The house Costera is in Senija at 2km from Benissa in a very quiet and pleasant rural area with views of the mountains. Capacity for 10-12 people. Completely enclosed and fenced. Private pool (7x3). Large terrace with sun loungers, parking and gardens. BBQ covered with tables and chairs.
It has two floors connected by an internal staircase and is a very large house.
On the ground floor we find: Dining room, kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kitchenware. Living room with fireplace and TV-sat astra. Two double bedrooms (one with two single beds together and the other with a double bed) a bathroom with bath and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we find a double bedroom (with double bed), two double bedrooms (with single beds) and a bathroom with shower.
