The accommodation is spacious, tidy and equipped with everything you need, both the external and internal showers are very comfortable (I hate small showers) and the airy veranda offers space for meals/games of cards or relaxation. It is in good condition. position to reach the beach and the various services such as supermarkets/fishmongers/restaurants on foot. The area also offers many beaches just a few minutes away by car even if the very long and beautiful beach of Costa Rei does not encourage the search for other beaches. Samuele is a person helpful and courteous. We spent a pleasant 2 weeks, myself, my wife and my son.
L'alloggio è spazioso in ordine e dotato di tutto il necessario, molto comode sia la doccia esterna che la doccia interna(odio le docce piccole)inoltre la ariosa veranda offre spazio per i pasti/partite a carte o relax.Si trova in buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia e i vari servizi come supermercati/pescheria/ristoranti a piedi.La zona offre anche molte spiagge a pochi minuti di auto anche se la lunghissima e bella spiaggia di Costa rei non invoglia la ricerca di altri lidi.Samuele è una persona disponibile e cortese.Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane piacevoli io mia moglie e mio figlio.
The apartment is really nice, spacious and well kept. Carmen and her husband were very helpful and hospitable. In addition to what is described in the announcement, we also found umbrellas and chairs for the beach, water in the fridge and coffee capsules! We had a really good time.
L'appartamento é veramente carino, spazioso e ben tenuto. Carmen e suo marito sono stati molto disponibili e ospitali. Oltre a quanto descritto nell'annuncio, abbiamo trovato anche ombrellone e seggioline per la spiaggia, acqua in frigo e capsule per il caffè! Ci siamo trovati veramente bene.

Beautiful house 5 minutes walk from the sea. Small but with everything you need, found clean and tidy. The outdoor space is also wonderful, in particular the veranda which can be used for lunches and dinners with a sea view. Owners extremely available and very kind! Definitely an apartment to recommend.
Bellissima casa a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. Piccolina ma con tutto il necessario, trovata pulita e ordinata. Stupendo anche lo spazio esterno, in particolare la veranda che si può sfruttare per pranzi e cene con vista mare. Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto gentili! Sicuramente un’appartamento da consigliare.

Abbiamo soggiornato 12 giorni in questa bellissima casetta a 250 metri dal mare con tutti i confort spaziosa e con un giardino su 3 lati una bella veranda dove pranzare o cenare posto auto privato. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi ci hanno spiegato tutto nei minimi particolari. Un ringraziamento a Michela che è stata precisa e cordiale. Una casa da consigliare a tutti. Grazie
Excellent value for money, very kind owner, welcoming and helpful, house stocked with everything and very well furnished. The garden is very enjoyable and the distance from the sea is not too much, you can go down on foot without effort, then the return with the climb is a bit more tiring. However, we suggest the car to visit all the beautiful beaches and enjoy the splendid sea of Costa Rei. Parking in front of the house, on the street, has never been a problem despite the week of August. The extreme heat this year was acceptable, even in the absence of air conditioning, because the house is cool and equipped with fans. Thank you ! Guests from Monza 2022
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , proprietaria gentilissima, accogliente e disponibile, casa rifornita di tutto e molto ben arredata. Il giardino è godibilissimo e la distanza dal mare non troppa, si può scendere a piedi senza fatica, poi il rientro con la salita è un po’ più faticoso. Suggeriamo comunque l’auto per visitare tutte le bellissime spiagge e godere dello splendido mare di Costa Rei. Il parcheggio davanti casa, su strada, nonostante la settimana di ferragosto non è mai stato un problema. Il caldo pesantissimo di quest’anno è stato accettabile , anche in assenza di aria condizionata, perché la casa è fresca e dotata di ventilatori. Grazie ! Ospiti da Monza 2022
The house is delightful? exactly as described and photos. It is new and perfectly maintained ... with attention to every detail! The shower with hot water outside is very convenient. The owner is really kind and attentive. Great hostess! She let us find fresh water and tea upon our arrival which after a long journey really makes a difference! I absolutely recommend it!

