The villa (3 bedrooms) is 62 sqm, located along the lake (fishing and swimming are possible). It is 25 km from Perpignan, 1.5 km from the sea. The villa has two terraces (36 sqm) with both eastern and western exposure, and is equipped with a barbecue.
The villa is fully furnished and equipped with a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, four burner electric hot plate, coffee maker, juicer, toaster, cookware and complete dishes, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, fan, flat screen TV, radio. The villa has 3 bedrooms with 1 large queen-size bed (160 cm wide) and 2 large queen-size beds (160 cm wide) that can be changed in 4 single beds. There is a bathroom with toilet upstairs and a separate toilet on the ground floor. A parking space is available in front of the house.
Lots of activities are possible nearby: indoor tennis, water park, water ski, sailing, pinewood with jogging/fitness trail, horseback riding center, mini golf, nightclubs, casino... Numerous hiking trails in the backcountry (Corbières, Cathar castles, etc). Daily animations take place during the summer. In winter, ski slopes are two hours drive away and skating rink is at 1.5 km, open from December to March.
