CALETA - AMAZING VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL NEAR THE BEACH.
Our three-storey villa has 5 bedrooms on 2 floors, 2 full bathrooms, one per floor and a studio on a third floor.
On the ground floor is the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with all types of appliances and utensils, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bedroom with a double bed.
On the first floor there is a full bathroom with bathtub, two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the second floor there is a small study for work or reading area. It is equipped with air conditioning ducts that fully air-condition the house.
Outside there is a 10x4 pool crowned with tropical wood, barbecue, lawn garden with trees and ornamental plants. It overlooks the sea and is ideal for families to enjoy. 200m from the beach of Cala Forn, charming cove of fine sand.
