Superb villa with all the amenities we could dream of for a perfect week's vacation! The bedding is good, air conditioning in all rooms, very beautiful garden and superb swimming pool :) The welcome is very friendly and very professional. In short, there is only good in this house!!

Very nice rental experience with Jean-Luc and Danielle. They are very hospitable hosts, going out of their way if a problem arises. The house is perfect for 5 people. Nothing is missing in terms of kitchen equipment. The swimming pool is large, warm and it is pleasant to be able to bask in it. Without forgetting Hera and Rocky, the 2 dogs who are adorable. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you again for this beautiful meeting!!!
Très belle expérience de location chez Jean-Luc et Danielle. Ce sont des hôtes très accueillants, se pliant en quatre si un problème se pose.
La maison est parfaite pour 5 personnes. Rien ne manque au niveau de l'équipement cuisine.
La piscine est grande, chaude et cela est agréable de pouvoir s'y prélasser.
Sans oublier Héra et Rocky, les 2 chiens qui sont adorables.

Very beautiful family villa where life is good. Everything was there to spend 15 days with the family with a 15 month old baby. Very pleasant covered terrace which overlooks the salt-treated swimming pool, which is a must with 1 baby! More than comfortable bedding. Very friendly owner and a neighbor (Angélique) who takes care of everything while remaining discreet. In short, we will come back to it as soon as possible !! Family H.

Very nice quiet place but very close to Cogolin, just 5 minutes. The place is very relaxing with a beautiful view and a park. The pool was almost privatized since the owners are rarely present. Danielle and Jean-Luc received us as kings, with a lot of courtesy, friendship and sympathy, with a glass of friendship on our arrival and refreshments available in the refrigerator. Their 2 bitches Era and Dolly are very kind and affectionate. The rental is comfortable with all the necessary for an excellent stay. Going on vacation every year, we had never had such a welcome from the owners; To recommend with eyes closed.
Très bel endroit au calme mais très proche de Cogolin, à à peine 5 min. L'endroit est très reposant avec une très belle vue et un parc arboré. La piscine nous a été quasiment privatisée puisque les propriétaires sont rarement présents.
Danielle et Jean-Luc nous ont reçus comme des rois, avec beaucoup de courtoisie, d'amitié et de sympathie, avec un verre de l'amitié à notre arrivée et des rafraîchissements à disposition dans le réfrigérateur. Leurs 2 chiennes Era et Dolly sont très gentilles et affectueuses.
La location est confortable avec tous le nécessaire permettant de passer un excellent séjour.
Partant en vacances tous les ans, nous n'avions jamais eu un tel accueil de la part des propriétaires;

les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, la région est splendide, le beau temps est au rendez-vous et évidemment le logement correspond parfaitement à nos attentes estivales. De plus, la piscine à 29° mise à notre disposition quasi exclusive est absolument idéale pour se rafraîchir à volonté...

Le propriétaire de la maison est très sympathique, il nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux et nous a mis de suite à l'aise. La maison est très confortable, lumineuse, il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur, ni à l'extérieur. L'ameublement et l'électro-ménager sont au top, le jardin est superbement aménagé. La terrasse offre une vue dégagée magnifique ; le lever du soleil sur la mer est un moment de pur bonheur ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le séjour dans cette location et serons ravis d'y revenir.

Thank you for the great time in this bright, spacious and very well-equipped and very clean holiday apartment. The double bed is very comfortable, the dishwasher and washing machine are extremely practical! You can have a great breakfast (great sunrises!) and relax on the two large balconies. A big plus: your own parking space for your car in the enclosed courtyard. The location of the apartment is perfect. It is quiet and you can walk to the sea in 400 meters, or in the other direction right to the supermarket and several restaurants. The Japanese restaurant in particular (300 meters away) is open every day until 10 p.m. - great food to take away too! The landlords are very lovely and really take a lot of time to give tips and answer questions - not just when handing over but throughout the entire time. We would love to come back - certainly again in the low season!
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit in dieser hellen, geräumigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung. Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem, der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine äußerst praktisch! Auf den beiden großen Balkonen kann man super frühstücken (tolle Sonnenaufgänge!) und ausspannen. Ein großes Plus: der eigene Parkplatz für das Auto im abgeschlossenen Innenhof. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Es ist ruhig und man ist zu Fuß in 400 Metern am Meer, oder in die andere Richtung gleich beim Supermarkt und mehreren Restaurants. Gerade das japanische Restaurant (300 Meter entfernt) hat täglich bis 22 Uhr offen - super Essen auch zum Mitnehmen! Die Vermieter sind sehr liebenswert und nehmen sich wirklich viel Zeit um Tipps zu geben und Fragen zu beantworten - nicht nur bei der Übergabe sondern die gesamte Zeit über. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder - sicherlich wieder in der Nebensaison!
Negative points: Leaving too early, we would have happily stayed an extra week. Only drawback: the hill to climb to reach the parking lot, but you are not responsible and we are no longer twenty years old. Good points: In addition to the superb view and the changing colors of the sea, very functional apartment, very well equipped, tasteful, with pleasant, predominantly green colors. We felt at home. Seul inconvénient: la côte à gravir pour rejoindre le parking, mais vous n'êtes pas responsable et nous n'avons plus vingt ans.
Points positifs:
Outre la vue superbe et les couleurs changeantes de la mer, appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, avec goût, aux couleurs agréables à dominante verte. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous.