La proprietaria davvero gentile e attenta. Ottima padrona di casa! Ci ha fatto trovare acqua e tè fresco al nostro arrivo che dopo un lungo viaggio fanno davvero la differenza! I stayed in this terraced house with my family, wife and two children. We had a great time, everything corresponds as described, the outdoor terrace, the outdoor hot shower, air conditioning and the parking space are very comfortable. Ho soggiornato in questa villetta a schiera con la mia famiglia, moglie e due bambini . Ci siamo trovati benissimo, corrisponde tutto come da descrizione, molto comoda la terrazza esterna ,la doccia calda esterna ,climatizzatore e il posto auto. È veramente a 300 metri dal mare dove si può scegliere se andare nella spiaggia libera o in un lido a pagamento . Grazie mille al sig. Samuele .

La casa si trova in posizione strategica rispetto al mare e ai diversi servizi, è accessoriata di tutto, molto funzionale e ben arredata. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato a disposizione anche tutti i prodotti di prima necessità. Le fotografie pubblicate corrispondono perfettamente sia agli ambienti esterni che a quelli interni. The outdoor space for eating is a show, the children enjoyed it very much! In the area there are supermarkets, ice cream parlors, pizzerias. The beach can be reached on foot with a 10-minute walk. Strategic area for visiting the many beaches of Costa Rei and Villasimius (very close). I would definitely recommend it again! Samuele super helpful and very kind!
Appartamento fornito di ogni comfort ( prodotti per la pulizia della casa,sacchetti spazzatura,detersivi vari), il proprietario Samuele ha messo a disposizione anche le sdraio e degli ombrelloni per il soggiorno.All'arrivo abbiamo trovato anche delle acque fresche in frigo.La casa con il giardino esterno rimane in una zona assolutamente tranquilla e riservata. Lo spazio esterno per mangiare è uno spettacolo,i bambini hanno apprezzato tantissimo!In zona ci sono supermercati,gelaterie,pizzerie. La spiaggia si raggiunge a piedi con una camminata di 10 minuti.Zona strategica anche per visitare le tantissime spiagge di Costa Rei e Villasimius (vicinissime).Lo consiglio ci tornerei assolutamente!Samuele super disponibile e gentilissimo!
It is a "candy box " right in the center of Costa Rei close to the sea and all services. We had a great time the house was perfect and cared for in every detail and the owner Loretta very kind and very helpful followed us for the trip on the day of arrival and waited with the fridge full of fresh drinks for us and for our children. We found an even more beautiful environment than expected with everything that was described in the ad, indeed more; the air conditioner and the barbecue were brand new, all really perfect, we will definitely be back !!!
E' una "bomboniera" proprio al centro di Costa Rei vicina al mare e a tutti i servizi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo la casa era perfetta e curata in ogni dettaglio e la proprietaria Loretta gentilissima e molto disponibile ci ha seguiti per il viaggio il giorno di arrivo e aspettati con il frigo pieno di bevande fresche per noi e per i nostri figli. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente ancor più bello delle aspettative con tutto ciò che era descritto nell'annuncio, anzi di più; il condizionatore e il barbecue erano nuovissimi, tutto davvero perfetto, ci torneremo sicuramente!!!
We had two wonderful weeks in the apartment. It was clean and everything was available as stated. We were surprised with a selection of soft drinks and 2 bottles of beer in the fridge. If you had any questions, the landlady was always available immediately and could help. The proximity to the beach, which is one of the most beautiful in Sardinia, also enhances the apartment. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung.
Es war sauber und alles vorhanden wie angegeben. Wir wurden mit einer Auswahl an Softdrinks und 2 Flaschen Bier im Kühlschrank überrascht. Bei Fragen war die Vermieterin immer sofort erreichbar und konnte helfen. Die Nähe zum Strand, der einer der Schönsten auf Sardinien ist, wertet die Wohnung zusätzlich auf.

Beautiful house with large garden in the back. Useful appliances (washing machine and dishwasher) and good supply of crockery etc. Owners available. Convenient for its proximity to the sea, a little less for the town center even if nearby there are supermarkets, pizzerias and markets.
