro, è vicinissima al mare (stupendo), con appena fuori casa minimarket, parafarmacia, panificio e fruttivendolo.
Consigliatissimo, anche per famiglie come la nostra, di quattro persone.
Speriamo di tornare.

Gorgeous home in a dream location!! Very clean house, equipped with everything inside. Spectacular and well-kept garden! The most beautiful part of the house that makes it unique is a large covered veranda where you can eat and equipped with a large outdoor sofa where you can relax in the fresh air. Mr. Edoardo is very kind and present. We were satisfied with all the communication with the serious and super precise owner. Also welcome are the files that were sent to us by email in advance with useful advice for enjoying the house to the fullest. La parte più bella in assoluto della casa che la rende unica è una grande veranda coperta dove mangiare e dotata di un grande divano esterno dove rilassarsi al fresco.
Il signor Edoardo è molto gentile e presente. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti di tutta la comunicazione con il proprietario serio e super preciso. Graditi anche dei file che ci sono stati inviati per mail anticipatamente con consigli utili per vivere la casa al meglio. Parcheggio comodo e fantastica la possibilità di caricare e scaricare l’ auto davanti casa. Torneremo! Marianna e Andrea
The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very airy. It is close to the beach and a stone's throw from the centre. We found it clean and with every comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, air conditioning...). The owners are very kind and helpful, we found ourselves very well. We hope to return soon....
L'appartamento è spazioso, comodo e molto arieggiato. E' vicino alla spiaggia e a due passi dal centro.
L'abbiamo trovato pulito e con ogni confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, aria condizionata...).
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Speriamo di tornarci presto....
The house is located in a complex near Santa Teresa, the road to get there is not very nice, it is partially uneven and quite rough to exchange with other cars. The residence is very quiet, just for the view from the terrace directly on the sea and in front of Corsica, it is worth it; we greatly appreciated the beach and the rocks under the house, the water was very clean.
La casa si trova in un complesso vicino a Santa Teresa, la strada per arrivarci non è molto bella, è parzialmente dissestate e abbastanza stratta per lo scambio con altre auto.
Il residence è molto tranquillo, solo per la vista dal terrazzo direttamente sul mare e davanti alla Corsica, vale la pena; abbiamo molto apprezzato la spiaggetta e gli scogli sotto casa, l'acqua era pulitissima.

Gorgeous home to say the least! Live is even better than in the photo. Spectacular view of the sea both during the day and in the evening, with a table outside to eat with a sea view! Casa meravigliosa a dir poco! Dal vivo è ancora meglio che in foto. Vista spettacolare sul mare sia di giorno che di sera, col tavolino fuori per mangiare vista mare! Posto auto riservato comodissimo. Vicino a tutto, sia a Budoni che a San Teodoro e tutte le spiagge fantastiche in zona. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ritorneremo.
