Terraced house with garden in San Teodoro
The house consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a kitchenette, a large living room and a covered veranda where you can eat outside. Externally there is a corner garden and a parking space on our property. Air conditioning, private parking, water reserve and private entrance are also included.
Primary services such as bars, restaurants, kiosks, markets, pizzerias, drugstores and car rentals are located within a radius of 250 meters from the house. The nearest beach is La Cinta, one of the most beautiful in Sardinia and is just 900 meters far from the house. Other nearby beaches: Porto Taverna, Cala Gilgolu, Punta Aldia, Lu Impostu, Cala D'Ambra, La Isuledda, Costa Caddu.
Nearby there is also a farmhouse, a small airport and a horseriding school.
