This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and only birds make noise, which is nice. It is a 5 minute walk from the best beach in Chipiona (playa de Regla). The description that is made is consistent with reality: there is everything! Nothing is missing one is at home.

Cet appartement est situé dans un quartier calme ou seuls les oiseaux font du bruit, ce qui est très agréable. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plus belle plage de Chipiona ( playa de Regla). La description qui en est faite est conforme à la réalité : il y a tout ! Rien ne manque on est comme chez soi.
Mais ce qui fait la différence, c'est l'attitude des propriétaires : Manuel et Mari qui est extraordinaire : on est reçu comme des membres de la famille : Manuel est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, il y avait un bouquet de fleurs qui nous attendais à la maison ainsi que du jambon serrano, de la bière et du pain. Après une journée de voyage, c'est très appréciable et tout le monde n'a pas ces attentions. Je recommande donc cette location extraordinaire qui ne donne pas envie d'en partir.

Indeed, everything is new: the furniture, refrigerator / freezer (rare in a rental), bedding, all kitchen utensils etc. Of course the apartment is air conditioned. Nothing is missing. There is further a private terrace for sunbathing. But what is rare is the welcome! We are treated like family members with a bouquet of flowers, ham, bread and beer. The owners are lovely and always very caring. I look forward to returning ....
Ce logement est beaucoup mieux que la description qui en est faite. En effet, tout est neuf : les meubles, le réfrigérateur/congélateur (rare dans une location), la literie, tous les instruments de cuisine etc. Bien sûr l'appartement est climatisé. Il ne manque rien. On dispose, en outre d'une terrasse privée pour bronzer.
Mais ce qui est rarissime c'est l'accueil ! On est reçus comme des membres de la famille avec un bouquet de fleurs, du jambon, du pain et de la bière. Les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours aux petits soins.
Il me tarde d'y retourner....

Adorámos a estadia em Islantilla, a praia é ótima, tem bom ambiente, é animado qb e come-se muito bem. O apartamento é exatamente como aparece nas fotos. As fotos do exterior até deviam ser atualizadas, pois o espaço verde do aldeamento é merecedor disso. Apesar de se constatar que estava muita gente, não há "atropelos"; é muito sossegado, perto da praia, perto do centro e dos supermercados. Uma palavra sobre a D. Cecília, o apoio logístico do propriatário: é muito simpática e muito prestável. Esperamos voltar.

Rien ne manque dans l'appartement pour passer un agréable séjour. De plus le propriétaire nous a reçu comme des amis de 20 ans avec un bouquet de fleurs pour madame et une bouteille d'apéritif pour monsieur sans oublier des fruits frais de la région.
Nous n'avons que des louanges à formuler sur ce séjour à Chipiona charmante petite ville andalouse de bord de mer.
The property was just as advertised and we found it very comfortable. There is a table, chairs and umbrella outside the door for meals and access to a large roof terrace. It is situated in a residential area so is quiet and peaceful while within a short walk of the Playa Regla. We chose not to hire a car and traveled from the airport in Seville and back by bus without problem. We also used the local bus to visit Sanlucar de Barrameda, Jerez and El Peurto Santa Maria. The town had everything we needed from restaurants and bars to shopping for provisions. We don't speak Spanish and most folk there don't speak English but we managed and everyone was friendly and helpful so we did learn some of the language.
Our hosts Manuel and Mari were really very welcoming, helpful and friendly without being intrusive.
We had three very good weeks and would happily go back again.
Accommodation and excellent logistics. Just wanted to leave a suggestion to the owner. The apartment to be perfect just needs air conditioning and a television larger. Moreover we strongly recommend accommodation in all its aspects.

The estacia in this apartment was very nice.The setting was tranquil, more heard noises were the songs of the birds, the owners were lovely earrings throughout time. The apartment was very clean and take care of the details to be comfortable. I recommend this house, my family and I will be back if we can.

This property was as advertised and maintained very well. One pleasant surprise was the roof top terrace. Very nice. Manuel, the owner, checked in several times during our 10 day stay to make sure there were no problems. He even gave us a welcoming gift of a bottle of locally produced sherry. Manuel's hospitality was way above the norm and I would gladly rent from him again. Thanks for the very pleasant stay at your apartment.
The accommodation is located in an excellent urbanization, with privacy and all conditions. Swimming pool and green spaces spoiled. Pena does not have air conditioning is very hot in the peak of summer. I hope to return there soon.
