The holiday home is in close proximity to the very lively beach promenade and the shopping streets that run parallel to it. We (family with 3 children) were able to walk to all the important shops. In this area we met very helpful people. The streets and sidewalks were cleaned twice in the 10 days of our stay, the area is really very clean. Our hostess was in the house every day and was very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful time.
Das Ferienhaus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu der sehr belebten Strandpromenade und den parallel dazu verlaufenden Einkaufsstraßen. Wir (Familie mit 3 Kindern) konnten alle wichtigen Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen. In dieser Gegend sind wir sehr hilfsbereiten Menschen begegnet. Die Straßen und Gehwege wurden in den 10 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes 2 mal gereinigt, die Gegend ist wirklich sehr sauber. Unsere Gastgeberin war täglich in dem Haus anzutreffen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
We are very pleased to have chosen this solution for our holidays. Comfortable apartment for 2 families, spacious and equipped with all accessories (the only flaw is the absence of the dishwasher). Close to the affiliated baths (Bagni Ricci n.142, really fantastic, in price and courtesy) and near the pedestrian area, convenient for evening walks especially when there are stalls. Ms. Manuela is very kind and very available to every need.
Siamo molto soddisfatti di aver scelto questa soluzione per le nostre vacanze. Appartamento comodo per 2 famiglie, spazioso e dotato di tutte gli accessori (unica pecca assenza della lavastoviglie). Vicino ai bagni convenzionati (Bagni Ricci n. 142, davvero fantastici, in prezzo e cortesia) e vicino all'isola pedonale, comoda per le passeggiate serali soprattutto quando ci sono le bancarelle. La signora Manuela è gentilissima e disponibilissima ad ogni esigenza.

We parked the car on arrival and taken to start from the moment supermarkets, bakers, butchers, bars, restaurants, games room, etc. etc., they are easily reached on foot. Excellent value for money . Appartamento spazioso e accogliente, situato a pochi passi dal mare in un zona molto tranquilla.
Abbiamo parcheggiato l'auto all'arrivo e ripresa alla partenza dal momento in cui supermercati, panetteria, macelleria ,bar , ristoranti ,sala giochi, ecc ecc , si raggiungevano tranquillamente a piedi.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .

The house was very spacious, simply furnished, but with all the 'needed, also the beautiful large terrace ideal short for us that we have two small children and we turn with two strollers. The owners were friendly and helpful. Also welcome the opportunity to let the children play in the courtyard common with games provided by the owners.
La casa era molto spaziosa, arredata semplicemente, ma con tutto l' occorrente, bello anche il grande terrazzo insomma ideale per noi che abbiamo due bimbi piccoli e giriamo con due passeggini. I proprietari sono stati cordiali e disponibili. Gradita anche la possibilità di far giocare i bambini nel cortile comune con giochi messi a disposizione dai proprietari.
Excellent location close to the sea but still quiet. Very polite and discreet owners of the house. The only downside: the very small second bathroom .... However recommended to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Thank you

We rented 2 apartments for a month at the Monaco Residence Miramare to stays with people with Down syndrome. The apartments are clean, simple, spacious and functional, the area is quiet and peaceful and within walking distance are the beach and the town center with shops, services and entertainment. The area is well served is located 200m from the bus and the train station of Miramare. The owners are very friendly, helpful and have a lot of patience! We highly recommend it to both young people who want to have fun in the Romagna Riviera, both families or large groups like ours.
Abbiamo affittato 2 appartamenti per un mese presso il Residence Monaco di Miramare per effettuare dei soggiorni con persone con Sindrome di Down. Gli appartamenti sono puliti, semplici, spaziosi e funzionali, La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa e a due passi si trovano la spiaggia e il centro con negozi, servizi e divertimenti. La zona è ben servita dall'autobus e a 200m si trova la stazione dei treni di Miramare.
I proprietari sono molto cordiali, disponibili e dotati di una gran pazienza!
Lo consigliamo vivamente sia ai giovani che vogliano divertirsi nella Riviera Romagnola, sia a famiglie o gruppi numerosi come il nostro.
