On the first line, in a luxury residence, next to the beach with splendid sea views and the gulf of Porto Vecchio, sandy beach at the end of the garden, swimming pools, tennis and boat ring.

6 km from the town center and the port of Porto-Vecchio, on the south shore of the gulf, the villa is located in the residence "VILLAGE MARIN" which includes:

- Large swimming pool with children's pool.
- Tennis court.
- Gardens with trees.
- Sand beach.
- Ring for boat.

The villa is air conditioned and was completely renovated in January 2014. On two floors, it consists of:
