Edge of town so easy to hike to woods and secluded areas along coast. 5 minute walk to tourist center of town but in a very quiet residential area. Washing machine was a nice bonus. Alex very helpful, gave me a ride from the bus, helped me make travel arrangements for when I left. I also left some things when I moved on, which he graciously sent to my home. Good recommendations for restaurants. L'Escala is pretty full of tourists, but walking towards the Greek/Roman Ruins is very nice and not crowded at all, and ruins are quite interesting. Lots of water things to do as well.
The plus are great view, great beach nearby. Minuses, there is a lot of extras like towels, linen, you have to supply toilet paper, soap, garbage bags.

Very pleasant and understanding owner! The accommodation was perfect, there were 5 of us and the accommodation was big enough for everyone! Our furry 4-legged friends were delighted to enjoy the garden and the sun. Very clean and pleasant surroundings/neighborhood, just like the sea and the surrounding towns

Comfortable apartment, nothing is missing in the kitchen, cleanliness, only small downside the distance to the parking space not 300m but practically double, otherwise everything was perfect, good communication

Es waren super Familienferien!!!Wunderbar netter Empfang es hat alles reibungslos geklappt..Wir waren mehr als begeistert!!Wir werden wiederkommen..der Strand ist auch wunderschön,und am abend ist es sehr ruhig.Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht,supermercados sind auch in der nähe,am abend kann man auch noch sehr gut essen gehen...Danke für die wundervollen Ferien!!!

Excellent service. The property is located on the first line of the beach with excellent ease of access, the pool is extremely well looked after. Overall, I was quite pleased.

I highly recommend this rental, ideally located in l?Escala. The apartment is very clean and carefully decorated. We had an unforgettable week!! And above all I would like to point out that Madame and Monsieur G. are of a kindness that is rarely found these days. To future tenants, you can go there with your eyes closed!!!!

What a beautiful house! We were able to spend 3 weeks of summer vacation here and the time flew by. It is in a beautiful location about a 10 minute drive to Rosas. Often there was a nice breeze which made it pleasant to stay. There are all kinds of facilities nearby, such as supermarkets, go-kart track and aqua park. The saltwater swimming pool is also a pleasure. No burning eyes from the chlorine and the temperature was wonderful, always around 28 degrees. There was more than enough kitchen equipment available. In short: definitely recommended to go. The owners are incredibly friendly.
Wat een prachtig huis! We hebben hier 3 weken zomervakantie mogen doorbrengen en de tijd vloog voorbij. Het ligt op een mooie locatie op ongeveer 10min rijden naar Rosas. Vaak een lekker windje waardoor het goed vertoeven was. Er zijn allerlei voorzieningen dichtbij in de buurt zoals supermarkten, kartbaan en aquapark. Tevens is het zoutwater zwembad een genot. Geen brand ogen door het chloor en de temperatuur was heerlijk, altijd zo rond de 28graden. Er was meer dan genoeg keuken apparatuur aanwezig. Kortom: zeker een aanrader om naar toe te gaan. De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk.
Beautiful house with a very beautiful exterior, the stay was perfect. The only negative point is the proximity to the road but you end up getting used to it and no longer paying attention.

The owners are extremely kind and discreet. The house is very well located and magnificent... and the best.... the swimming pool is just perfect with the terrace area. A great week to definitely do again next year.

Very pretty house, very pleasant, one downside however on everything electrical and water: On the terrace side, the post lights do not come on, the lighting under the pergola is only half lit, the electrical outlet must not have any connection with the earth because we take the juice (electrification). On the pontoon side there is no water pressure at all the taps which is a shame for the moored boat. On the interior side of the house, the air conditioning in the rooms does not work correctly in 2 rooms.

Côté terrasse les lumières potelet ne s’allument pas, l’éclairage sous la pergola ne se fait qu’à moitié, la prise électrique ne doit pas avoir de relation avec la terre car on prend le jus (électrisation).
Côté ponton il n’y a pas de pression d’eau à tous les robinets ce qui est dommage pour le bateau amarré.
Côté intérieur maison, les climatisations des chambres ne fonctionnent pas correctement sur 2 chambres .
